The screen of my son's iPad screen was badly broken, with big gouges and sharp edges. I brought it to Compute Your World unsure if it could be fixed & they were able to not only fix it, but they did so with a really quick turn around time & gave me the option to add a protective finish (which my son definitely needs!). They were really helpful and the price was affordable. Would absolutely go there again.

I had some computer problems with my lap top and thought I'd lost all of my save data and files. I had previously used a large commercial franchise for repairs, maintenance and servicing. They could not help me. They said the only answer was to buy more storage do a few things myself overnight and return the next day for repairs at full rates. Well I took the laptop to Compute Your World. In 15-20 minutes, it was restored to as new original condition with all of my files present and active. They were friendly, helpful and the charge was as good as free. I will always use their services. They rock!

These Guys the best - friendly helpful and know what they are doing. I dropped into a computer store in Unley - they insisted on $282 to just look at the issue on my computer. Amazing service! My year 9 son smashed his laptop screen. There were other small issues but the people who worked here were honest and only fixed the screen as that’s all that needed to be fixed. I needed a new battery in my iPad. I took it to Compute Your World, got a quote and left it with them, expecting a call back within two days. I got a call back 45 minutes later telling me that the job had been done and it was at the bottom end of the quote. Kara diagnosed the problem and gave me the result and what I needed to fix it. she built me a new PC and backed up all my data, for an extremely good price. Cannot recommend her work enough. Ryan then followed up with help getting my old monitor to work with a new graphics card. Cannot praise this company enough.

I needed a refurbished laptop so I went to Compute Your World as the last one I had was form them and lasted me a long time. Got one much cheaper than I'd pay for new and Ryan transferred everything onto it very quickly. The only thing was my printer was not compatible with the new laptop so I had to buy another one but it was not for lack of trying from Ryan. Thanks for your great service

I have put both my computer and phone in for repairs. On both occasions I got excellent prompt service, in particular on the occasion when I could not charge my phone due to sand getting into the access point they immediately saw the problem and rectified it straight away. They did NOT charge me for that service. As someone who is not entirely IT literate I appreciated their honesty and impeccable customer service. I highly recommend this business. Glenda

My Ipad glass was crushed under the weight of a very heavy chair, it also looked like the bottom perimeter of the actual Ipad frame was also damaged. I rang several businesses and it seemed the going rate was between $129 to $169 to get it repaired. Compute Your World charged $79 and my Ipad looks like nothing had ever happened to it. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Your company has now attended to five notebook computers and one iPad for me and I can say that your service has been top notch. The organisation that I previously used was not only quoting too high, but additionally claimed that what modifications I sought could not possibly be done. Furthermore all of your staff with whom I had occasion to deal were polite and helpful, and gave clear information, explaining any recommendations given. Overall, the repaired/upgraded computers are working well so far. Despite a couple of very minor annoyances (not related to repair services) I am happy with your company and will continue to seek its services.

Due to arriving back from WA I was in 14 day self isolation. Had no way of getting a monitor for work from home, as other places wouldn't deliver for days/weeks. When I contacted Compute Your World they provided value for $ monitor, and delivered by 5.30pm same day... and in the rain. All social distancing was followed. These guys are absolute legends. Went in for what was a simple fix but at no fault of theirs or mine the system dumped all of my data. Kids photos, travelling etc. Kieran was kind enough to have a Facebook msg chat with me at 10pm on a Saturday night to re assure my fear and anger that i had lost everything. He even opened the shop out of hours to start the process in retrieving the data back which they did and i am so grateful. Good experience with these guys and i will be for sure going back if i have any issues.

i had a great experience,i took my pc tower in on Friday morning before the long weekend to see about getting some upgrading done and i asked if it was possible to have it back for the weekend,now although they were closed on the Saturday for a change, ryan said he would do his best.within 2 hrs they had rung me to give me pricing on the upgrades needed,which were no only very reasonably priced,but would have it completed by 4.30 that day.i was unable to get there to collect the finished job,but called through and paid for the job then it was left for me at adam's deli next door for me to collect the next day.huge thank you to ryan and his team,and i will be thoroughly recommending them to any one i know,also the computer works great,great job.

