I came fo Michael, with only a 3 weeks before my case was due in court. I was facing serious speeding and unlicensed charges that could have ended in jailtime and conviction preventing me from moving to the U.K. from the start Michael assured me he would sort out the whole situation and that I would be able to travel. His great character makes him feel like a friend rather then just your lawyer. As he promised the whole situation was sorted out perfectly and I only received a short loss of license and small fine. Considerably less then what I had mentally prepared for. I couldn't be happier with the result and how Michael acted on my behalf. Whatever it is he will be able to sort it out for you!!

I was facing jail time for assault related offences due to having served time in the past for prior assault convictions. Hello world, MK law are the people you need to see. My bacon was on the line and I had no doubt in my mind I was going to jail. After being recommended from a friend I booked my appointment. As I was greeted at the office door by Michael I could feel his energy which is what made it so easy too feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Serious alleged domestic violence charges & threats to kill.  Result: no sconviction/ adjourned & dismissed! I got myself into a nasty and sad  situation that I am not proud of but that was largely concocted by my ex.   I trusted in the universe to send me the right lawyer.  That lawyer was Michael Kuzilny! MK LAW helped save my career, my marriage and life. Family violence ! Moorabbin magistrates court 1/5/2019. The legal journey finally finished with a beautiful outcome- all charges DISMISSED and intervention order withdrawn. I was applied for permanent residence and been charged of family violence could easily get me out off this country. Before I went to see Michael, I had talked to five to six lawyers, they told me that the outcome for my case could be in jail for one year, or a few months, or plea guilty to ask for a lighter sentences. Michael Kuzilny is a bloody legend and a man true to his word.  I live in NSW and got charged with threats to kill and other BS charges. The police were gunning for a short custodial sentence or CCO. I flew up from NSW, Mitch & MK put me up at the RACV club hotel overnight.  They gave me 7 star service, got me a small fine and also destroyed the forensic application made by police.    I had previously rang a few other Melbourne lawyers and wasn’t overly impressed, they seemed to just want money. I have used Michaels services on a number of occasions now, and every time has shone through for me. Recently i was charged with a criminal offence, which seen me in some bad headspace. Michael kuzilny - Has lifted a weight of my shoulders. Australias best criminal defence lawyer !!! Appeared at Dandenong magistrates court yesterday for some drummed up domestic stalking type charges that were completely taken out of context. It really seems that women are sugar coated in Australia when they make a police complaint and they rarely listen to what the bloke has to say.  In any case; the police prosecutors were chasing a 6 month minimum jail term for something I believe was a waste of court time. I was charged with a very serious drink driving offence (first offence) and had no idea what to do or whether I even needed a lawyer. After some further investigation, I definitely needed legal representation - the outcome could have extremely serious implications which would impact the rest of my life. I submitted enquiries to various firms over a weekend, and Michael called me straight away and fairly instantly eased my mind a little bit (this was still new territory for me so hard to ease it completely!) MKLAW- It was a fantastic outcome today for my dad at Ringwood court today! I want to thank you Michael Kuzilny for believing in my dad and getting him over the hurdle to a fresh start today. He had multiple priors for driving whilst suspended and had done some prison terms in the past. Dad had turned his life around but was now facing a further disqualification charge or possible jail term which no daughter wants to see their dad go through. All I can say is, within two days of meeting the great man himself, Michael Kuzilny has made me look at my whole life from a different angle and just how to approach things when life does get a bit hard. Without going into to much detail about my past and what happened which resulted me in having to go to court which was on the 15th June, I took full responsibility in regards to my action and feel ever so ashamed in what I did. On top of that, the added pressure and stress of having to front court for the first time ever in my life (and will 100% be the last time) I was going to do the whole thing by myself and so glad I didn't as I would have had heart failure for sure.. Two days out from my court hearing I came across the MK Law website and I have seen Michael on Sunrise a few times so I clicked on his website and thought I would give him a call and see what the go was. From the first phone right until the end of the court hearing, Michael made me feel ten feet tall and put my worries at ease. Lets face facts, court is not a fun place and trust me its stressing and makes it even worse when you don't know what you are doing. I meet Michael at the court two days from my hearing and gave him all my paper work and other documents and straight away he said, "leave it to me, you are in good hands.." And trust me, when he says you are good hands, he is not kidding... Two days to get stuff together for my hearing which included dealing with the police prosecutors and what ever else takes place is not a hell of a lot of time to get stuff done, but this true superstar did it.. My biggest fear was going to jail.. Another fact, that is everyone's fear correct? Who wants to spend time in jail? I sure didn't. I said I was happy to do 5000 hours of community services scrubbing toilets, mowing the grass on the side of the freeways and pay a fine what ever, but I was scared to death of being locked up. The day of my hearing (15th June) I was a nervous wreak. Even having two of my close friends with me there for support I was still