I had Sarah today do my micro needling & led treatment. She is absolutely beautiful, professional and gentle. The salon has a nice modern vibe. I've even booked another appointment to have my lip blush done in a week. This is my new favourite beauty spot!

Had my facial done with these guys and I couldn’t be happier ..it’s been 6 months I’m coming to Sophia beauty and the customer service and the service they provide is amazing . My skin is very shiny and smooth after each treatment. Once a month is a must and I can’t recommend these guys enough best service for best price in town!

Lovely, I absolutely love this salon! I have tried many other eyelash extension salons across Melbourne, and I have never had eyelash extensions like this. My own eyelashes have actually grown back longer and healthier since coming here. The eyelashes last, look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking to get your lashes done .... Best place in Melbourne for eyelash extensions! Came here after had done my extensions somewhere else to get it redone.They did an amazing job!!And super careful removing my old extensions (that had lots of glue on) and did even better with my Russian volume set! In previous years I have tried eyelash extensions and had always been disappointed as they would never last longer than a week, but I really wanted them done for an overseas holiday. So I googled a bunch of salonsb around Melbourne and found Sophia Beauty. I had high hopes as eyelash extensions is what they specialise in, an I am so happy I gave them a try! I am past two weeks and they are still full and fluffy! Only had a lash here and there but you can not even tell. Also had a lot of compliments from friends how natural they looked. Shout out to the magical Eunice!

This was the first time I had ever gotten my eyelashes done and my eyelash technician Takako was extremely professional. I never once felt uncomfortable and I left the salon feeling great. They take the time to help you find the perfect lash and the overall experience for me was a 5/5. I would definitely recommend!

The quality and service is very hygienic and professional the environment of the lash bar is very quiet &relaxing and is very pleasant. The lash technicians are very experience and would take care of your lashes. They would give you expert advice on whats suitable for your lashes. i have only came here to get my eyelashes done as a friend recommended it. they always look great and natural. Friends have gone to other cheaper places out have had horrible experiences eyelashes coming/falling out, damage to natural lashes etc. But here, i've never had a problem. I love them!

The service and the atmosphere itself was so comforting, everyone there was very friendly with me! Had an overall great experience especially as it was my first time getting my eyelash extensions. My technician Ye-jee Heo was so friendly and informative about the whole process. The results of my eyelashes are stunning! Although i asked for more of a dramatic option it still came out very comfortable to have on which is perfect.

I got 11mm doll look lashes done here and they are the lightest most comfortable pair I've had. The salon is very relaxing with low key music and spa smells. Technician (Rina) was very gentle and kept checking on how I was going. Will be going again for sure!

The most wonderful service from start to finish. Painless careful lash work, my lashes are light and fluffy and I've had no lashes drop since I got them done 7 days ago, this is far superior to the average lash extension service. I'm a salon owner myself and I'm hard to impress, my own salon is a very high level facial clinic so I do not write a good review for someone I don't know, lightly. I had a fantastic experience at Sophia beauty. The girls are so friendly and welcoming and They made me feel I was in safe hands. They were so good at knowing what I wanted, since it's my first time I didn't want my lashes to be massive and look fake. Sophia beauty did such a great job, I have had so many comments about how natural and beautiful my lashes are. Some people are unsure whether they were extensions or mascara. They are pricey but worth it for a special occasion. I had a junior tech do 100 lashes but I couldn't fault them at all. Not sure how much better a senior would be coz mine were fabulous. The experience was so relaxing, I even fell asleep while it was being done! I will be back again soon for my refills ! And next time I may even go bigger!

First eyelash extension experience and it was great! Super friendly girls; explained everything I needed to know and was happy to answer any questions I had. I walked in with no real idea of what to expect, but it was just easy. Since I didn't know which lash volume(?) I was after, I asked for her opinion and went with it. I was then shown images of the different curls and chose what looked best to me. And at the end, everything turned out just as expected! My lashes were done by Michelle, a junior staff, professional, knew what she had to do and really nice. Couple of days in and everything has been great so far! Recommend!

I booked in with a junior staff and I had it done with Ai, she was so amazing and lovely and accomodated to my eyelash and personal habits (if I touch the outer corner or inner corner of my eye often etc). The prices are very affordable considering the service and quality! Been to a few places for eyelash extensions in Melbourne and have always been disappointed but I'm so glad I've found this place!

Great customer service and very friendly, but during the lash application my eyes started stinging, and after it was finished they were red. They next day they were still red, and looked even worse. I was not asked before my lash application if I was sensitive and no patch test was done on my skin. I will be coming back for a full refund.

Love love love Sophia's work! Booked in for semi-permanent eyeliners session initially but Sophia suggested me not to do it cuz I have mono-eyelids it won't look much different on me, and did my eyebrows instead, which turned out perfectly. They really know what to give and do to customers instead of just trying to maximise the profits. The girls are all friendly and helpful, the whole experience was comfortable and really quick! Thanks girls for a wonderful afternoon, will come back next month and will definitely recommend Sophia's to more friends!

I think I had a perfect set? and I loved them. I have never had my eyelash extensions done anywhere else, however in comparison to other people eyelashes I have seen who haven't gone to Sophia's lashes, they look so natural and don't look tacky . I never feel the need to try other salons. The quality is amazing and the procedure is pain free and very relaxing . Highly recommend to anyone wanting eyelash extensions.

