Ian was just the most amazing person to work with! As this was my first property, I was extremely nervous and didn’t really know where to start. Ian made me feel completely comfortable and I could really put all of my trust in to him. I was house hunting for over a year, Ian was there every step of the way.. always there to answer my silly little questions or help guide me through what step to take next. He helped me get the right loan for my situation and continuously reviewed this as the interest rates fell, always after the best rate and suited bank. Ian is extremely diligent and second to none in his customer service. I didn’t just gain a mortgage broker, I gained a friend! Thanks again Ian :)

Ian worked tirelessly to find a solution for us and we couldn't have achieved our dream home build without his help. I was recommended by a friend to contact Ian when I told her I was keen of buying a place of my own. And I've never regretted a moment of it. Ian is more than a mortgage broker, but now turned into a friend. I just arrived in Australia, and was keen to buy my own property because I didn't like the idea of paying someone else's mortgage. I engaged with Ian and told him my situation, and he helped me sort out a pre approval loan in a matter of days so that I'd know my purchase amounts. Aside from that, he constantly was answering my multitude of questions at any time of day. He has showed compassion and kindness to my situation, yet was extremely professional. I eventually found my home after 6 months, and he has been so patient with me and I know he's in it for his customers' wellbeing. He managed my case while he was away on holiday, and I am now a proud owner of my own home, for which would not have happened at all without his help.

I've spoken to a few mortgage brokers before Ian and they didn't want to know me because of my situation only been in Australia for a few months.. IAN was different.. He set me up with a plan and how to achieve it.. We have now purchased a house only after 3 months of saving and Ian knowing his job so well. Absolutely an A class man with a fantastic service.. I say I'll do my job while Ian does his and he sure does that can't recommend him enough!

Ian is very friendly, incredibly professional and provides a level of customer service that is second to none. When I first met with Ian it was after work in the CBD, we met in a bar at my request which was convenient for me. I ordered a particular drink. Ian took note of what I ordered and sent me a bottle as a present along with a thank you card when the switching banks process was all over. Gesturers like that and how he constantly goes out of his way in all financial dealings, makes me wish all service providers were like Ian! Although I originally consulted Ian to help me switch banks (over a year ago now), I still use his services for advice on other financial decisions that i need to make. Talking to Ian is like talking to an old friend. He has my best interests at heart, he always has time for me and he saves me significant amounts of money. It’s so refreshing to get great service and financial advice from a person who is genuinely interested in getting the best result for me. Ian responds to all my questions quickly and takes the time to explain different options to me. I feel well informed and confident that I am making the right financial decisions with his help. I cant recommend him highly enough!

Ian was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. He made the process extremely stress-free. We had been denied a loan by multiple banks and given extremely high interest rates. Thankfully we found Ian and he not only got us a loan, but at an extremely reasonable rate. Ian is amazing. He exceeded my expectations for a mortgage broker and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He got me a loan 0.6% cheaper than anyone else (comparison rat, not just quoted rate) and when you're borrowing over $500k that's significant! I approached my bank, credit union, iselect and clickhomeloans and he beat them all. Plus, he treated me with respect, gave me lots of information and even though I'm first home buyer he wasn't patronising. And he was always available and made sure my conveyancer was on top of everything. I doubt things would have gone so smoothly without him.

Right from the first phone call, Ian made the whole process of getting our first home so easy and enjoyable! Banks had previously told us it would be difficult to get a loan as we didn't have a lot of savings, but after only a few questions, Ian reassured us it could be done. He stayed in regular contact while we were searching for a property and once we put an offer on a unit in Jan 2016, we only gave him two weeks notice to apply for our loan. He got it finalised in 1.5weeks. And then sent us a congratulations gift as well! He was patient, knowledgeable and was available by phone or email whenever we needed him. I would strongly recommend Ian as your mortgage broker - particularly if first home owners. Since we have made our purchase he has continued to follow up and recently gave us advice on a car loan also. Thanks Ian, you're a champ :)

Ian is the best broker I have ever worked with. I had a previous broker, that Ian blows out of the water. I think there must be two Ian’s as he always answers my emails extremely quickly, efficiently and with the detail required; even when I am up late or up early thinking about mortgage solutions and strategies. I would highly recommend Ian’s services to anybody. Ian is the best expert to have in your corner when it comes to mortgage and financial solutions. Ian has helped me with solutions for both owner occupied and investment properties and I feel very comfortable knowing that he is looking out for my best interests. Ian is an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly mortgage who will not only save you money, but make it is for you to do. He helped me obtain finance with my preferred lender after my direct approach with them had not worked. He was able to cut through the red tape to deal with the key personnel and obtain the straightforward approvals needed to progress my loan within record time! He is constantly in communication with his clients, takes the time to really understand what you want (and need) and then presents you with the best options and detail behind them. Even if you have your finances in order and can get a loan no problem, I'd highly recommend going through him to ensure you get the best deal. He'll do the hard yards all the way through to settlement and it won't cost you a cent. Best broker I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with - and no, I'm not related to him, aren't getting any incentives and have no reason to give a glowing review other than he truly was fantastic to deal with!

Let me start by saying that without Ian we would not have been able to purchase our home. We had a very specific situation with no genuine savings and had already been refused by a lender. We where told by another broker that our case was a lost one... Ian made it happen! Since then Ian has been a major help in many important financial decisions including Insurance . We could not possibly make any higher recommendation for Ian's wonderful and professional services, it was a sheer pleasure doing business!

I had used another reputable mortgage broker for the purchase of my first 3 bed 1 bath house. Then, marriage, 3 kids and life happened when we needed an upgrade. I went back to the mortgage broker who was trying to get me to go to someone else in his office and I was not impressed at all with him trying to fob me off. Ian was referred to me by a good friend so I thought I'd give him a go (reluctantly). He is everything you would expect from a broker and more. Easy to deal with, professional, quick to respond and always on call when we had crazy questions! People think we're crazy when we tell them that Ian changed our lives! Now we are in our dream 5 bed 2 bath house and an investment property. I can't speak highly enough of his service and would gladly recommend him! Thanks Ian!!!

we'd been locked into a Lo Doc loan for 10 years that we thought we couldn't get out of - until we met Ian. He was realistically optimistic, honest and he worked hard to get us a far better loan than we could ever have hoped. What was especially good was his follow-through and keeping us informed at all stages of the process. He was patient when he had to answer our queries (again!) and calm our doubts. He was encouraging and positive when we hit a roadblock and our current home loan tried delaying tactics. But it all went through! An excellent outcome. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Ian to any of my friends and family who are looking to refinance a current loan or apply for a new one.

We met at the coffee club, he was so down to earth and made sure it all made sense to me. He never made me feel silly for asking questions that were simple to him but hard for me to understand. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Time was not a issue for him, i never felt rushed. He really cares and is compassionate about his work, nothing is too much! At the end of our meeting i completly understood everything and felt very confident in going ahead knowing i was in perfect hands. I would NEVER go to the big guys again !

Ian helped our family purchase a home recently. We had a non traditional deposit and found that our big 4 bank would not help us get a loan. Ian came to our house that day and was able to offer us many options. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always available via mobile phone...including late Sunday night!