scared. But, Michael being Michael, he just has this way of making you feel at ease and somehow takes your mind away from that stressing moment which is a big thing when you go to court. Just the way he talks, explains every things and is 150% right beside you all the way through the whole ride. Even my two friends who came with me couldn't stop talking about him when we went out for dinner after the hearing. They loved him!! As did I! In regards to what he did and how he said stuff to the judge, I don't know how he does it, but my God he knows how to get the best outcome for you! All I ended up getting was a fine, nothing else.. He is a true superstar and very, very highly respected in the courts.. Aside from the hearing, just a few things he said on the day and did explain that no one is perfect and we all make mistakes in life, which was one thing I was finding hard to deal with as what I did to my ex partner (nothing harmful) but scared her in regards to my actions I felt like sh*t and bleated myself up big time for it by telling myself I was a horrible person and I hated myself for what I did as I never intended to scare her. However, from what I did learn from Michael, is what happens in the past happens for a reason. Learn by your mistakes and work hard to never let is happen again which is the main thing. This is why I didn't post anything here until today the 16th of June 2017 as today is a new day from yesterday.. I have a much clearer head space, what I have done is now in the past, I can't change it, but now I am just looking forward and focusing on what I do and love most which is motorcycle racing... Another thing, Michael's little motto which will stick with me for ever is - TOUGH TIMES NEVER LAST, BUT TOUGH PEOPLE DO! That is so true!! In fact one of my racing hero's who I told Michael about yesterday was Barry Sheene the 1976 & 1977 World 500cc championship who passed away in 2003. If you don't know who 'Bazza' is he used to do those Shell adds with Dick Johnson. Barry had a lot to do with me when I was young and one of his sayings was - You don't know if you can do it... Until you give it ago, which is some thing I have held so close to to my heart since I was 15. I now have two sayings which I will remember for ever and one of them is TOUGH TIMES NEVER LAST, BUT TOUGH PEOPLE DO! I hold Michael up there alongside a double world champion and a hero of mine. WITHOUT A DOUBT IF YOU EVER DO LAND YOURSELF IN A DRAMA AND HAVE TO GO TO COURT, LOOK NO FURTHER... MICHEAL IS YOUR MAN FOR THE JOB! Once again Michael and the to the team at MK Law, thank you for everything, I can not express how grateful I am for your help and support you gave me yesterday and some of the advice I will hold close to me!! Michael Kuzilny is a super powerful and kind hearted lawyer who knows what he is doing! Best lawyer in Australia!!! I was charged with a very serious domestic violence related incident that was blown out of proportion with intervention orders taken out and it made me feel like the worst criminal. Other lawyers said I would go to jail and the police wanted me to do at least 8 months prison time. I was so worried and rang michael frequently to see what was going on. He showed me great care and kindness and did everything very effortlessly and with a very positive attitude. Michael says he does not do negative or fear - full stop !! He stated that he would get me through this with the best imaginable outcome possible and not to worry what the "others" said. Michael Kuzilny is a true legend of the courts and I love him like a brother and so does my dad!!! I am 26 and went through a low period in my life last year. Without making stupid excuses the facts are that I drunk too much; experimented with ice and had a major accident and decided to leave the scene. I had a prior for drug driving so the combination looked very bad. In addition I ran into a power pole with a total damage bill of $20,000. I left it all to MK; I knew that he would look after me. I really didn’t know what to expect I just thought life will keep getting worse. We went to Werribee Magistrates court today and Michael took massive action to get me a fresh start. Outcome: just a fine and 1 month licence suspension!!! Unbelievably amazing lawyer and friend! In my opinion Michael Kuzilny is a great great deal more than a lawyer. Michael to me especially; is someone to emulate, to aspire to as a person. His zest and knowledge of and for life is amazingly inspiring and i always walk away feeling lighter and much more positive. After our initial meeting he invited me onto his tv program Tough Times Never Last. I was quite honored to be invited to do this and did my level best for Michael :-) One thing you should know about this man; which means so much to me, is when he speaks to you, You matter. His focus is totally on you and he Hears you and understands you. You are not talking to a lawyer but a person who cares. I can honestly count on one hand the amount of truly genuine and real people i have met in my 47 years and he is one of them. On my court date i was s***ting bricks. The magistrate told me I was in the firing line for a long stint behind bars Michael saw the good in me. He saw the changes I made. His representation was confident and authentic. The Great Man (as he calls me but we all know better!) did an amazing job for me when I was facing potential jail time for a camera incident that ended up with a stalking charge and video surveillance charge. As a first time offender he assured me that we would get a good result, especially in mitigating circumstances but I never expected the result. Not only did he get the police to drop the stalking charge thus leaving the lesser video surveillance charge, he managed a no jail, no conviction result with only a small fine. My personal punishment over the past few months has been extreme and Michael's professionalism has helped me through a dark part of my life. Unlike a previous lawyer I had retained, he took a completely different approach and worked on a fixed price fee agreed up front- nothing more to pay. Not too cheap (what lawyer is?) but worth every cent in the long run. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

