From the initial contact to the finished product, we have been thrilled with the folks from 3D Energy. We added a battery to our existing solar setup and received sensible advice that means we can now make full use of our solar system, without sending too much electricity back to the grid. Matt spent time looking at our setup and planned for the best system for our needs. We even have the opportunity to add another battery in the future. Highly recommended company. Glad they were recommended by our friends.

10.7kw Solar system install - Camp Hill Matthew's team recently completed a residential solar installation for me. I initially approached Matthew for an alternative solar solution having already done a large degree of background work and almost pulling the trigger on another option. Matthew was quick to respond and offered his opinion on alternative setups that could meet my specific requirements. For this install, I was concerned not just with the equipment selected and the overall cost but also the background and quality of the installer (I wanted an electrical contractor not a solar franchisee and sub contractors). I decide to proceed with 3D energy as the equipment recommended, stacked up vs multiple other 3rd party reviews of the hardware, the total install quote was competitive, Matthew was responsive and straight forward re his opinions and recommendations, his business model/team appeared to tick my boxes re quality electrical contractors and they we able to book the job within reasonable lead time. Come installation day, the weather was against us but Tom and his team was prompt, friendly & professional. They completed the work they could on the first day and left the site very neat and tidy ready for the following day's completion. Post installation, I reached out to Matthew to see if it was possible to relocate a few panels as the visual placement wasn't as I had originally intended, no problem, a few days later Tom and team was back and the relocation taken care of. Though I haven't been up to see the roof level work, the inverter install, visible wiring and conduit work is all very tidy. The overall aesthetic finish is high quality despite the system not being in a prominent location, in stark contrast to what I have seen from other installs! So far the solar system itself has met my expectations, I was very pleased with the overall experience from the 3D Energy team and would happily refer business to them in the future.

Right from my first interaction with Matt, when he rang me on the day of my enquiry, I found him extremely easy to deal with. We are delighted with the service provided to us by 3D Energy who installed a new solar system to our home to replace the existing system which had developed a serious fault. Matthew was extremely helpful in helping us to choose the right combination of panels and inverter and made sure that our new system would still attract the higher feed in tariff. The team from 3D Energy arrived as scheduled and quickly dismounted the existing system. The new panels and inverter were installed by the end of the day. The worksite was left clean and tidy and the new system is working perfectly. We would have no hesitation in recommending 3D Energy to anyone wishing to install a new or replacement solar system.

There was no pressure to buy, but when we accepted his quote, he kept us well informed as to each step of the procedure. Firstly - the owner of the business runs the business and does the design thoroughly. Matt was on the roof with his tape measure before I even knew he was here. That compared to the majority who go to the internet only. Matt uses and recommends high quality components also. Secondly - the installers did not tear into anything - they were careful on the roof and took enough time to make a neat job of the install. I had a roof repair guy up there to re point my terra cotta tiles after they finished and he was very complimentary of the quality of the job. He made particular mention of the amount of 2nd rate installs that he sees in his travels and how pleasantly surprised he was with my outcome. Also - the installers were not only experienced installers but very capable when it came to commission the system. Overall - I am more than happy to recommend Matt and 3D Energy. We have a large household and needed a 10kW system. Matt gave us comprehensive advice and information from the outset, and answered all our questions. When it came to the installation, Tom and (the other) Matt did a great job over 2.5 days. They turned up on time, were pleasant to have on site, and also ready and willing with information about the new system. We also had to change inverters at the last minute, and that was done with no issues. Now that we have the system connected, the app and the smart meter installed, we couldn't be happier. I just wish we had done it years sooner! Now we just have to get the electric car! We'd highly recommend 3D Energy to anyone who's considering solar.

Like many others, we would like to endorse the excellent service provided by 3D Energy. Firstly, we had researched several companies and received quotes in a timely manner. However, it was Matt who provided clear explanations to all the practical ins and outs of what was to happen and how it all works. He then was able to confirm and twig the best outcome for us re the size of the unit, the roof space, tariff feedbacks and Government rebate. A plan of action was the negotiated to work around our availability and product order. On the days planned for installation Matt and his staff (Tom and Matt) arrived on time and undertook all the work in a friendly, efficient manner. The workmanship was of a high order and connections, mounting equipment, running conduit etc were neatly done and all mess cleaned up and removed. This was a complete job done leaving the customer very satisfied. Explanation of the operational process and steps were also clearly explained before they left the site… and encouragement to phone any time if further info was needed. Our next wait is for the retailer to do their final connections and we will be enjoying the solar system to its capacity. All initial paperwork re connections and registration was also done by 3D Energy who advised us as necessary. Thank you again. We have already recommended 3D to family who have also engaged 3D Energy.

I have recently extensively researched solar installation providers and ended up using 3D Energy. From my initial contact with Matthew over the phone through the quoting, contracting and finally installation I could not have been more delighted. Matthew went to great lengths to make sure I understood the nature of the recommended system, any limitations my site posed and what I could expect by way of performance. He went through the components he uses and the warranty etc applicable. Once I gave the go ahead the installation went very smoothly due to the professionalism, work ethic and courteousness of both Tom and Matt. They are really nice blokes to deal with and kept me up to date along the way. They are so polite and efficient that I think I have just had my first "great" trade experience. I left the premises open on occasions when I had to attend to other off site matters confidently trusting the integrity and honesty of these guys. Matt has followed up since the installation and arranged all the necessary paper work and registrations. Matt and his staff have a real pride in their product and service. I am very happy to recommend and endorse 3D based on price, quality, service and timeliness.

the team at 3D energy has done quite a bit of work for us and has been amazing. They installed a solar system with battery storage - Matt navigated us through the options and found the best for us. At the same time - he looked at our current setup and recommended some changes that made us very comfortable that they were the right people to go to. After sales service has been amazing as well - they've always made themselves available for us. Couldn't recommend them enough!!!!

