Sydney to Melbourne home relocation service. From start to finish the communication, service and professionalism was just outstanding. Kevin was a delight to work with, he explained everything clearly and was quick to respond to any concerns. On the day the delivery team were brilliant. They handled my belongings with care and respect and were super friendly. This is the best service out there (and I have tried a few), I will definitely come back to Kevin and the team next time I need a removals service. Highly recommend.

Jimmy and Rayner worked really hard, from the time they arrived until they finished nine hours later. They were both very helpful and got many items into the right places, Trish on the phone when booking was very friendly and also very helpful, a big thanks. Money well spent for a drama free move. Great work done quickly and efficiently, nothing damaged and furniture reassembled at the other end. However, the same can't be said for the delivery and return of packaging. The times for delivery and pickup of packaging were a moving feast, so it was lucky that I was able to be at home on the allocated days. Also, they do not honour their promise to buy back boxes. Best Quote claims that " we can buy back any used boxes in good condition for $1 each". I asked about payment for over 100 boxes that I bought from Best Quote and was assured on the phone when arranging box pickup and again in person that payment for the boxes would be accounted for back at the office once the boxes were returned and inspected. The majority of the boxes I returned were in good condition and the ones that weren't were sold to me that way (eg with oil stains, torn). Two months later, I still have not received payment for any of the boxes I returned, and the company refuses to answer my emails and calls.

Worked very hard all day without a break and did a great job. The house I am moving into had a second storey and a very narrow hallway but they managed to get everything in. It ended up coming in at a couple of hundred dollars more than I was quoted, which was understandable, as they had to call in a third person to help get the piano into my front room. Overall, very hard-working and competent team. Would definitely recommend.

I could not comment more highly on this company. In particular the service provided by the back office team (Rebecca) who helped to set my move up. She went above and beyond for me trying to fit in with my demanding and specific needs! The actual movers on the day were courteous and treated our furniture with respect. The entire team in my opinion were fantastic and I will use them every time I move. If you service, flexibility and price are important to you - go with these guys.

Had a bad experience with them. Told them upfront that I will be moving to a double storey house when they came to provide a quote. On the day of move, the movers refused to carry the boxes up to 2nd floor claiming the boxes were too heavy! After pleading with them, one of the 2 movers ( the other man refused to get out of the truck to help with those book boxes) finally helped me to move the boxes provided that I carry the boxes halfway up the stairs for him! They also waited doing nothing close to an hour for the piano trolley to arrive (even though piano move was stated in the quote). To make up for the time, an additional man came to help for abt 45 mins (which they did not tell/ask me beforehand). With 3 men concurrently, 1 of the man just stayed in the truck (to fold the blankets/smoke break). Productive? Additionally, they came 20 minutes late plus took close to 50 mins for the journey when the journey shd have taken only 20 mins max. All these unproductive time were chargeable. Will definitely not use them again or recommend to anyone.

I honestly had a terrible experience early November through you. First off, I sent an email which listed items I needed to be moved plus my bf and I spoke to a few different people over the phone to confirm the items and price, yet on the day (it was just me as my bf had uni) a 10 tonne truck arrived at my house! The men were quite rude to me and claimed it was my fault for not being more specific on what needed to be moved. My bf and I explained 3 times of how many things we needed moved and only required a small truck. One of the men was smoking and I thought that was very unprofessional. Plus that same man was making snide jokes the whole time which made me incredibly uncomfortable. On top of this we were told earlier that we would not be charged a travel cost (as a freebie to the deal) yet we were charged that extra fee. They also arrived late yet charged me for the time it took them to get to my house. Just all up a terrible experience!

Guys were friendly and efficient and we are very happy with today. We did order a 12 tonne truck with 3 men and only 2 men showed in a 10 tonne truck. So we were a little disappointed with that, but the situation was resolved and we were happy. All good!

absolutely amazing, i was referred by a friend and im glad i was. I underestimated the size truck i had despite sheena in the office advising to go bigger, so we had to do 2 trips. even though Anton and Andy had another job to go to they kept their cool and did all that i asked. i couldnt have asked for a better move. thank you so much guys, and thanks Sheena for helping me. i will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family.
