Go see Michael or Josh, they will both make sure you're looked after. When it comes to body work, I've trusted my vehicles with Varricchio's and they never disappoint. Even filing insurance claims, have never been such a breeze with these guys. I'm absolutely delighted by the service they have provided so far. Oh and the loan car does come in handy all the time. Sent my STI to have the wing painted and installed recently, and the results are marvelous, you will only have to see it in person to admire the craftsmanship. Well done guys and see you again soon (for the right reasons of course!).

Firstly, they took on a job that another panel beater declined to touch - I also have to give a shout out to my insurer (Shannons) for helping to arrange a tow to Varricchio’s from the other place. Many thanks going to Josh and Michael for facilitating everything while I was located 350km away in the country. I felt I could leave everything in their hands and relax. Post collection, they went on to provide a fantastic service experience, going the extra mile - including paint touch up weeks after I collected the car and got a rock chip due to no fault of theirs! They aren’t the largest panel beaters in Norwood I’ve notices, but they provide a level of service that you would probably only get in smaller workshops... without the associated delays. Would trust them with any of my vehicles - no dodgy work or corners cut, great communication and a fantastic team.

I chose this crash repairer based on the positive reviews here and I am totally agreed with what others said. It was a positive experience having my car fixed here as staff are friendly and helpful. The highlight for me is that I was kept up to date with the claiming and repairing without me chasing up. This kind of good customer service is rare to see these days. Moreover there was a free loan car while my car was being fixed which is convenient and my car was fixed in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

Highly recommend Varricchio's crash repairs, I was T-boned on my drivers side 7 months ago. They temporarily fixed my drivers side electric window for free as it was stuck down due to the door cavity being smashed in. They promptly booked my car in to have the majority of the drivers side body replaced. The car looks like new, their services was very professional, honest and a great turn over, I had my car back the next day and was given a temporary car to drive around it. Thanks to all the staff here!!

I can highly recommend Varricchio's for car repairs. From the first contact, Michael took the mystique and complexity out of the process of claiming, booking and car loan. They did a great job on the repair and even added a few extra touchups. My car was returned in better condition than prior to my dingle and cleaned inside and out. Thanks Varricchio crew.

Went in for rust repairs on my 67 mustang, when they found more rust then what we originally found they called me straight away and brought me down to see for myself. They offered a very competitive price compared to many other quotes i got yet the quality of the work was second to none. Finished my car on time for my daughters wedding and looked absolutely un fault able.

After being rear ended at the lights in my alfa romeo i was very stressed and upset from being on the phone dealing with insurance and trying to work out another vehicle to get to work and get my kids to school and back but the moment i arrived at varricchios crash repairs all the stress went away, i was greated with a smile and assured everything will be okay and even given a courtesy car. Would 100% recommend Varrichios Crash Repairs to anyone looking for body work done. My car was defeated by hail in November last year to the point I was embarrassed to drive my car because of how many dents and war marks it was left with. But after handing it over to Chris to do the body work and respray my car came out looking a million dollars. Better looking than how it first came out. These guys go out of their way to deliver 10/10 work and customer service and they definitely achieve it every time. Thank you for your amazing work guys!

My small ding was fixed in a matter of minutes, while I waited. I spoke with 4 members of staff in total, and all were polite, friendly, and considerate of the fact that I was looking for a simple fix rather than a full repair. I was recommended Varricchio's through word-of-mouth and I will be doing the same!

I dropped my Toyota Supra off to Varricchio's Crash Repairs Early last week, for a crash repair (full replacement of my bumper plus painting the bumper and new front lip). The turnaround on the fix was only a couple days and the quality was amazing!!! Recommend over any other crash repairer> The repairer (named Chris) Worked with met build my idea of how I wanted it finished, and at the end of the day I was so impressed with how it turned out! Very high standard of workmanship. As well as the high quality, Varricchio's Crash Repairs did not attempt to rip me off like other repairers. I went to other repairers and was told that painting my side skirt lip was a massive job and I would be up for a lot of money to paint it. When I went to Varricchio's they told me they would easily be able to do it, and nowhere near the cost of the other places. I would recommend Chris and Varricchio's Crash Repairs to anyone with any problem big or small!! Amazing work, Photos do not do Justice on the work done! :)

I came to this place with 2 big dents on my trunk/boot after having backed up my car into another vehicle's bullbar... Went to 3 different places and Varricchio's was the only place that would repair my boot for me (based on some friends telling me that it should be repairable); other places that I went to, including some highly-rated ones, would not repair it for me and insisted that my boot would have to be replaced! End-product: looks brand new, and this is coming from someone like me, who is a perfectionist when it comes to detail. Super friendly, did not look down on someone like me (i.e. having had 0 experience with things like this), and the repairman that helped me (name is Chris) went above and beyond to help me (he stayed back past normal hours just to help me get my car back in time for an upcoming trip). He also did some other little things without me asking for them, for free (e.g. replaced a rear tail light that he found out was spoilt from the bump). Nothing else that I can say except: simply fantastic :)

After a last minute phone call on a Saturday morning I was super impressed with the willingness of staff member Chis to help me with the repair of a seat belt buckle. Chris was very hospitable offering myself and my children a coffee and drinks whilst he repaired the buckle. He not only had the buckle fixed in no time at all but wouldn't accept any payment either. This level of service is few and far between these days. If needed Id have no hesitation in heading back to Varricchio's for any crash repair needs.
