This was not your standard install. Jadon was excellent in sourcing the required systems, three in total two Hybrid and a standalone all connected to 19.8Kw of solar and 30Kw of batteries. To say that I am extremely happy in all my dealings with GCSolar would be an understatement. The Emergency Power cutover works a treat. The place was so clean after they left, the installer crew had been very helpful with my 12v panels as well, absolutely everybody has been friendly, professional and informative. Outstanding staff and a credit to the business. Highly recommend.

If you have solar problems GC Solar are the only people you should deal with. They are professional and get you up and running quickly. Great customer service. From the Girls in the office right through to the technician who diagnoses and fixes the problem you can feel confident that you have picked the right people to deal with. Russell, the salesperson I dealt with from G.C. Solar Power Solutions couldn't be more understanding, openly explaining my roofing situation, and clearly was the reason I went with this company. It was vital that he saw my situation. I found the installation team to be excellent, they situated the panels as high as possible without being exposed from the front of the house which was exactly what I wanted. The quality of the railing and brackets was of a high standard. The electrician connecting the system to work also was an excellent tradesman, and helped me with the online monitoring program. Overall I am very pleased with the service, and the Jinko panels with optimisers produce excellent wattage with the SolarEdge Inverter. Would totally recommend this business to anyone thinking Solar. For the last few months I had been looking for solar panels, every time I told someone I only wanted solar panels it became a complete headache, that or the price of what was needed became more complicated and suddenly extra items were needed. Jadon from Gold Coast Solar was great to deal with, he didn't give me a story, he was straight to the point, and the quoted price wasn't blown out. Other people had come out, given me a story, or somehow managed to expand the price, and others didn't even listen to what I was saying and wanted to tell me their offer and expected me to jump on it. Oh that was the other thing, everyone else in the market, was putting this pressure on, that you need to make a decision right now, today, this minute. Jadon didn't do this and that is another reason he got the sale. Simon and Matt came out the following week and installed the panels. I have a lot of legacy set up, they could of chosen to install the panels in similar fashion, but they didnt, instead they did an excellent job with cabling and professional install. Simon and Matt were also great to deal with. There was a slight hiccup with the final amount owing, but was able to work through that easily enough with Elise. Very happy with everything and have been recommending. For something that was becoming a complete headache, definitely happy I stumbled across Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions. I was referred to Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions by JFY, I think the service person was Simon? He was excellent, professional, polite and competent. JFY on the other hand were hopeless as it took about five weeks for them to make the referral to Gold Coast Solar. I attempted to communicate by phone with them but I think I was talking to China and could not understand a word. Communicating with them by email was not great either and it felt like a fob off.

I was having some issues with my solar power system and was trying to sort it out with the original installer and the advice he was giving me didn’t seem quite right. My brother told me to get in touch with Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions for a second opinion and it turns out that my original installer wasn’t telling me the truth. Gold Coast Solar had my solar power system back in action within 24 hours at no cost to me – a very different outcome to what the other so called expert was trying to tell me. They were installed a week later, Simon arriving on time. I was extremely the happy with the price, the STC discount and the manner in which the boys went about their job. I contacted Gold Coast Solar as they are the official service agent for Fronius inverters on the Gold Coast. I had an issue with a fan on my inverter that was causing the solar inverter to not work at full capacity; Gold Coast Solar sorted this out for me under warranty. My solar power system seemed to be under performing so I started hunting around for a solar power specialist to have a look at my system. I saw Gold Coast Solar’s premises at Worongary so I got them out to have a look at my system and it turns out that a solar fuse on the roof had blown. I did think that $30 was a bit expensive for a simple fuse, but overall I'm very happy with service. Also they didn't try and up-sell me to a system that, at the moment, is unnecessary for my requirements which I appreciate.

My solar power system was originally installed by another company who are no longer in business and so when my solar inverter started playing up I didn’t know who to call. I found Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions through searching the internet and found Jadon in the office very helpful; he organised a warranty claim for me and now my solar is fully operational again. Really happy with the service this company has given me.

My solar power system had a fault so I contacted Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions for help. I ended up needing to make a warranty claim on my solar inverter, they made this the easiest and fastest warranty claim and fix I have ever experienced with any company and I would recommend their services to any one and I would return for other solar needs in a heartbeat.

My rental property has a solar power system on it which was playing up, I contacted Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions and found them very informative which gave me the piece of mind for the completion of the job. All communication was well answered with staff very polite and helpful. Maintainers were on time and completed the job first time, with a minimum of effort. A great company to deal with.

Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions originally installed my solar power system for me back in 2008 and it's been going really well. I recently got them back to max out my SMA inverter with solar panels as the price of solar panels has come down dramatically over the last 8 years! I'm very pleased with my system and the service this company has provided me over the years and would be happy to recommend them.

I sent an email on the Saturday and received a phone call at 9 am on the Monday morning. Electrician was out replacing the inverter by 11.30am. That is excellent service. I chose to do business with Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions as they were the one company that seemed interested in taking care of people who had been left high and dry after their previous solar suppliers had gone bankrupt. They were very helpful and I'm only too happy to recommend them.

