Waking up to a burst pipe and flooded house was an extremely stressful and unexpected experience. The arrival of the Restoration team was a huge relief. They were all professional and very pleasant. They contacted prior to attending each time, arrived exactly when they said they would, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Their equipment was amazing. After the March floods Accredited did all the drying out and mould remediation of our home. They did an excellent job. They were reliable. All employees took pride in their work. The jobs were checked and overseen by the boss. All employees were polite and respectful. This company also came back after all tradesmen had finished and did a thorough clean inside and out of our home. Again the workers were respectful and polite. They worked hard. They played their music and worked in a very happy manner which was lovely to be around. The finalisation of this work was also checked carefully. The end result was brilliant. We are very happy and would recommend this company to anyone.

"After my parents property experienced class four water damage whilst they were overseas, I was initially concerned about how to best break the bad news to them. Luckily however, the professional service provided by Roland and Caroline Loumeau from Accredited Cleaning and Pest Solutions made this an easier task through their complete advice and full consultation. This provided me with a level of comfort knowing how the process of rectification, make safe drying and structural drying would occur and enabled me to pass on that comfort to my parents allowing them to still enjoy their holiday. As I did not live locally, I was provided with daily communication from Accredited and they were able to help steer the path through a difficult insurance claim process that ended up resulting in the desired outcome - a property that I am now comfortable for my parents to return home to. When i came home to find the flexi hose in the bathroom vanity had burst flooding the whole house. Within a few hours you had arrived, after hours and worked till midnight to rip up our carpet and start the drying process. Thanks to Accredited our carpets were looking A1 - brilliant with 3 young kids and all that comes with that. 2 weeks later and a back turned for 1 minute - squashed banana and strawberries - a nice squishy, mushy mess. All I can say is thank goodness for Roland's carpet expertise. HELP !!!

We have Accredited carry out the pest control in our restaurant - excellent service; we keep a pretty clean ship but Accredited ensure we don't get any unwanted visitors. Fully recommend them.

I love when I find a business that adds to your own business and paying the bill becomes a delight. The only fully accredited cleaner in town for our specialist carpets that had a lovely dried milk spill and my ameteur effort to clean it up in the mix. But Roland and Caroline's friendly, honest service and their knowledge of their industries is solid and kept me feeling confident in their skills from the beginning. I would highly recommend them.

WOW can these guys kill Bugs. We had Spiders everywhere and an Infestation of Cockroaches. We tried the old insect bomb to gas them and that just seemed to multiply them. Roland got it all sorted with awesome attention to detail. You guys know Customer Service. Thanks

Needed to have the carpets cleaned of a rental but was unable to be present to let anyone in the house. Came up with a great arrangement and the communication throughout the whole process was brilliant. This really helped in reducing the stress of moving. Would highly recommend them!

Roland just transformed my house into a palace. He arrived to a train wreck after cat, 2 puppies and my 2 grandchildren had been on a search and destroy mission. There were so many puppy puddles that I was ready to re carpet BUT it now looks feels and smells like new. Truly amazing. The best carpet cleaning I have had in 30 years at our resort so I have recommended him to all my friends and colleagues. What a lovely genuine guy.

Roland is very professional and prompt when doing a cleaning job - my carpets came up great, he even removed a red wine stain on my white carpet which had been there for some time, will never use anyone else.

Accredited cleaning and pest solutions cleaned my lounge, which my toddlers had destroyed, it came up brand new, looked amazing. They also sprayed the outside of our house for spiders, as we're we getting a lot of red backs, especially on the kids play equipment, they were taken care of completely and still haven't come back.

Fabulous company. Tiled floors in kitchen, dining/loungeroom, bathroom and two hallsways were cleaned, grout recoloured and sealed; two large bedroom carpets steam cleaned and sanitized.Great result better than I could have believed possible.....floor tiles look brand new. Done to our deadline and nothing was too difficult for them. Great customer service, very friendly and highly professional. I would highly recommend them.
