The delivery was next day which was unexpected and impressive. The box was meticulously presented in every way and its contents were exactly what I chose for my custom gift box and looked as good in real life as they did in the pictures online and very good value for the price. Just one thing - I'm trying to reduce my use of plastic and so I was disappointed to see bubble wrap protecting the ribbon. I didn't think it was necessary. I've already recommended the site to others in the office!

The box was very poorly put together, i had to open and re-arrange prior to giving it out. Looked as if a bunch of things had just been thrown into the box without any care of thought at all, otherwise the delivery was very speedy and the company offered clear communication throughout the process.

Superb caring customer service and well priced gifts. Who wouldn't love that! I received a call soon after I made the online purchase, to confirm my delivery address because it was a bit of an odd address and when I mentioned I need the item in the next few days they expedited the delivery. I ordered it around 1:30pm Tuesday afternoon and I received it the following day before lunch time and this was an interstate delivery too. It was less than a 24hr turnaround. I'm telling everyone!

Love love love the boxes, amazing gifts for people who are unable to be there, Easly website with lots of variety at a reasonable price and easy and lovely to deal with. One suggestion I would make would be to email the customers when the order has been sent with a tracking number so they can keep an eye on it, i never got a confirmation it had been shipped which worried me as most companies do. Other than that, amazing!!

Pretty amazing after ordering online on a Saturday night in Italy for delivery in Brisbane, and everything was delivered on time on Tuesday morning and Priscilla emailed me for confirmation. All 3 packages were greatly appreciated by my friends for their baby boy.

After ordering some blue cloth and a pink ribbon, they called me immediately once the order went through to make sure that was not a mistake. It was ordered for my future nephew in sydney, it said "2 to 4 days to deliver", i ordered on Tuesday and got it delivered on Wednesday. Super fast and good customer service.

Website easy to use, fast delivery. Pretty good range of products - however I would suggest that you look at increasing the range of items particularly for people wanting to create their own box. Some items which appeared in the pre-made gift boxes were not able to be purchased separately. Also would be good to include the ability to choose more than one add-on gift as I would have purchased more (looked at the suggestion of making own box - but then encountered the problem of not being able to select the individual toys I wanted which were included in other gift boxes). Would definitely use your company again when ordering baby gifts!

The Baby gift company is an excellent website. I selected the one day delivery option and they delivered my gifts within a few hours of ordering. This is the fastest delivery I have seen. The customer service was excellent. Priscilla messaged me as soon as the order was placed and kept me updated. She was also really kind and asked me if I wanted to add a personal message for free as I had forgotten to select that option when ordering. My family loved the gifts as well. I am very very impressed with their service and will definitely order again.

I looked at a number of companies that were offering baby gifts that could be delivered to Canberra and this company offered the best value for money (comparable gift packages with other companies being $10-$15 more expensive). I also inadvertently failed to include my name in the message with the gift. Within minutes of submitting my order i was contacted by a staff member requesting name details for the message. Upon delivery I received a delivery notification from the company. I couldn't have asked for more efficient service.