My initial enquiry was handled promptly and they offered to assist with the required documentation for the Solar Inverter that needed replacement. My solar power system was originally installed by Origin but the inverter recently failed and when I searched on the internet I found Gold Coast Solar who were very helpful. Communication within the office in regard to the payment by the insurance company was the only part of the process that could have been better, otherwise I have no concerns at all, I would happily recommend this company.

I was wanting some more solar panels and I talked to the guys at Gold Coast Solar and they answered all my questions in regards to this. The extra solar panels are now installed and giving me on average 5 kWh of extra power per day which is going to make a big difference to my power bills. Great company to deal with, highly recommend them.

I got a letter in the mail from Gold Coast Solar Power right when I needed to do something about my solar inverter which was faulty; the inverter was installed by another company who aren't around anymore but the guys at Gold Coast Solar Power were quick to help me get my solar system working again. Back in 2012 Gold Coast Solar installed my solar power system then in 2013 I had a couple of extra solar panels installed. I just recently had them back to add 1 final panel to the system, they met all my requirements and I'm happy to recommend them. The Government rang me 2-3 times to check that I got the last panel installed which was annoying, and weeks apart. Weird.

After providing Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions with our Solar System Inverter issues, we were given (very promptly), several options as how to effect the required repairs. We also looked at upgrading our Solar System and were also given some options. We decided to go with just the Inverter replacement, and they gave us advice on how to put an Insurance Claim in for the costs. The new Inverter installation was done promptly, and professionally. We were also assisted to register an ""Extended Warranty"" on the new Inverter. We couldn't really have asked for better service.

We had a Sunna 3kW solar inverter which had failed and the manufacturer and the installation company aren't around anymore so the warranty was useless. I contacted Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions as I prefer to deal with small QLD businesses, and a family business is even better. We read some of their reviews and were quite happy to have them install a replacement inverter without paying top dollar for the same good quality but without all the huge overheads of big business, plus I go with a gut feeling and I wasn't wrong. More than happy to recommend Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions.

My Sharp solar inverter failed and I went searching online for help and found Gold Coast Solar. They helped me get my solar power system back in action quickly with a good quality replacement Fronius inverter with a 10 year warranty. I can't remember why I chose Gold Coast Solar but I'm glad I did!

My solar power inverter failed almost 9 weeks ago. I contacted Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions regarding a warranty claim due to my current inverter having failed within the 5 year warranty period - the company that originally installed my solar power system are no longer in business. I talked to Jadon at Gold Coast Solar who I found to be very helpful, he listened to my concerns patiently and assisted me throughout the warranty replacement process. He empathised with my feeling and emotional strain whilst waiting for a new replacement. Every time I called him to chase up my new inverter he always responded to me patiently & gently with the reasons for the delay which were outside his control. I finally got the replacement inverter today. I am very impressed by the professional customer service attitude of Gold Coast Solar and Jadon in particular, he is a great asset to the company. I will not hesitate to recommend any customer to him and Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions for business if anyone I know wants to install solar panels or needs a replacement solar power inverter.

We would like to thank you for the excellent service of GC Solar Power Solutions. We discovered our solar system was not working when we received our electricity bill. We were frustrated as we could not find the company which installed the solar system. Therefore, we searched on the internet to look for the company that can repair Sunny Roo solar system. I recently had a faulty inverter from a defunct company and GC solar power solutions came to the rescue when many other companies told me I would need to replace the whole system pannels and inverter. Simon and his assistant have recently finished installing 20 Solar panels on our roof and mounted the inverter in the garage. This would have to be one of the most professional jobs we have had done in our home or any home we have lived in. I have been around a long time and in many business's during my working life but I am more than impressed with the work carried out by Gold Coast Solar Power Solutions. Firstly I was impressed with John who explained everything to us in plain English which we understood and without pressure. He did an excellent job. Then we received a call from your office saying your boys would be at our place at 7am on Monday 9th Feb 2015 to install the system. Having lived on the Gold Coast for 35 years I was more than happy when our doorbell rang at 7am to find your team standing there ready to start. The boys lead by Nathan were polite and did a fantastic job. I could not be more impressed with a team of tradesmen than the team you sent to do our installation. Everything was explained to us by Nathan again in a manner that we understood. Since then we have had a follow up call from your office and a call from John to check that we were satisfied. All this amounts to excellent service and one very happy customer. Very many thanks and congratulations on running a very efficient company.

We nearly drove them mad with all our questions and queries but nothing was too much trouble for them. They gave easy to understand explanations and cost breakdowns and there was no hard selling. I had a medium sized solar power system installed back in 2010 and without doubt it was one of the better decisions we have ever made. Simon & Nathan were professional, neat and explained everything to me.Since then I have actually enjoyed receiving my electricity account. Having the higher feed-in tariff helps but I wouldn't have done it if Gold Coast Solar hadn't persuaded me it was the right thing to do.