I had my eyeliner tattoo last week. The girls here are lovely. I told Sophia that I really want my eyeliner to be thick. But she said she couldn't do it too thick otherwise they will look too obvious and not natural. I took her advice and they came out very good. I look forward to have my lash extension soon.

I must say been a regular client and Bella never fails me. Had my extensions from another salon during the time Sophia's was under renovation and then came back today for retouch and boy oh boy Bella just does it better! The new cozy place was such a breeze by the way.

The best lashes I have ever had! I have tried many other eyelash extension places in Melbourne and they have been no where near as good as Sophia lashes!! Amazing service and always a comfortable experience, have never left disappointed!

I've been coming here for over a year and love the job that they do on my eyelashes every time! I'm never disappointed. :) The recent opening on the new shop is very trendy and feels very comfortable! The service is always so friendly, welcoming and relaxing! I've been going to a popular lash bar near where I live but they couldn't fit me it for an appointment. I found Sophia Beauty Co on an Ig sponsored ad and decided go give it a go. Way better service, great ambiance and my technician explained the different thickness to me. Lashes came out more natural looking. Definitely my new go to place for lash extensions. :)

Having never had eyelash extensions before, I can't really compare but I absolutely love my lashes! The salon is gorgeous & has a lovely atmosphere & all of the staff are so nice & welcoming. I have had so many comments on my lashes. I would recommend anybody to go here. Thank you for making my first time so amazing!

Loved the great flexibility in their appointment times, I could even go after work! Good customer service was a plus (greetings to after care instruction) and of course, perfect results of the treatment. The only thing is that they are 'cash only'! But oh well! Results are all worth it! :) Definitely recommended!

It was the best decision as not only was the booking process a breeze, they took time to carefully explain to me the available options and I was out of there in 1.5 hours with a set of beautifully soft and natural lashes. I have very little and thin lashes; also very sensitive in the eyes. I used to try so many different lash specialist around Melbourne and never had such satisfaction in the result like The Lash Bar! And the quality is good everytime!

I am writing this review 7 weeks after my visit to Sophia Lashes which I found through facebook ads. I wanted to give the lashes enough time before writing this review. Bella was my lash technician and she was very patient and gentle throughout the entire process. Given this was my first experience with lash extensions, she recommended the lash length that I could choose from and within 50-60 minutes I was done and left with amazingly natural looking set of lashes (I had the natural set done) which even my mother in law complimented as looking very natural (which is rare!). My eyes, although not immediately after the application, did sting a little but nothing that was unbearable. The first few days, there were a couple of lost lashes that came off however that subsided after the first few days. The after care of the lashes itself took while to get used to as it was basically like wearing mascara 24/7 meaning rubbing eyes first thing in the morning, rubbing face/eyes while in shower washing face were all highly not recommended. However it all paid off as 7 weeks later, although it is a lot more sparse now (I'd say a good 80% have fallen off now), the lash extensions are still attached and not looking too odd yet. I highly recommend Sophia Lashes and have already referred a number of friends and family to Sophia Lashes. I know I'll definitely will be back again!

Theres really nothing negative I can say about Sophia Lashes. Set in her cosy apartment building, you can't help but drift into a peaceful state of meditation/ sleep it is so comfortable. Sophia is gentle, but very effective. Eyelashes can last up to one month, depending on what style you chose. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I think its great value comparing to all the other extension places around Melbourne, and Sophia is welcoming and friendly.

I have had false lashes for nearly two years now, but I have had major issues finding an eyelash technician that I was happy with. They always ended up looking fake, my lashes got damaged and they kept falling off. That was until I met Sophia. I have really sensitive eyes, and with other technicians my eyes were always red and swollen after my appointment. That has never been an issue with her. She is doing a great job, my lashes looks amazing, and I could not have been happier. She is definitely the best eyelash technician in Melbourne! I might even have to convince her to move back to Europe with me once I graduate Uni, because I don't think I can find anyone to replace her;)

Excellent service and quality of lashes! Sophia does an amazing job and the prices are very affordable! Always happy with the outcome of my lashes, they look very natural and don't cause any discomfort. The experience is always relaxing and you never need to stress if they will turn out alright as Sophia is very experienced in doing lash extensions. Sophia is AMAZING! I have been there for a while now. I chose it since it was affordable and have been going back for refills ever since. Not the first eyelash extension I have tried but something I will be sticking to. Compared to my prior experience, the lashes here look more natural( since I always opt for natural look) I love the eye pads sophia sticks on before the procedure :), other places used tapes and she just makes sure you would like what you end up with.She is also super friendly, let u charge your phone even :) I would definitely recommend!

Sophia and Chloe are both very friendly and professional. I'm from Sydney and haven't been able to find a decent, reliable place for my eyelashes since moving here. The quality of the eyelashes are amazing and they are very experienced. it's been a month and my lashes are still intact. They even text you after their service to let you know what lashes you had done and give you a complimentary eyelash brush. Love them! Thanks Chloe!

I have visited Sophia a couple of times now. My lashes look amazing... I am so pleased with them. People would comment on how beautiful they are and yet they still look natural. Brilliant! I got a full set of silk lashes for a wedding I was going to. As I'd never had lashes done before I was very pleased at the explanations given throughout and I always felt comfortable. I didn't know how much they could do for me, as my natural eyelashes are short, fine and very weak. The result was fantastic. They look completely natural. I have been asked about them by women at work and they agree that they look amazing. I'm totally in love with my new lashes.
