Only company to actually get carpet clean.. I've used 4 different carpet cleaning companies and although the others were slightly cheaper, none of them got the carpet clean. It would look clean then the carpet would dry and the dirty marks were still there. I used Power Steam Clean in 2015 and was blown away. I will never use any other company. They are amazing

I have used Luan from Power Steam Cleaning several times to clean my carpet at Value Chemist at Pinelands Shopping Centre. Being a pharmacy, we have high foot traffic and I can always rely on Luan to make sure my carpets are clean and fresh. His knowledge on how different types of stains affects carpets is extensive making no stain a challenge. His eagle eye and attention to detail makes sure that stains you don't notice are lifted away. Luan's flexibility is another reason why he is suited for retail traders. Being a pharmacy open from 8am to 9pm does not leave much time for carpet cleaning. Luan has always ensured that the carpets are cleaned after hours and are dried before trading the next day. All in all, I would highly recommend Luan from Power Steam Cleaning. His professionalism, attention to detail and flexibility makes his service next to none. Thank you Luan for saving my carpets!

They live up to their good reputation and great reviews. Power Steam Cleaning were great to deal with. Very good communication before, during and after the service. I got an appointment within 2 days of my initial call. On the day, Laun arrived on time as promised. He was friendly and polite, and explained the service before doing a really great job on my micro suede lounge and bedroom carpets - all done in a timely and thorough manner. The price was reasonable also. I highly recommend Power Steam Cleaning and will definitely use them again.

Exceptional service highly professional staff. I rang Power Steam Cleaning on Monday. Our beloved father had just passed away at home and we wanted to hold the wake at home on friday. Power Steam Cleaning went out of their way not only to fit us in but did a great job. While I was busy baking cakes and my husband was getting the photos sorted for the funeral. Power Steam Cleaning worked around the organised kaos .Thank you it has really made a huge difference. We will definately be using your service again.

Luan provided fabulous service. Messaged 1/2 prior to arrival. Very courteous and efficient and knows his rugs and carpets! Luan is an expert on stains and their removal. Rugs look like new again after a few dog incidents!

Luan did a great job despite the age and condition of the carpet at my parents' house. He really went the extra mile to help us prepare it for sale. This is the second house he's done for us (he got my place spic and span earlier this year) and once again we're delighted with his communication, timeliness, professionalism, friendliness, results and value. Fantastic value for money, my extremely helpful and friendly specialist turned up exactly on time and was finished within the hour... I can't speak highly enough of him and his team and will absolutely book him in for next year. the difference in my carpet was amazing! he also took very special care of an heirloom rug my grandmother gave me... she would have been SO happy to see the care he took, and how beautifully it turned out! We are very happy with how clean and nicely smelling our carpets are. We also used their pest services. Convenient to do it all in one go. Great service and attitude! I'll be using them again.

Great Service and Results!. Needed the couches cleaned and Luan gave a detailed explanation of what could be expected. Friendly and very knowledgeable, Luan was also able to complete a couple of rugs and an armchair (which I'd forgotten about when booking) for a very reasonable cost. Results were excellent! Thorough, efficient service, delivered with a great attitude! Would definitely use again.

Before I got my carpet cleaned by Power Steam Cleaning, I thought my real estate was going to keep my bond. The carpets in the walkways were so dirty that the walkways were grey/brown and the carpet is actually a light beige colour. After cleaning the walkways were just like the other parts of the carpet and super fast! Yes I would use them again.

Luan did an amazing job on our carpets! It smells amazing in here, I don't feel congested and my hay fever has gone away! My partner and I felt sick coming into our unit because it was so dusty and unhygienic! I'm due to have a baby in August so wanted these carpets done and thank goodness I did because they were absolutely filthy ! I would happily roll around on them now haha and feel safe having my baby on them as well !!

Service beyond all expectations! We can't recommend Peter and the team more enthusiastically! We had a sewerage pipe overflow in our rental property, and the overflow came through the dirt under the house, down onto the cemented single car space and out of the driveway, down the driveway into the gutter. The plumber attended and fixed the issue. Our tenant - who is an extremely difficult and problematic woman - was demanding a $5k biohazard team attend the property to deal with the issue and for her to be accommodated elsewhere for a couple of nights; a huge overreaction. Peter responded promptly to my Hi Pages request and calmly and methodically explained what they could do to disinfect the area. He contacted the tenant and neutralised not only the mild odor but also the tenant, through calmly listening to the protests and assisting her by carrying items including a washing machine out of the under house section. As agreed, he disinfected the soil and pressure hosed all cement areas; all the way down to, and including, the gutter. His price was great and his service was above and beyond. He took what was a somewhat stressful situation and dealt with it with patience, good humour and professionalism - not to mention while doing an expert job. Best customer experience I have had in a very long time - THANK YOU!

You've tried the rest, now try the Best After a disaster & being scammed by a bond cleaner. I called Luan at Power Steam Cleaning to steam clean the carpets in my rental. He arrived within an hour of the call & set to work. Even got out staining that was there when I moved in. Nothing was too much trouble & we were given some great tips. We had carpet and couch cleaned by Peter for our tenant after kitchen renovation. Tenant was stoked of Peter's professionalism, eye for detail and care of personal belongings. Went that extra mile! Luan was punctual, very professional and I was very impressed with the results of the carpet cleaning. He even went that extra mile when we discovered a blue-tack stain, which he was able to remove. I would thoroughly recommend Power Steam Cleaning, and I will be getting them back again next time.

best carpet cleaning in brisbane! i've tried a few different carpet cleaning services to remove pet odor as my dog is impossible with toilet training! power steam cleaning has been a life saver. they remove the odor completely rather than just disguising it with another scent. i've had them come twice now and will definitely be back again!

They did an amazing clean through the whole house. It was a big bond clean as we were in the property for 5 years. They were very thorough and and made sure everything was done. I was especially happy with the kitchen considering the state it was in. The oven looked new again. I am glad we went with this company and although they were not the cheapest they certainly did an amzing job. I have had my fair shair of bad experiences in the past with cheap cleaning companies and it is just not worth it. I would prefer to pay to get the job done properly. Next time I move I will use this company again.

The guys at Power Steam Cleaning did an amazing job and got the property ready to be rented out again which was not an easy task.
