My SMSF has been fantastic. From setup all the way through to annual reporting, they took the stress out of self managed super and the team always make it easy to keep up with regulatory requirements. I cannot recommend these guys enough if you're thinking about establishing a SMSF.

They have made what i thought would be a difficult thing the set up (SMSF) very simple. Any questions i have are answered quickly via email or phone call and the online platform makes the ongoing management of my SMSF easy.

I have been a client since 2013. Customer service, dedication to providing the best product, loyalty - all outstanding. I can't recommend them enough. They have a great website, we can upload documents as you go so it's very easy. Easy to navigate, perfect if you prefer to do everything over the internet. I travel a lot, and am rarely home so this suits me perfectly. Their website also contains videos and information you can use to educate yourself if you wish. We get updates regularly on changes to SMSF laws, but no excessive email newsletters. If you are considering an SMSF, talk to these guys first, you will be well looked after.

I've purchased 2 properties with the expert help of Robert and Zuzi at My SMSF Property. They held my hand through the complicated process of setting up a SMSF for one purchase, and did the finance for that and the purchase of our home. They showed excellent knowledge of the lender market and were able to get me a better loan than my original broker could suggest, and were on top of the lender to make sure it all happened in time for settlement. Anyone who's done a property transaction knows it can be really stressful when you have $$$$ on the line and you're depending on getting finance. I felt like the My SMSF Property team was as committed as me to making my finance come through and they really helped me at last buy my own home.

Robert and My SMSF Property have given us excellent service, advice and support to structure and manage our SMSF. They are pretty cost effective but don't cut any corners.
