The guys at Altech21 have helped us move our Precor elliptical a number of times now and have been brilliant each and every time. This time, we needed them to move it in the first week of the new year, with very short notice, into a slightly awkward spot at our new home. Their calm assurance that they'd be able to get the job done for us, no matter the challenges presented, helped me hugely at a stressful time. Thanks guys. You rock! And my 5 year old cried when you left because he thought you were both so awesome.

I recently needed to have a heavy and awkward item picked up and delivered and wanted to say the 2 boys were fantastic. they arrived on time, friendly, helpful and courteous and nothing was too much trouble so thank you heaps for making my life easier and I will certainly be using you again.

Chris, in particular, was very patient and helpful and went out of his way to find a solution in order to create more space. It's so reassuring to know that there are companies out there who still provide ongoing excellent customer service. Great bunch of guys and great teamwork all round.
