We have a very high energy 1yo German Shepherd who was looked after incredibly well by the team at Duffy’s Forest. We will definitely be using them again!

Although the trainer was very pleasant I would never leave another pet here. When we picked him up he was dirty and when we got our very emotional pup home we noticed a weeping,infected lesion on his foot and he had yellowed and broken teeth($2000 vet bills).When I sent an email politely explaining my disappointment that no one had checked him over before discharge I received no response.He had also lost weight and is wary now of men. We felt terrible we had exposed him to this experience.Would never recommend.

Buddy always comes looking great. He must like it; he can't wait to get in the door at the Vets where he is picked up. He knows!

On pick up our dogs were still happy & bubbly to see us as well as the handlers. Kyra & May loved their time at Duffy's Forest.

As Harry was just recovering from pneumonia and still on some medication, he was cared for extremely well and was very happy and healthy when we picked him up.

Our dog has been at Hanrob for his second stay. He is getting used to the place and seems happy with his carer.

The reservation and checking in process is fine - my dog seemed happy and healthy at pick up time.

We have left our dogs at Hanrob several times now and about a kilometre away they get very excited. They know where they're going and looking forward to it, so it must be good. Of course they are also excited to see us when we pick them up, but they do enjoy their short stays there.

We felt safe leaving our young fur babies Casa & Blanca in good hands.The staff were very caring & loved their jobs. We would recommend Hanrob to everyone-great hotel for pets!!

Max came back really happy, Staff where very courteous and polite. Nothing was a problem.

From the photos sent to us during our holiday, Koda appeared very happy. I think she actually misses the interaction of the other dogs since she has been home.

Hanrob Pet Hotel has provided a wonderful service. The staff are extremely polite and have gone far beyond what you would expect to be helpful. The pet hotel provides all the features of a top class facility. Our foster dog Maximus has had the best of treatment. I would recommend Hanrob Pet Hotels highly and will always use Hanrob myself. It's wonderful to feel assured that your pets are in good hands and will have the best of care at Hanrob Pet Hotels.
