Wouldn’t recommend this company, made me pay up front and I’m still waiting months later, just full of excuses

Feel disappointed as our company got blinds installed by this company. There was a faulty in the ends of the blind and have fallen off a few times. Under warranty they came to fix them, only to occur again. I sent emails from September 2020 with no response, to call and find out the guy left who I usually spoke to. I then was told to email through to Phil, who never actioned getting the end re-fixed. The Last email I have was march this year from Phil saying "Sorry for the delay, we should have already actioned this. We'll contact you early next week to fix" which never happened. Instead I emailed again in march, no response, then April , no response. Lockdown and restrictions hit, so I let it be, but then contacted again 13th Oct and again no response. Very poor communication and management.

Honest feedback, I got my 50% deposit refund after approx. 6 months of wait and follow-ups from Dec 2017 to May 2018. It noteworthy that these guys are not worthy. Worst experience of my life and family lived under privacy distress for 6 months.. but to get an written apology from Blindmotion. Not recommended

I have had my whole house fitted with blinds from Blindmotion after an extensive house renovation. They were like a breath of fresh air after all the problems with builders. The while team are amazing. Even when I had a problem with one of the blinds (our fault) they fixed it straight away. Amazing service and a great product. I have recommended them to numerous people and will continue to do so. Angela Roberts

Andrew and his team at Blindmotion have never failed to deliver in every aspect. From the measure and quote of our shutters through to delivery and install, their professionalism and attention to detail is a credit to them. They have always been accurate with delivery/install timeframes, great communication, no fuss and overall are a pleasure to do business with. We wouldn't go anywhere else - customers for life.

We firstly had shutters installed throughout our home, so impressed with sales, service and installation we then installed some outdoor aluminium louvres which were customer made, Andrew and his team worked with our builder to ensure they were perfect. We have just had outdoor roller blinds installed which look sensational and even withstood a recent hail storm. I cannot recommend Blindmotion enough and have passed on their details to friends who feel the same way. Greg and Allison

Over the past few years we have relied on Andrew at Blindmotion to install internal blinds and shutters to our building. With limited access and parking difficulties, the team has worked around the issues and installed a wonderful product at an affordable price. Any questions have been quickly answered and options explored. A great product with consultants who listen and care about the client's expectations.

Blindmotion have provided an excellent product in a very professional, courteous manner and at a great price. We needed a wide external blind to shut out the westerly sun from our kitchen splash back window, and Andrew promptly provided great advice on our best choice (our house has Hebel externally which raised some concerns regarding initial installation) and followed through with a great product at a great price. When, some 15 months later, I advised Andrew that the blind had come away from the wall (no damage caused), Andrew was on to it immediately. Within 48 hours the installation team from Blindmotion were at the house, and reinstalled the blind extra securely. Everyone from Blindmotion proved to be very courteous, amicable and professional, with an strong desire to do the best job! I cannot fault the service or product we received from Blindmotion and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I had new carpet installed and needed to have our shutters taken down and re-placed a few days later. At 7.32am on the first day back at work after New Year - 5 mins after the carpet man requested this happen - Andrew from Blind Motion answered the phone and then 10 mins later knocked on the door with the drill kit in hand and sorted the situation. Likewise when they had to go back up Phil arrived 10 minutes later and it was done in no time flat. Brilliant and exceptionally timely service and both lads had a smile, making it very calming for me. I can't recommend them highly enough - on top of already exceptional service when our kitchen blinds and bedroom shutters were installed.

I replaced awnings with plantation shutters to keep my house cool. Peter was really good at explaining my options on different sized windows and how my view through shutters would differ from my awnings. Darren was very efficient in installing them. He has a great can-do attitude and was totally focused on getting the job done properly. He has a real commitment to looking after his customer. I hadn't realised how much the shutters would improve the look of my house. I am thrilled with them. Blindmotion is a professional company. I can highly recommend the team there.

I would highly recommend Blind Montion, from first contact to blind delivery, they are fantastic. Their salesman Peter was prompt friendly and efficient. The Mocha venetian blinds we chose are the perfect colour, very well installed and add character to our kitchen and dining room. They have cooled our house right down which is another plus. Blind motion was by far the most affordable company we engaged with. Full marks all round!

Love the blinds and the customer service is amazing. I recently dropped the remote in our dog's water bowl. I called blind motion the next day and had a replacement in just a couple of hours.

We were very impressed with the whole service from this company. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional, courteous and efficient. We had a very bad experience with another company a few years ago so were pleasantly surprised this time and would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. In particular the men who fitted the plantation shutters were excellent, and we are very happy with the end result

We had blinds changed in our bedroom and bathroom. Blindmotion were very efficient, we had our blinds installed within a week. Great service from getting a quote to the person that installed our blinds. Would definitely use them again.

We had a really large window with difficult access that really needed a blind. Blind motion provided all the solutions. Their service was extremely profesionnal, they came when they said they would, the installers cleaned up after themselves and we now have a blind that complements our decor perfectly. We needed the blinds for our office really quickly, the guys from Blind Motion came out the next day to provide an on site quote. Within a few days we got a call to let us know the blinds were ready, The install was quick and easy, the product was exactly what we wanted and they left the place clean and tidy. The icing on the cake was a follow up call to make sure we were happy with the product. I thoroughly recommend Blind Motion, we even got the short cords we asked for!
