The service I received form Yarrra Valley Floors was great - they were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
The carpet recommended was exactly what i required and the process was fast (Xmas time) and efficient.

Their before, during and after customer service was outstanding! From our first step in their shop to the completion of the job was second to none. The floor was laid on the agreed date and time.
The tradesman who carried out the job was friendly and skilled. He cleaned up after completing the floor.

We were wanting to have floating floorboards plus carpet installed throughout our house and after visiting the showroom and chatting with Michael and having him come and give us a quote we went ahead and placed our order. Michael was very helpful and gave us lots of information and advice but was not pushy in any way but let us make up our own mind. We have just had our whole place completely done this week and we are very happy with the result. The workman that did the job were friendly and helpful and did an excellent job as well as helping move the heavy items around for us. Would certainly recommend to our friends.

I had 3 bedrooms, study and hallway re-carpeted. After being very disillusioned with my previous carpet which was 100% nylon and wore very poorly, particulary in the hallway, I wanted to get 100% wool but also stick to a budget and get something that would wear well. Michael came out to my house and did a comprehensive measure and then we proceeded to find a carpet which would satisfy the family texturally but also satisfy the other requirements. It took a bit of to-ing and fro-ing and Michael was very patient. We finally chose and had the carpet installed recently. It looks fantastic; in fact it exceeds my expectations. The carpetlayer was brilliant also; very meticulous and very experienced. Overall an experience where I am very satisfied with the result. I would recommend this business to anyone and in fact have done so already!

Floating Arrow Sun brand bamboo floor through our Lounge, Dining and Family Rooms.
Michael made the entire experience easy - from floor selection to installation and after-installation inspection everything went like clockwork. At no time during the process did we feel pressured and Michael was always available to offer advice or answer any our many questions.
The extra care which Michael took to make sure that our heavy furniture items (piano and sideboard) were moved for us saved our backs.
We would highly recommend Lilydale Floorcoverings to anyone considering buying new carpet, vinyl or floating floor.
Our next project is new carpet in the bedrooms and we'll definitely be using Lilydale Floorcoverings again.