MK LAW miracle lawyers !! This is the last review I will leave for michael kuzilny because I will never get into trouble with the law ever again ! A real miracle at Heidelberg court yesterday 13/6/17.  I really thought I was going to jail.  5 th time drive disqualified and michael only represented me a few weeks ago for the same offence at Heidelberg. The magistrate said it was the worse record he has seen.  I was honestly trembling with fear.   5 th time drive disqualified and other charges... The great MK got up on his feet and did his thing.  A big fine, lecture and no licence loss !!   Amazing !!! If you are facing court or looking at prison get lawyered up with michael kuzilny or one of his team!

Michael kuzilny - Straight up Legendary lawyer who really cares for you !!! We went to Heidelberg magistrates court today for drug charges. I was very worried as I have been to court with michael a few times before and last time the judge told me if I came back it's jail time. My good mate was also there with michael facing drug trafficking charges. I didn't know what to expect because I had also breached a court order. But somehow when you get michael to represent you; you can sense the outcome will be very good. He's been at it for many years and people in the game respect him. Outcome: $500 and no conviction. A client review for MK Law: Mr Kuzilny has saved my life! Last year, after about two weeks of an interview with police, I was so worry that started to look for a lawyer. Usually I did things in a lowest possible cost way, e.g. buy lowest prices air tickets. However, this time, I got an idea from God that I needed a best possible lawyer in Melbourne to help me out, not just low cost. I was a low-income person. If I went to those local community legal help, I might be able to get help from a lawyer for free, but I did not wish to do that. After I searched the internet and made a few phone calls, then I knew MK Law was the right one for me. Driving whilst suspended charge - best outcome ever!!! When I was charged with driving with a suspended licence, I was completely overwhelmed with the potential outcomes of my court case, after hunting around the internet I found Michael and knew this was the person to represent me in court. Confused on which lawyer to use - engage michael kuzilny- simply amazing !! I always saw myself as a high achiever but got myself into some real trouble with the law recently. As michael says "good people make mistakes " I had no idea who to ring but I trusted my intuition and called MKLAW.   I had several cases; but michael planned and organised the representation effortlessly.  The great thing about Michael kuzilny is that he is well known and respected by the magistrates and prosecutors which works magic. NO police record !! Diversion outcome - couldn't have done it without Michael !! Michael Kuzilny is a master at his craft. My husband and I were going through a tough time and were charged by police. We are both professionals and needed the very best of the best so these charges did not affect our future travel, employment and insurance. What could have ended up with a community order or even prison ended up with a NO CONVICTION DIVERSION!!!! And NO police record!!! Lawyer Michael Kuzilny - He is the best, forget the rest! I have never been in trouble with the law and last year I unfortunately went through a minor family situation with my wife. The police got called and I got charged with every criminal offence you can imagine. I previously used a lawyer from Brunswick and he made a lot of promises but when it came to the court case I was devastated with the outcome (espically due to the fact I had never had any prior convictions or even a traffic offence) he did not get anything cleaned up, a criminal conviction and an 18 month community order. I then breached the order which was minor but the prosecutors wanted me to do a 3 month prison sentence to their recommendation. I decided to do my homework searching for a new lawyer and found Michael and from all of his reviews he seemed too good to be true. We finished up at Melbourne magistrates court yesterday and it was true and more....Michael simplified and clarified the case to the magistrate and I did not get any further punishment. Michael also looked at the original conviction charges received from first hearing and is helping me over turn the conviction. Do not waste your time and money on soft neck lawyers who promise you the world and then screw up your life. My advice is to go to Michael Kuzilny, he will get the job done perfectly and efficiently!

