Fantastic service from Keith and Karen (celebrant) they went beyond to what other's might. I've been to 2 other's of their for other family members and I weren't going to look elsewhere. They don't just do funeralss anyone one can do that, their speciality is homely. It's that homely feel we loved and was perfect for each of the 3 we did/been to, because each men were homely people and that's where our hearts are. So thank you everyone involved

the way Dean & Staff organized and managed my wife's funeral was a comfort to me as they guided me through a very difficult and sad time, They arranged and organized a very compassionate, dignified and moving service and burial for my wife. This was the hardest thing our family had ever been through in our lives. As soon as I entered the door I immediately felt supported and comforted by Dean who looked after us. He definitely has a special gift in his caring, compassionate nature that instantly makes you feel like you’re not alone and he was there every step of the way. Then, once they were engaged, they allowed the family to totally plan and run the non-religious service in a way the deceased would very much have wanted, while ensuring that the background details were all taken care of. We approached Beautiful Funerals after finding the standard companies expensive and inflexible. They responded quickly and politely. They took care of the transfer custody of our father, managed all the paperwork and the funeral arrangements. Dean was fab - greeted us initially and was there throughout the whole process. Fantastic in so many ways, no extra hidden costs, they even showed us ways to save costs, everything was clearly explained, the funeral itself was very dignified, the staff were very much in the background and respectful, the only glitch was there was a mix up about going past mums house post funeral but that was quickly resolved once they were advised. Stopping past the house to put a rose at the front door was a lovely touch. Can’t fault these guys. Very respectful and kind.

I really cannot recommend 'Simply Beautiful Funerals' highly enough based on my entire experience with Laura O at this company. Laura is a special person who is patient and understanding who kept me up to date all the way. Never was I hassled even when I dropped off contact for a few days (due to my grief). Laura provided a VERY personalised service, going above and beyond providing a service that was extremely comforting and helpful. This is the first time I have had to make funeral arrangements, I was alone to do it and suffering financial hardship. I cannot thank her enough.

Thank you to Simply Beautiful Funerals/Lincoln Family Funerals. the task of organising a funeral for mum was at first overwhelming after my first contact in the morning with Laura I was contacted by Keith Benning who did everything he was so respectful supportive understanding he phoned daily with progress and he was able to fill the gaps with information and things to do that I had no idea on he helped with ideas for the service, Keith put me in touch with Karen a lovely caring lady who put together a service which was beautifully delivered and was more than I could have ever hoped it would be. I can and would highly recommend Simply Beautiful Funerals to anyone the help and support from the team there was genuine they made a very difficult time bearable. I had never imagined or wanted to organise a funeral for my amazing dad but I had too and without Keith from simply beautiful funerals I would not have gotten through the 9 days between dads unexpected passing and the day of his funeral. Keith arranged to have dad transferred from central Victoria where he passed down to melbourne so that he could be near us and we could have his service in Fawkner. Because of Keith and the team including David the amazing celebrant who was also referred by Keith, the day was beautiful and special and they supported me through my eulogy and guided me so that I had the strength to do what needed to be done. Dads service was exactly how we wanted it to be and people who didn’t even know dad who came to support me and my family said that they now understood the man he was and they said it was a lovely service with a lovely team working to help us through the day Thank you to Keith and David I can’t thank you enough. When my father passed away he had no assets or money stashed away. We were unprepared financially. Simply Beautiful Funerals provided us with the most affordable service, with no hidden costs, but still provided impeccable professional service and advice. And on the day of the funeral, all of the arrangements we'd made were put in place perfectly. We were able to give Dad a simple but dignified farewell that he would have been proud of. Out mother passed away on 7 September 2018 and as soon as we contacted Simply Beautiful /Lincoln Family Funerals they were able to transfer her to their premises quickly and efficiently even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. We would like thank Mark for his guidance, compassion and professional manner during the planning of the funeral, arrangements for the viewing, burial and attention to detail in finalising the order of service. We highly recommend this company, we are completely satisfied with their wonderful service.

I was very distressed recently after the death of a estranged family member and a bit lost what to do. I rang 4 Companies all gave me a price for the service I needed, but when I rang Simply Beautiful Funerals this amazing man Keith answered and said firstly before we talk prices, who is the deceased, he conveyed his condolences which I can tell you took me back to think hey someone cares. From start to finish Keith was the best, so caring and calm, and I needed that. I rang the office because of something and was addressed the same way. Total amazing people Thank you especially Keith, never forget your kindness but also other staff that were in the background. I contacted them after I received a quote from Tobin Bros of almost $10k for a simple service for my mother. Not only did Simply Beautiful match every service offered they came in at under half the price! I was very greatful to have made the call before I locked in with a more expensive funeral provider! Laura and her team were easy and pleasant to deal with, nothing was an issue and I was treated with sincerity and respect during the difficult time of arranging my mums funeral. I would highly recommend Simply Beautiful Funerals without any hesitation what so ever. Keith was just so compassionate and understanding and such a beautiful soul. Although my husband Glen's wishes were not to have a funeral in the full sense of the word, and to just be cremated and his ashes to be spread at a place of his choice, didn't deter Keith from arranging for his body to be picked up and delivered to the crematorium with dignity. He made himself available for any queries we had and helped us to purchase keepsake jewellery to keep some of the ashes. A truly outstanding company that deserves to much recognition for their care and respect during a traumatic time.

The professionalism of Simply Beautiful Funerals was unsurpassed. They took care of all of the arrangements where my family had one less thing to worry about. I dealt with Laura who was terrific and used Leigh to delivery my father's eulogy. She delivered it perfectly. People commented to me at how nice my dad's funeral was.

The funeral for my father was just beautiful. The celebrant was able to encapsulate everything about my father. With short notice everything went really smoothly and without a problem. The only disappointment was the delay between the service and accessing the tearooms for the wake due to the previous event running overtime. Not what you want, standing in the foyer, waiting at such an emotional time.

My dad sadly passed on the 12th of Feb 2017. This was an especially hard time for my mum as she had spent her life with dad since childhood. Kim at simply beautiful funerals done an absolute amazing job of making the funeral arrangements simple and the actual funeral a moving and memorable day. Every detail, even little extra requirements where taken care of effortlessly and Kim always knew when to smile and put a smile on our faces at this sad time in our lives. When Dad went into palliative care, I had time to research and so glad that I found Simply Beautiful. Laura worked with me over the phone to choose the package that suited the family. We first use this service last year when my father in law Gregory Stevens passed away and we had never had to bury anyone before. Rebecca took care of everything even the things I didn't think of. So when my mother in law passed away Jeannine Stevens this year I didn't give it a second thought and rang and dealt with Kim who helped us once again. Not only is this a family owned and run company but they actually do care. They are local to our area and are cost effective. I chose to use this business for my fathers funeral. I dealt with Kim who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was a problem or too difficult a task for her and the company. My fathers passing presented some difficult circumstances and Kim honoured my wishes which may have been slightly outside what they normally have to deal with, I highly recommend this company in terms of price and ease to deal with, they made a very difficult process very easy and it all went very smoothly.
