Going to the dentist has never been a priority for me as my experiences havent been good, consequently I only go when it is nearly urgent. I have now recieved prompt care and attention and feel better about going. I needed advice and service for an extraction and addition to my denture. Got what I needed without any severe bill shock. Highly recommend this friendly competent surgery.

All staff were friendly, Mas was very understanding of my nervousness and was patient with me. Helped come up with a treatment plan that I was comfortable with. I will definitely be going back and recommend to anyone else, particularly those who might not be at ease at the dentist.

Bright Smile care about you and your needs. I came to bright smile after losing faith in dentists. Dr Masoumeh has completely changed my opinion, she is calm and cares about your experience. since going to her I feel educated in why things need to be done and there is no pressure to do anything I don’t want to do. On top of that she gave me a teeth whitening pen before my wedding and loyalty discount on my latest visit. Don’t bother looking any further!! 100 stars!!

Lovely staff who put my mind at ease the moment I walked in. Was in incredible pain and found out it was an infection and root problems which had been missed by my former dentist. Dr Mas performed emergency work that didn't hurt a bit. She was so comforting, explained everything in detail and did an amazing job. I have found my new dentist.

I have incredibly sensitive teeth and a great fear of dentists having had lots of treatments over the years. Dr Mas is the gentlest dentist I’ve ever been to (whether Melbourne, London or Scotland). She is great at laying out all options and doesn’t try to encourage optional treatment. She is always aware of the cost to patients. I would completely recommend her to anyone.

Dr Mas is a total pro. I had a minor tooth restoration done in minutes, with no anaesthetic and no pain. The Dr laid out my options for future treatment clearly. Also very friendly.

Dr. Hajihashem and her team are excellent professionals. They are very sensitive to a patient's fears and concerns and put you completely at ease. Dr. Hajihashem is very calm and gentle, her manner is very soothing and reassuring. I came to see the Dr. after being unhappy with my last dentist and I cannot recommend her enough - her prices are very reasonable [retracted medical comment]. I will be staying with her for all my future visits. I would definitely recommend this dental practice as one of the best in Melbourne. Thank you Dr. and the team!

My partner and I have made this our local dentist. I attended at the start of the year and found my experience fantastic. Everyone who worked there was so polite and professional. The dentist had a very calming nature about her and explained everything before she was going to do it. My partner also went in recently after chipping his tooth and they managed to fit him in at the end of that day. He came back the next week to get his teeth cleaned because he enjoyed his experience at this clinic so much.

After avoiding the dentist for a while because of a previous bad experience, it was with trepidation that I searched for a new dentist. I need not have worried in the slightest, because the whole team at Bright Smile Dental Clinic are absolutely wonderful. I was warmly welcomed on arrival, seen in a very timely manner, and then received outstanding dental care. Dr Masoumeh is very friendly, explains things thoroughly, and has a warm and kind manner which put me totally at ease. Thanks to everyone at Bright Smile for great dental care.

Dr. Masoumeh is very professional yet very fun and comfortable. I have been to many dental clinics and have gone through different dentists, but I find Dr. Masoumeh topping the list when it comes to excellent dentists, especially around preston. As soon as she checked my teeth, I knew then and there that she is very experienced and one I would wholeheartedly trust with my teeth. Whoever is uncomfortable with dentists should definitely look into seeing Dr. Masoumeh and I guarantee you that you will feel at ease with her from the get go. I did'nt have enough money for having my two teeth done, but she gave me options, and she walks through it with you and takes in whatever you prefer but also giving her professiobal opinion. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND her to anyone, even my family hears me rant about how good she is. after every appointment I have with her.

My husband and I have been visiting Dr Masoumeh Hakihashem for our dental care and treatment for nearly three years, during these years we had our teeth crowned & Bridged, had emergency treatment and general Dental care etc. The expertise of Dr Hakihashem is really first class, the experience of our visit to her Clinic is really excellent. For example: 1. I had a very unpleasant treatment with my previous Dentist which resolved a black tooth, I wanted him to fix the black tooth but he said that he cannot do it. But Dr Hakihashem crowned it for me and now I can look at the mirror with a sunshine smile. I cannot thank Dr Hakhashem more. 2. Dr Hakihashem and her team are very professional and friendly, her clinic is well-equipped and very clean. We always feel warm welcomed. 3. I find, the location of the Clinic is very convenient, it has a back parking spot. It will only take me 5 minutes’ walk from the Preston Market train station. 4. Dr Hakihashem always offers discount for our treatments even her charge is already less than other Dental clinics’s. Had 2 fillings done aswell as getting a thorough clean out. It was a bit sore when i had the clean out done, but it was expected seeing how i didnt take care of my teeth. Dentist and assistant were very friendly and caring. Very happy with the results being my first time with bright smile. Im booked in 6 months time for another checkup. Highly recommend bright smile dental clinic to all.

Dr Hajihashem and the team are lovely to deal with, I'm a nervy customer and the ladies made my visits relaxed and were extremely gentle during treatment. She talked me through every step of the procedure and was very gentle and helpful whenever I had questions. Quick and painless at all times and most importantly listens to her clients. Highly recommended I hate dentist visits and this was the only clinic I was calm enough to go back again and again.

After subjecting myself to two unsatisfactory dental groups in the last 6 months, I was sceptical to say the least about a third. Imagine my surprise to have located an all round first-class experience. I was immediately impressed from my enquiry with Deanne and further with my initial consultation with Dr Hajihashem. The costs quoted were considerably lower than the standard, along with honest, caring and professional advice. Coincidently, my autistic daughter developed a toothache shortly thereafter and the attention, patience and effort exercised to ensure she was comfortable through every stage of her treatment was exceptional. I received excellent dental care at Bright Smile, very thorough and pain free. Im usually a very anxious patient but the team made me feel very comfortable and even relaxed. Highly recommended, and they are the nicest people and very welcoming. Dr Hajihashem and nurse were very sensitive to my needs asking if I was ok during the treatment, They were very professional making me feel well cared for. I recently visited their clinic and I must that say that Dr. Masoumeh is a good doctor and a fantastic human being. I had visited another doctor a week back and was not happy with her as she was very impatient and charged way more than Dr. Masoumeh. I took my treatment plan and copy of my x-ray to Dr. Masoumeh. She just charged for the filling and not for the consultation. I would definitely recommend this clinic for everyone out there with dental problem.

I was amazed at how quickly Dr.Hajihashem was able to help me. I needed an extraction and a tooth added to my exsisting denture and it was all completed in approximately 4.5 hours. Her explanations at every step of my treatment was very reassuring and comforting. No pain....no stress....

Beyond every expectation - is the only way to describe this clinic. My teeth needed some major work, including a root canal, six fillings and scaling. After researching a number of local clinics, I am so happy I chose Bright Smile! Highly professional, warm and welcoming staff, VERY reasonable prices and impeccably clean modern facilities. My teeth are now good as new without an empty bank account. Highly recommend this clinic.

My biggest fear is the dentist , but todays experience was very calming and relaxed .I went to get my teeth bleached but I have a crown and was advised that this would not work , so I was recommended to have my teeth cleaned and polished.they have turned out amazing .I also have a cap in my teeth which I will return on Monday to get filled.this is glo g to give me more confidence in my smile again . After many years of visiting a previous dentist I felt automatically comfortable being treated by Dr.Masoumeh. My treatment plan was explained thoroughly and other options were offered. I was keen to come back for further treatment as infection control standards are high. I was very happy with the costs and will continue to come back for regular check-ups.
