We had problems with our roller door openers. Purple Patch Doors came out promptly to give us a quote on a new one.
They were able to install 2 news ones for us on that day.

My garage roller door was creaking, clanging then it stuck so I called Purple Patch Doors.
From the first point of contact to arrange the appointment, the technician to arrive on time, explain the problem clearly and how it would be rectified, the process was easy.
The work proceeded successfully as the door now operates smoothly and silently.
I highly recommend this company for their efficiency and expertise.

I phoned to make an appointment to fix my garage door and an appointment was made straight away. I received a call the day before to confirm time. And the service man arrived when they said they would. Quoted me and did the job in less than 30 minutes. Great service!! Would certainly use and recommend them again.

Very good experience, spoke to them 8.30 in the morning and they were there by 9.15 found the problem fixed it and did full service all in 30 minutes. Polite young man and the price was reasonable.

We called Purple Patch Doors for suggestions on installing a large roller door on our carport that houses the caravan.

This company really does provide a 5 star service! They were very prompt, very efficient, professional but friendly. The reminders are particularly helpful for our busy lifestyles. Nothing but 5 star service from these guys. Professional, available and honest! They installed our garage door and maintain it. Recently we had an issue after a power outage. Called the mobile from sticker on door and spoke with someone straight away. They came out that day and problem resolved. This company seems to care about their reputation.

Re Purple Patch doors - from the initial call, through to the amazingly fast response, the positive attitude, and professionalism of the team sent out, the service was absolutely first class. What seemed to me a major calamity with our roller door, was rectified, serviced and working better that ever, in an amazingly short time. Having the pros do the work, is cost effective, generally much faster than trying it myself, safer, and produces a quality outcome, for reasonable cost. Purple Patch will be doing all my future maintenance. I couldn't be happier with them.

Great customer service! They could fit me in within 24 hours to deal with my issue. Chris called before arrival so I could be there when he got there, after giving me a window of time initially the day before. He attended to the problem quickly and gave me a diagnosis within minutes. Fortunately it was just a servicing issue but he was honest and said it wouldn't be long before I may need a new door (it is 25 years old) so I am now preparing for that possibility rather than being shocked when it does happen. All round a great experience and I would definitely use them again. Maria

I wish I had heard ofPurple Patch Doors in the first place as I wasted my time with many rude companies that couldn’t be bothered doing business.it was quite an eye opener actually!
Purple Patch Doors did a fabulous job getting the post war house frame for an automatic door ready and then installing the custom made garage door. They stuck to the letter on any undertakings they made. They were friendly, courteous, helpful, reliable and competent.

The boys came out and fitted a remote control to my 19 plus years garage . Very good work no mess very clean when they left . I am so happy to be able to drive in and press a button and just drive straight into my garage i would recommend Purple Patch Doors to any one great value for money .

I've used a number of garage door service people before. But never have I come accross a more professional outfit then Purple Patch. This company is the only company that identified that the motor unit I was using was absolutely the wrong type for my door. Other garage door companies were just proping up the problem and charging me money for the joy of it. Not Purple Patch, they identified the issue straight away, fixed it and now they service both my shed door and garage doors. They use high quality components, the prices are excellent, but the workmanship is what counts the most to me. I get my doors serviced every year to keep them running smoothly. You will be perfectly safe using these workmen.

These guys are amazing, they use only the best remote garage door openers. Merlin is the brand I chose and I've never looked back. You can call these guys at any time and they will do their best to fit you in. They have solutions for all types of domestic garage doors. Don't get wet getting out of your car to open the door, call purple patch and they will fix you up. If you are a business, I believe they do business garage doors too. Nothing is too big or small for these guys. I was so happy to find them. Please be paitent also, they are very busy, but you won't find many better. The website is also useful so be sure to check this out before calling them.
