The amazing result from Georgia completing a deep clean gor my teeth and gums. She was excellent in her care and service. I can not speak highly enough about this dental clinic each and everyone of the staff is so professional and take extreme pride in all the services from the moment you call up and walk in the door. I built up a serious dentist phobia over the years and was absolutely terrified the first time I walked in. Dr Effie was patient and kind and listened to me to make me feel safe and I have great confidence in her as she is very skilled at her work. Helen is so friendly and kind too so it makes visiting the dentist much less of an ordeal than it used to be. If you have dental phobia, this team will help you!

Very happy with the team at Waverley Park Dental. The service is informative and delivered with care. Appreciate the preventative care focus and education on how to avoid the costly dental bills should good dental hygiene not be practised. We trust WPDC look after our whole family. I have had such a positive experience at Waverley Park Dental Care. It is not close to where I live but I will gladly make the drive to have my dental needs looked after by such professional and lovely people. The staff are so friendly and warm and Effie is amazing. Not only is she funny, gentle and very considerate but highly skilled and very knowledgeable. I am so impressed with the veneers that she has done for me. The staff genuinely want you to be comfortable and happy with your results. All my questions and concerns were addressed and I felt very confident that I was in good hands. I have just had a follow up visit and wanted to share this review as I am so happy with the outcome and service. Thank you Effie and Staff. I shall see you at my next appointment!

I had to have a tooth extraction and had a traumatic experience with dentists previously. I searched online for good dentists near us and saw great reviews for this place. True enough, Dr. Effie is amazing! I didn't feel any pain and she made sure I was comfortable all throughout. Now I'm not afraid to go back to the dentist anymore for more checkups (to her of course). Teresa her assistant and George at the front are both awesome and so friendly. Made a huge difference for the whole experience. :)

My first visit here today. Everyone is so friendly, George was very helpful to help organise my X-ray transfer from my previous place. Irene was very easy to talk to make sure I understand each step. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

After going to 4 different dentists for my new family to visit Waverley Park Dental has been my dentist for 2 years and am here to stay. The girls are great and look after you very well. I have sensitive teeth but not a problem they worked around it. My kids actually love to visit also.

The experience from registration to the clinic chair was very welcoming. Dentist Helen actually came to the front to greet my boys (they are sensitive to pain) and made them felt at ease. She and her nurse were very patient and kind to offer not just teeth hygiene care but also dietary info how to avoid cavity and protect. The whole experience was reassuring, kids came out determined to keep up with oral care. It's my first visit and trust won't be my last. Keep it up!

I wanted to get my children's teeth checked and didn't know where to begin. Sienna is 8 and Chantelle is 6. Orlando who is 2 also comes along to watch his sisters have a fun, caring experience in the dentist chair. After many positive and happy recommendations, we went and visited Effie. Such a caring dentist, and mother of her own, she really makes the kids feel comfortable and explains everything she is doing. Chantelle who has always been scared of anything new, walked away feeling happy and not scared of the dentist at all. If only I had such a great experience growing up. Thanks Goodness I found her. Even if I lived on the other side of Melbourne I would still see Waverley Park Dental. We all see Effie now and her friendly, down to earth staff. I will never see or trust anyone else. I really can't thank Effie and her staff enough. I feel so relieved and content to know she is looking after my family and always will.

The staff are incredibly helpful and will take the time to answer questions, the service is great and I would never change dentist again. I could not recommend them highly enough to do them justice. Effie is a rarity in this day and age, she actually places the patient above the revenue.

My two boys had a wonderful experience. They were shown how to brush and floss and take care of their teeth properly. The dentist showed care,understanding and patience. My eldest, who hated going the to the dentist now loves going and he is no longer afraid of the dentist.

When I broke a tooth and couldn't get into my usual dentist, I found Waverley Park Dental Care on WOMO and they squeezed me in for an emergency appointment. I didn't realise that breaking a tooth (which had to be removed) would be the best thing that could have happened! The level of kindness, care and friendliness, coupled with high professionalism of the WPDC team is exceptional! Effie is a highly skilled dentist and great communicator explaining clearly, providing options and caring advice. Every one of her team is friendly, welcoming and genuinely patient focused. Never thought I'd say it... but going to the dentist is now a pleasure!!

Everyone is always so friendly there; Real personalised service, they often ask how my other kids are doing & remember certain milestones with them; Helen had to do a filling on my 3 year old daughter & the whole experience was completely pleasant, she had a way with children & totally made her feel relaxed. I would recommend anyone to go to this clinic, especially if you have little kiddies that need dental work :)

Effie previously practised in Mitcham for many yrs and to my delight, decided to finally establish her own practice in Wheelers Hill so I refer most of my pts to her. She is a great parent to her own 2 young sons and has a great way of approaching kids, including my timid 4 year old. I have also had the same feedback from pts whose kids I have referred to her. She is experienced, ethical, thorough and caring, frank, familiar with the medical implications/associations of dental disease and will provide/request the appropriate feedback from the patient's medical practitioner. Julie makes a great dental nurse and today, she told me she is introducing a hygienist.

Very friendly staff. Effie did a great job on my teeth. She was honest and very careful with my teeth. She was patient and her assistant Julia was very funny and very comforting when it got painful. I loved the idea of the tv on the ceiling and in front of me asa distraction. The dental clinic very clean.

As much as I hate going in for dental check ups/dental work. I actually look forward to coming to this dental clinic! All I can say is that Dr Effie exceeds my expectations. She is professional, meticulous, detailed and honest. She also has a great personal manner with her patients and seems to remember what is going on outside of the dentist chair. If your looking for a good dentist that isn't trying to rip you off with needless dental work, then I highly recommend Dr Effie. She'll thoroughly explain what needs to be done, provide an accurate cost and advise if the work is covered by private health cover. The office staff are super helpful and are always willing to squeeze me in as needed. Bright and modern clinic with minimal waiting time once there and usually in and out within 45 mins. John A.

Effie is the best dentist around. She is very gentle and will always find a way to ensure you feel comfortable with what needs to be done. Effie practices the minimal technique and does not do unnecessary work. I love the tv screens on the wall/ceiling to keep the focus off the work being done. The clinic is kid friendly and Effie is great with children. The staff are very friendly and always welcoming! I find it vey helpful when they can squeeze me in for an urgent appointment ( like the time the cap fell off my front tooth and Effie was able to see me the next day). Prices are reasonable too! I highly recommend Effie at Waverley Park Dental Care.

I had to get one of my wisdom teeth out and thought about it for months, until the pain got so bad. I visited WPDC as they were recommended to me as being great with anxious patients. I was vey scared and nervous. Dr Panagiotopoulos and her technician were so friendly and very gentle. They made me feel relaxed, comfortable and before I knew it, the tooth was out. I couldn't believe it..! I've recommended WPDC to all my friends. I live on the other side of town, but worth the 1 hour drive. Vasso, Point Cook

I have been seeing Dr Effie for quite a number of years. I used to be very anxious going to the dentist but Dr Effie has alleviated my dental phobia!!!!!! She is always patient and gentle. I had some veneers done approx 5 years ago. They changed my smile!!! My teeth were extremely crooked but the veneers have masked the crookedness and they still look great. She made me proud to smile and I always get compliments on my smile. I am now at the stage where I just see her every 6 months for a routine check up and clean.
