The guys arrived right on time. They were quick, professional and left the garden very tidy - if it wasn't for the fact the trees were shorter you wouldn't know they had been. Oh and very well priced! Thanks.

Fast and efficient service at a fantastic price. Safely and effectively removed a very large tree in a small area with no collateral damage to house, sheds, paths, pond and greenhouse. A tough ask but executed extremely well and professionally.

Professional team cut back over grown branches on eight, 20 metre sky high trees, in tight space between two houses. Super clean up prompt. Saturday service, good pricing and would recommend them to anyone,well done Dale.

A 6 Star quality service from my initial enquiry thru quotation for the job by Dale and then completion of the job by Dale and his brilliant team in a thoroughly professional and a totally customer focused manner. Large Tree safely and without incident removed from beside our pool in a confined area near side fence and corner of house. I could not give a higher recommedation than by saying I am one Happy Customer who would not hesitate to use Tree Access again.

Dale and the team were very professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent service when conducting limb reduction on our property. As it is a yard with difficult access, we were amazed with how easily the team undertook this difficult work. I'd read horror stories about the cost of tree removal, but was very pleased with the service I got from Dale and his team. A very reasonable quote, and the tree revoved within a couple of hours of acceptance. Property left clean and tidy. Top marks.

The team was a pleasure to deal with. They turned up on time and cleaned up after a long day. They were polite and careful not to damage the rest of the garden or property. One of the trees was in excess of 30mtr and 2mtrs from house so not an easy job. I highly recommend this company

Dale from Tree Access responded very quickly, quoted within a couple of hours and completed the job within a few days. I contacted a number of arborists and Dale was by far the best and quickest to deal with. I would highly recommend Tree Access.

Efficient and Friendly Service. Great quote and the boys were able to do the job straight away. It wasn't a complex limb fall area but they were careful not to damage other trees in the vicinity and were highly professional. They even cleared our driveway for access (even though it wasn't part of their brief). Highly recommended and very happy with the results. Thanks Guys!!!

From the outset, Dale has been very professional and helpful. He assisted us in the council tree removal application and nothing we ever to much trouble. Dale, the principal of Tree Access, was reliable, knowledgable, prompt and conscientious in doing the job we asked him to do. He came with an experienced crew and they were in and out of our garden in 90 minutes. They needed access to our house to reach the branches that needed to be removed and were careful about taking off their boots to walk through. They cleaned up well after the job was completed. Highly recommended!

Dale & his team came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation. They felled a total of 11 trees for us on the property we share with our daughter & family, cut them up into firewood size lengths and mulched the branches. We now have loads of firewood and mulch - both very useful. All done over three pretty hot days just before Christmas. A great job and we thought excellent value for money. Would certainly use them again if we need anything else done and have already recommended them to the next door neighbour. Thanks, guys!

From start to finish, Dale was incredibly helpful and professional. He came out to quote whilst I was at work as it's hard for me to get away, had a quote to me quickly and was able to begin the work within a week of me confirming. The work was completed as quoted and the site was left clear upon completion of the work. I would have no hesitations in recommending Tree Access to others.

I needed two 25m plus Messmate gums removed from my backyard and the stumps grubbed. I had 6 quotes done as I had never needed to have trees removed before, so therefore had no idea of the costs. I started with the common ones, like Jim's Trees etc. and also some local ones to my area. I put a shout out on a the local Maroondah notice board and Tree Access were recommended. I contacted them and they came out that week and quoted me. I was amazed at the quote as it was significantly cheaper that the other 5 I had received. I booked them in for 8am start on a Saturday. Two guys, Dale and Tom, turned up just before 8 and got to work. The two trees were down, cut up into firewood sized lengths, and the rest mulched for us to keep for the garden and all this by mid afternoon. Dale then came back later that same day and grubbed the stumps for me. I also had an 8m tree fall down in my front yard in the week before they came out and for a little extra cash, they mulched all of that for me too. Dale and Tom were both very professional and knowledgeable, and cleaned up the site afterwards. I would highly recommend Tree Access for any of your tree removal or arborist jobs. I know that if needed, I will be using them again.