Best lawyer in Melbourne!! Michael Kuzilny made my court case like a real fun morning and he got me an amazing outcome. Michael represented me at Broadie court for drive suspended and some other stuff. No licence loss, no conviction and a $600 fine I can pay of instalments. It's exactly what I hoped for ! From the moment I called MK it was a real happy and fun experience. Hello everyone out there! If you are in any legal trouble, look no further than Mr.Kuzliny. On a scale of one to ten I would give him a hundred. An absolute legend of a lawyer. I was done for driving while suspended and 4 other charges, was looking at lengthy suspension, hefty fine and possible jail time. I contacted Michael and asked him to handle my case. Believe me friends it has been magical since then, the first time I met him he said "tough times never last tough people do" how true. I got no further suspension, no conviction, just a fine. I had a terrible court experience with other lawyers and lost my licence for 2 years and got 150 hours of community work - a complete waste of money and time and bullshit representation My mum and I were sceptical about spending money on another lawyer; but we found out about the great man Michael Kuzilny - MKLAW Michael represented me today 13/10/16 at Ringwood magistrates court for further offences ; failing to appear on bail and driving suspended (against the order of a magistrate ). MKLAW represented me at Dandenong Magistrates Court on the 15/8/16 for a serious driving offence. The prosecuters were wanting a long license cancellation and short prison term because of my criminal history. Michael Kuzilny - MKLAW - top criminal defence lawyer I heard some amazing reports about Michael and they were more than true. Michael represented me at the Melbourne magistrates court on Friday 9th of September 2016 for repeat drive while suspended charges and some other matters I got the opportunity to see MK on his feet most of the day and he really stands out from the other push over defence lawyers. I knew I chose the right lawyer at a very low price compared to what the others were quoting The prosecutors and the magistrate knew Michael well and they got on extremely well. You could tell there has been a lot of water under the bridge As a result of his likability and his creative performance I kept my license and the magistrate even threw in a no conviction. Simply amazing. It was worth the wait. If you are facing court do not go anywhere else!!!

Michael Kuzilny - legendary lawyer to the people ! Michael really works miracles. I, my mates and my brother have used other lawyers over the years and no one was ever so effective as MK! I faced Melbourne court on 30/8/16 for a 7 th drive suspended charge. Have a shocking past and was abusing alcohol and drugs; and then turned my life around. I know from experience that usually the magistrates to listen to all the crap and just throw the book at you. I was fearing prison time and at the same time I needed my licence. I was confused up until today ! Michael presently my case brilliantly and from the heart. He listened to my story and told the judge who took a great interest in what Michael had to say. The police wanted jail , long licence loss and to take my car because of the priors. What did Michael get me you may ask ? No licence loss / a small fine and I got to keep my car !!! The court staff; the security; and the magistrate greatly respected MK.   He spoke brilliantly to the judge; who listened very carefully and agreed to Michaels sentencing submissions We both escaped convictions and both escaped licence loss. A small fine was the outcome.  We truly won our case because of Michael Kuzilny !  Thank you!

Michael was fantastic for me I had quite a few traffic charges I was facing and was looking at jail time as I'd had prior traffic charges. Michael Kuzilney from MKLAW is the best criminal defence lawyer in Melbourne!! He represented me on a second account of driving whist suspended and using a false name at Dandenong Magistrates court today. Michael was referred to me by many people who all spoke highly about MK. If it wasn't for his guidance and years of experience I believe I would have ended up with a lot worse charges then what I was given. Michael Kuzilny represented me for a very serious cocaine charge !! I was going through some tough times in my life having been through a difficult break up and loosing my business empire in recent years. The prosecutors were suggesting a substantial jail term the 1 st time we appeared in court. The second time we turned up Michael had done some damage control and he performed his magic that so many people see him for. Fearing a prison term, I left court the happiest man in Australia with just a small fine I don't know what Michael did or said or who he gets on well with but it worked once again ! Michael Kuzilny defended my partner Emilija on the 25/11/2014 on a few driving offences such as dangerous driving,driving with no P plates, driving a modified vehicle and driving 40km/h over the speed limit. We we're going to face at least 2 years lost of licence and possibly a community service. After all Micheal's hard work we only received 12months suspended licence and $1300 worth of fines.We both are happy with the end result and this will be a learning curve. Michael Kuzilny defended me against serious drug driving while having suspended license,reckless driving charges and hit an run from the crash scene.The law is very hard on drug effected offences but he made sure that we were going to get the best outcome possible, avoiding jail time, minimum license suspension an a small fine. My recommendations of Michael are so high I call him Michael the magician. He has now helped me back in 2008 with two driving without a licence while disqualified and got me off with no convictions just two fines. On Tuesday he helped me with drug possession charges only taking responsibility to them being found in my vehicle (not mine), once again no conviction just a small fine. I believe not only is he a wonderful barrister but a genuine person who believes in his clients and will do everything possible to get the best result. His passion and knowledge of the system are to his credit. He will do all the work necessary while you can feel at ease that come court day it will not be over whelming. His ethics and responsibility are of the highest quality, you are the best in my eyes!

Michael defended my partner on serious driving offence as he was facing jail time. He gave us the best outcome with no jail sentence with a small fine and only 2 months loss of license.
