Adam is a true professional— I’ve recently settled in Brisbane from Toronto, Canada and the customer service with this team is awesome! Adam fit my quote into his busy schedule before Christmas due to his concern for my safety in a ground floor apartment, and then installed a week earlier than expected after the holiday break. Adam did an amazing installation…from a non obligatory quote to the fitting it was a seamless and no fuss process! The door looks great and doesn’t change the older style post war home’s facade but more so I now feel secure knowing whether I’m in the house or not my house will be secure.

Adam proved to be a knowledgeable and proficient professional. We had an older exiting sliding door and window in place and required a security sliding door on the outside. Other contractors we invited to quote insisted that the security door would have to be installed internally on an additional frame. Adam, using his previous experience, provided a solution with the security door on the outside, as we required. His quote was very reasonable and the installation went extremely smoothly and we are well satisfied. We are very grateful for his service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Very prompt in quoting and doing the job. Adam was extremely careful not to scratch the walls, floors and ceiling, a big achievement considering two of the three screen doors were huge. He even vacuumed after he finished the installation. They look fantastic, slide easily and quietly and don’t block the views. Great job! Adam installed 8 Prowler Proof window screens and 2 screen doors. He also replaced two large windows. He provided excellent service and stayed true to his word with all install timeframes. We've just finished a major renovation and have been stuffed around by a number of suppliers who dragged out their install timeframes and messed up measurements. However Adam did everything he said he would and was very knowledgeable about the products. He was able to provide us with a couple of options and work with our budget. I highly recommend using this company for all your security. We recently moved into a new home which had no security and also had French doors. We were unsure if using security doors on the French doors would take away from the look of the Queenslander that we had purchased Adam discussed ideas and colours with us and we could not be happier with the outcome. They look amazing. We also incorporated using prowler protect and force field throughout the home to keep the cost down and could not be happier. Adam came out the next day after contacting him and we had it measured and the whole house fitted in less than 2 weeks. It shows when the person who owns the business also measures and fits the product - there is no middle man and he is more than happy to work with you. Adam was great from quote to full installation. Everything done on time and to my exact specifications. Even down to the Jasper colourbond colour. My door looks great.

I ordered two security screens from Adam and am extremely happy with the service. He has an indepth knowledge of the products and was able to expain why they are the best on the market without bad mouthing competitors. There was no pressure to purchase after Adam came to give me a quote and when I did go ahead and order, the screens arrived quickly (within a week) and Adam was able to install them not long after. I will definately be ordering through Adam in the future and will recommend him to my family and friends.

We needed advice on the best option for securing the entrance porch to our house. Firstly, I had a screen put on my back bi-folds to keep my cat in, which I didn't even realise was possible. It also keeps the mosquitoes out! I have now just had screens put on my front door and front window. Very easy process and done very quickly with no hassle at all which as a full-time worker was important to me! I have already recommended to friends and family and constantly have comments made on how clever the back screen is!