3D energy were fantastic. Priced up a couple options, was honest in what made financial sense and what didn't. Took serious pride in the finished product, fitted in with my build schedule which changed numerous times. I had a brand new build and was worried something would look off when it got installed. Not to worry, laid out with great care. Matt is like Alexandre Edmond Becquerel reincarnated. My PV system is dope AF.

They had a heavy solar installation workload, as well as rectification electrical and new compliant smoke detector work, and it was all done in accordance with the quote. 3D Energy helped with a warranty issue with a faulty inverter installed by another company, I could not have asked for any better service. Warranty went through quickly and easily. We then had Matt move the inverter to a different location at our house. His work was exceptional as well as being very clean and tidy. Matt owner of 3D arrived promptly to inspect our house for solar. He explained what he could install; provided a detailed quote showing quality components and answered queries showing his expertise in solar. He suggested ways to improve the efficient use of power. The solar array was installed in a professional way and a few tiles were broken as expected. Workmanship was precise and neat. Matt explained the working of the system and connected us to the solar web address online to read and monitor energy generation. Our system was more expensive that some advertised systems on TV but we had quality components and workmanship. Matt also rewired our power board with safety switches on each circuit and a timer to save energy cost. We recommend Matt at 3D.

He took the time to come over and consult with us regarding a solar system install, his quote was comprehensive, and his communication thereafter was second to none. The solar system installed is awesome, and we are extremely happy with the end result, and will be for many years to come. Matt also did some troubleshooting at our premises, rectifying some shoddy work done by previous electricians, giving us the confidence that our house is now safe and meets or exceeds required safety standards. Over approximately the past twelve months 3D Energy has completed an upgrade of our switchboard, ran a new oven supply and has completed a few minor repairs such as fixing switches at our house. Matthew explained the workings in a clear manner and made some helpful suggestions. Having a photo of the panels on our 2 story house was reassuring and meant we didn't have to climb up to look. This included installation of outdoor lighting, testing and repair of faulty outdoor power points and installation of surge protection on power board. It was such a pleasure and a relief dealing with Matt at 3D Energy. I had spoken to a few other solar retailers and dealing with Matt was a breath of fresh air. He was the owner and installer and was so different to the other salesmen that I had dealt with at other companies. He was prompt and turned up when he said he would. His work was to an excellent standard and when he left, he tidied up after himself! We had Matt install a 3.5kw solar system and replace all our downlights - and the price was excellent compared to other quotes we had received.

There were a few challenges with the current shared fuse board, including solar, but Matt spent the time to get it right and set it up better for any future work. Always on-time and consultative on options, highly recommend him.

we have a kitchen renovation that needed electical services, a meter box upgrade, electrical test on the whole house and a few bits and pieces (i.e. additional power points, re-routing of antenna cable, etc.) and the man did really good! the workmanship is fantastic, tidy and you can really tell it's professionally done! we will surely recommend matt of 3D energy to my family and friends.. i salute you man!

A comprehensive hands on quote ( no Google here) with alternate options was provided for Supply & Install of a Solar PV system, The whole process from quotation to completion was done on time & in a thoroughly professional manner, (with surgical precision). After buying our house there was a bunch of electrical work required that would make it more liveable. We needed old light fittings replaced and some extra lights and power points installed downstairs as well as two new ceiling fans. We asked some of our friends for some recommendations and Matt at 3D Energy was recommended by some friends who were very happy with a solar system he installed for them. I explained to Matt what we wanted and he ran through the most efficient way to install it all. He also made some suggestions that would save us money like energy efficient lights and the proper grade of stainless steel fan to use on the deck. He was happy to provide a detailed quote with various options for our consideration. Matt's quote was very competitive compared to the other quotes we received and his professionalism and the recommendation from our friends made the choice easy. The standard of Matt's work was top notch and I can thoroughly recommend 3D Energy. When we decide to install a solar system I already know that I'll get Matt at 3D Energy to do it.

At our initial meeting Matthew did a thorough review of my switchboard, electrical usage and roof layout to ensure maximum benefit from panels installed. The confidence I got from that initial meeting was enough to ask 3D energy to undertake my solar system installation and upgrade of my switchboard. The installation went very smoothly and Matthew kindly took the time afterwards to run through my new system to ensure I understood how it operated. This was followed up by the supply of a very detailed user manual. Matthew has performed the following works at our home:- - the repair of the lighting system in our lounge room (a previous contractor had not been able to fix it) -set up an off peak supply (night rate tariff) to our pool which provides considerable savings. -provided a new overhead fan for our study and repaired the controls of other fans. All work was completed in a very satisfactory manner which reflected Matthew's skills and widespread knowledge of electricity circuits.

The experience we had dealing with 3D Energy was exceptional. We had solar installed and needed all of our down lighting replaced due to poor workmanship from previous renovations. The standard of work performed by 3D Energy was excellent and the materials used were of the best quality. 3D Energy has recently completed the installation of a Solar system at our home. Matts work is impeccable! Work was quoted on fully, with clear and concise explanation about all elements and options that were available. Our quote was received within 24 hours of the site visit. Once we had confirmed the go ahead for the work, the process was completely smooth and transparent, with constant communication throughout the process. Work was (as planned) undertaken over two days, with Matt arriving promptly on each occasion. Aside from shiny new panels on the roof, and the equipment on the wall in our garage there was absolutely no sign that you were even at our place â€“ I have never seen a tradesman leave such a tidy worksite! We would happily utilise the services of 3D Energy for any future electrical works on our home.
