I dropped my sons computer in on a Monday to get the cracked screen replaced and it was ready 3 days later. Very pleased with the professional and efficient service received. Great local business. Highly recommended.

Like others, I was very impressed with these two guys. They were very knowledgeable yet unassuming, which made me feel I could trust their advice, i.e. they were not pushy, just keen to find and fix the problem. Service was quick and not expensive. They quickly and simply fixed an issue another guy spend hours on (and charged for) - they just simply pulled out the battery at the back, and voila, one of the problems solved. They then rejigged my computer and had it back in just a few days, saving me from buying a new one. I will absolutely use them again, as I now trust their advice and expertise.

Went in to check laptop screen blacking out occasionally. Daniel was very knowledgable & suggested it was the touch pad giving the issue, & he turned it off & the problem did not occur anymore. I expected to be charged for his knowledge & service, however, it was free of charge! Definitely recommended!

For some computer companies, calling customers and giving them an update is a big hassle, not for these guys, i asked them to please keep updating me whats going on, and they came to the party, always calling me, updating me what was happening and what needs to be replaced, fixed or needs to be done. Got a SSD 850 pro plus fan complete clean and tune up for a very reasonable price. Thank you very much for your service, very attentive Absolutely outstanding service. please keep this up and i'll definitely be a returning customer.

Very happy with the service. Daniel replaced a noisy fan, got rid of the dust inside the PC and cleaned superfluous programs from the disk. My computer is now quiet, faster, sparkly clean and has more free disk space. Very experienced, professional and friendly.

Drove from Mount Evelyn due to the reviews. Glad I did. Quick, very well priced, seamless. They know their stuff. Computer wouldn't start due to bad sectors on the hard drive, they reformatted windows, tweaked the BIOS and replaced the drive, all at a very fair price. Daniel installed a new SSD Drive onto my computer and did a fresh install of all my systems and files. The task was done in a very professional manner and he completed the job to my satisfaction by explaining any concerns I had about new programs and software.

We were fortunate to find Daniel, a real gem. We moved to new premises and I was dreading having to reconnect everything. Daniel arrived and helped us with our relocation - networking of our pc's, printers, email, etc. He even set it up that I can login and work on all our programs from home. Brilliant! He was a total professional and it was done with no problems whatsoever. What I was dreading was the easiest item of move. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I had serious problems with my 4 year old computer which required the replacement of the motherboard and power pack. Daniel of DF IT Solutions performed all the necessary installation work to a very high professional standard and returned the computer in excellent operating condition. He patiently worked through any issues that needed extra tweaking and explained any concerns I had about some features of the new settings. Daniel is always contactable and regularly kept me informed about the progress of the job. He is also very reliable. I appreciated how promptly he carried out the repairs given that it was during the Xmas/New Year break when many businesses shut down and getting technical service can be a nightmare. I was concerned that I could be without my computer for some time. I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel to my friends.

I am so impressed with the service I received from Daniel who was so patient and explained what he was doing so I could understand, and being a 'mature aged' pc user changes are not always easy. Daniel communicated every step along the ordering process, and in his advice on the best choices available for my particular needs. He let me know when the hardware etc was available and when he was on his way. Rare these days! In addition he respected my budget and was moderate in his charges. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs to update their computer.

I used Daniel from DF IT Solutions to fix a sluggish home computer. Daniel arrived on time was well presented and well mannered. He worked on the computer for a couple of hours making operations more efficient. The follow on service can only be described as exceptional. Daniel rebuilt my PC after it developed issues. He changed the operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7 at my request, as well as updating my Office products. (I already had the programs to install.) He arrived promptly, and kept me informed throughout the whole process via telephone, and SMS. He fixed my PC in a timely manner, so that I was back working in my business accounts within 24 hours. He suggested ways to improve my computer's performance, as well as better security programs for anti-virus and back ups. His fee included the labour, travel, increased security program, and discussion time. I would recommend him to anyone with computer issues. He's certainly been our business saviour.

In June this year I made contact with DF IT Solutions & two other IT Professionals to service, upgrade & provide advice about our IT equipment & software as our current provider was not responding to our growing needs. As a service provider myself it was important that our company engage with a company that understood & respected our need to present professionally & respond quickly.
