I had an emergency with a shower head electrical shock reported by my tenant. Western Power disconnected the mains during a heat wave and the tenant was livid. Simon and his team managed to get a crew down there to fix all the faults within 3 hours. Truly indebted to the team for their quick response and professionalism dealing with an angry tenant. Finished the job ahead of the expected schedule.

We first used A.S.H Electrical in 1999 and we were extremely pleased then. We have just used them again for yesterday and today and the team did not let us down again. Fantastic professional service, very courteous and awesome family values. We had Damian as our electrician this time, and he was terrific. You can tell that he loves his job. Very courteous and considerate, certainly knows his job and is very careful as well. He certainly is a pleasure to deal with. I manage the maintenance at the church I attend. A.S.H. Electrical have completed several jobs for us, each time completing the work in a professional and competent manner. It goes without saying that as good tradesmen, they cleaned up on completion of the work. All at A.S.H. that I have spoken to have been courteous and helpful. Finally, the pricing has always been extremely competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

Have used their services several times. First impression is that they are professional and know what they are doing. They always do a great job but what I appreciate most is how they clean up when the job is finished. So much so, when my wife came home she made a comment wondering why the electrician didn't come because they left the place so clean she just assumed they hadn't come. Now that is a fantastic company to deal with and I highly recommend them.

If you're after a first rate electrician to do work at your home or office, you couldn't do better than call Stephen Hamilton at A.S.H. Electrical. He came to my home to discuss requirements and came up with some solutions to the dim lighting issue in my laundry and guest bathroom - ideas I wouldn't have thought of. Service from start to finish was awesome. Amanda in the office was fantastic with booking us and keeping us up to date on the status of our job. Even with inclement weather holding us up, communication was awesome. Josh the electrician was extremely professional, friendly and tidy - cleaning up the job site when he had finished for the day and being incredibly patient with our dog. ASH electrical installed some down lights and sensor lights at my property. When I had issues with the sensor lights not working they came out on a Friday afternoon to fix them for me, they were able to work around my work hours. Also they returned to tidy up a few loose ends without any issues and very promptly. I have found working with ASH electrical to be easy and professional. They have always been prompt in returning phone calls and emails and most importantly showing up on time. I would happily use ASH again and recommend them to anyone that needs an electrician.

Thank you ASH Electrical for the professional work carried out at our newly acquired house. We needed more lighting in our living areas as we only had one light per room. You installed 10 LED downlights, 1 pendant light, 2 sets of LED spotlights and connected 2 exhaust fans in both bathrooms. I am writing this testimonial as a thank you to you and your team especially one in particular, Mitch Newbury who was always on time, methodical and precise with his work so much so that I watched in fascination as he conscientiously calculated exactly where the downlights were to be placed without making any additional marks on the ceiling. I got them to replace and install 18 LED downlights. Although not being the cheapest, they were willing to negotiate or a more reasonable price. I chose this company as I read the good reviews of other users. Steve arrived at the job ahead of schedule and worked in a professional manner. They got the job done quickly and effectively. They cleaned up after their work and I have to say I am very happy with the results.

Oh my goodness, talk about a pleasant experience. I had arranged another electrician through a Oneflare trade page and was not impressed by their lack of communication nor their tardinesss, needless to say, we didnt hire them (asking them to leave) and came to you as I remembered using you back in 2000 can you believe, (but had since being using a friend of the family to do all my work, however, he has moved away, hence my dilemma). Thank you for being so flipping prompt!!!! They were there when you said they would be. They were polite, clean, lovely men. They left everything tidy and fixed my pool pump power issue in a flick – which I couldn’t see a mouse had decided to commit suicide in my meter board – gross. The things they must deal with – yuk. The job was done quick, and there is not an ounce of mess to say they were even there, they even covered my bed bless them. I am incredibly grateful and my faith is thankfully once again reinstated in tradies. I will definitely be in touch again as still need more work done and I will recommend you to others - even so far as advertising you for free in our weekly magazine, that is how impressed I am.

Have used ASH twice now. First time was fantastic! We had them come out for a second time for 3 x fans with lights and 2 sets of pendants. A few minor hiccups with the install (nobody is perfect), however, they came back the next day and not only rectified the problem. The pendants we purchased hung too low and had to be modified by an electrician (we were told we could do it by the supplier). We had a chat with the electrician who attended and he took them back to the workshop for us and shortened them, then returned and installed them (again) without further charge, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and the value of a job done right. Highly recommended.

How refreshing to find a business that offers true customer service!!! From Amanda attending to my phone inquiries in a very polite and courteous manner to Steve coming out, and on time, to quote and professionally explain exactly what needed to be done to the electrician performing the work efficiently and cleanly. Their quote was very competitive and the work carried out was perfect. I got them to install indoor and outdoor LED down-lights, install RCD's and smoke alarms, install security flood light and some power points and I was suitably impressed with the workmanship. I highly recommend ASH Electrical and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was having real problems with my hotplates and ASH spent a lot of time systematically checking through a bunch of things that could have caused it to save me the cost of a new hotplate or short term fix, then solved it. Came promptly, very friendly and would definitely use them again.

I have used this business on numerous occassions but most recently I had some track lighting installed under the patio and also I had some down lights replaced. As usual the service provided was second to none and the installation and work was finished to a very high standard. The areas worked in were left clean and as they found them. I would never use any other electrical company and would recommend to anyone who wants a great job done at a great price.
