Since Damien came to Ferntree Gully many years ago he serviced my previous car, and now services this one. He has always given it a thorough service and maintained it in an excellent condition. He always explains the work he has done and suggests any future work needed to prevent problems with a clear and concise explanation that I can understand. Got a flat tyre by random happenstance right out the front of their shop. Staff were quick to take my car in to have a look and see what they could do. I didn’t have a spare, the gentleman I was speaking with went out of his way and rang around to find the right size tyre, went to collect it, brought it back and fitted it for me. Also fixed the buckle in the rim. Drove off with two new wiper blades and a brand new tyre, all for a ridiculously reasonable price.. could not be happier about the service, will definitely be going back there to have any future work done on my car!

Genuine good guys who deliver a fair price. I recently took in my Audi S5 to change out a thermostat, they took me through exactly what they did, took photos of the different stages of the repairs to validate the work, didn’t charge me for the extra time it took to repair and lastly, were half the price quoted by the Audi dealership. Highly recommend!

Recently they have been working on my 2007 Blue Ford territory. It was in the shop for about a week and it had a few issues when i sent it in. But once the team said it was ready for pick up. Man being impressed doesnt even begin to describe how happy i was. They brilliantly looked after my car and gave it a bunch of TLC. I've given it a drive and for someone who doesn't know everything about cars I can really feel the difference in the car and how much better it runs so thank you for all the hard work im really appreciate it. definitely coming back to you guys when it needs a service.

Pajero had done 260,000 km but was losing power and having regular issues. Tech one notified us of a (seriously enormous) carbon build up in the engine. They hydro blasted it clean and it is back running like a new car.

I had a brake line blow out on my car at 4:30pm on a Friday night. After searching around, rang Damien and he was able to see us first thing Saturday morning - He was quick to work out the problem, organised a fix for the us the same day since we only had one car and all the while provided some of the politest service I've had in a while. I'd not only have zero hesitation going back to Damien, but I'd heartily recommend them to everyone else. Pricing was great, service superb and all together one of the best mechanics experiences I've had in ages.

I was unsure if my sons car seat was install correctly, after fitting me in same day, Damien checked and explained why forward facing would fix my concerns. He changed the seat around quickly, made a few adjustments once my son was in the seat, and was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and I will be back for all future fittings.

Excellent service. Been coming here for 2 years and never had an issue. The reason I kept coming back was because the 3rd time I came here I had a very important to get to at 12 and came in with a busted diff that morning at 8 and this usually takes 6 hours + but finished it within 3 and half hours. Very good blokes and take extra care with every car.

They provide great service, very acknowledgeable. Damian likes to explain your car problem in detail, this way you know what work is involved in the repair. Damian has even gone out of his way and came to my house to help me start my car. I would not use anyone else to look after my vehicles.

Had a problem with my headlight. Called up, and Damian said he'd take a look at it immediately. Five minutes later, I'm at the shop, and fifteen minutes after, problem was diagnosed and fixed on the spot. Immediate attention, and I was made to feel like the most important person in the world. Over the years I've owned many cars and will only allow Damien and his team to manage my services and repairs. Damien is extremely knowledgable, professional and will always provide you with detailed and honest information regarding your service or repairs. I recently had a full service on my Audi and he was so thorough on explaining what was completed and what needed to be done moving forward. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars and my overall experience with Tech 1 Auto has been sensational.

Moved to the area two years ago. Went into Tech 1. Damian was very welcoming. Have had my car serviced regularly from him and it is excellent service no hidden charges explains everything well. Really helpful when you are in trouble. Nothing is to hard for the guys they are always willing to help. Would recommend 120% Pricing also reasonable can't give an approx. price as all jobs different. But not as expense but better than some of the car yards.