I had my computer repaired by another company 12 months ago, never worked properly and it took ages to get it back from them. When it collapsed again I went to COMPUTE YOUR WORLD, 24 hrs later I am writing a review on computer that works, is back up to speed and I don't have to wait half an hour for it to boot up. When I smashed my phone screen I was told by numerous placed that I would need to spend between $150-200 to replace my screen as there was no other way to retrieve my data and pictures and put them onto my new phone. On the off chance, I called Compute Your World and asked about the cost to repair. Steve asked what I needed and said he could retrieve all my data, no problem and a fraction of what it would cost to replace the screen. So in I when and less than an hour later all my data and photos were transferred. I am so please with the service and will definitely be going to Compute Your World for any computer or phone issues in the future.

Second time using this company. Absolutely brilliant. Had to replace MacPro 2012 model lid with screen etc. I needed the computer all the time so they did it for me on the spot. Sourced a second had lid fitted it all on and cost me $300. Really happy as I called another place and they quoted me $799. Great guys so happy to help and they are so friendly. Would recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future if I ever need computer issues fixed.

Ben was extremely helpful. My computer needed a complete overhaul - it was very slow. After repairs the computer is working like a brand new computer. I have had no problems with the computer since and I am extremely happy with the service received from Computer World. The manager also called at my home to correct NBN problems. The staff at CMW were top value, friendly and a work well as a team. I was a slow learner and hesitant to join a classroom environment to improve my skills. I had 2 one on one practical sessions and it was worth every buck. their patience was outstanding, which made learning much quicker and I learnt what I wanted. Well I have never come across a group of guys that have gone over and above with the service and attention to detail.I went to see them regarding a portable printer issue.The guys at Compute Your World spent hours trying to fix the problem. In the end they had to admitt defeat as, it was the printers soft wear issues and nothing could be done to fix the problem. They charged me very little for the hours spent. I would recommend to you give them a go with yourany tech problem you wont be disappointed.

On my most recent visit for a minor correction they made no charge for which was much appreciated.. I can't say enough about the service I've received for my computer problems. They were fast, very helpful and when I had to make a decision of whether to buy a new computer or repair the one I had there was absolutely no pressure on the decision. I have needed help since with an issue and when I called they didn't hesitate to look at the problem while on the phone and fixed it remotely. This was done for no extra charge. The staff at Compute Your World have a terrific working knowledge of all things tech related. I had an insurance claim for an iPhone and Keiran helped with every facet of the claim even reducing my excess. My only piece of constructive criticism is that it would be great if the person who mans the phone repair side of the shop would acknowledge a customer when they come up to the desk. I know you're busy but customer acknowledgement is important as you are the first port of call when customers come in! Apart from that, highly recommend this business! I went in with a problem with the speaker on my iPhone 5s after it had been swimming in a duck pond. Steve attended to it promptly and replaced the speaker. This did not fix the issue so he tried something else which also didn't fix it. He spent quite a bit of time on it but was unable to fix the problem. He did not charge.

I went with a problem with my Surface Pro tablet. They were very professional. I had disabled my touchpad by mistake and as my touch screen also didn't work, couldn't navigate. They fixed the touchpad in no time (for free I might add) and said that while they could fix the touch screen, advised that it would be very expensive suggesting that it probably wouldn't be worth it. I would not recommend this business. Have had nothing but issues relating to an iPhone screen replacement. Has been in 3 times in a week, issues are still not resolved. Tried to pin blame for damages however the phone was in perfect condition prior to screen drop and they clearly saw this on first arrival. Multiple attempts to fix the screen on first visit, still left with the screen bulging off the housing and home button stuck - almost impossible to use. Second time it was repaired by somebody else in store, seeming to have the problems fixed however flash and LED torch functions failed to work. Third visit after having the phone for quite a few hours, no phone call, no communication to be told the part will have to be ordered. Still not satisfied. For a business who says they are "Apple Authorised", there standard of workmanship, customer service and parts supplied should be better! On checking with Apple care the business is in fact NOT Apple authorised and have paid for the phone to be damaged whilst breaking warranty. No refund has been offered. Will never recommend this business to anyone nor would I be even contemplating using them again. Moral of the story? Only use Apple directly for repairs! Cheaper is most offen the worse case scenario.

We had been using another company for 6 years and by chance found this company on gumtree in a very quick atempt to see if there was a local solution without having to go into the city. We found the advise to be honest, covering a large field of information but simple enough for a non computer person to interpret. Value for money and reliable.

We moved our IT Support to Compute Your World Last year starting with a large Server Upgrade. Their IT Knowledge is up to date and they customised to what we needed with out going over the top. Their approach has been exceptional and their ongoing service second to non. I wish we’d made the charge Earlier.

Fantastic customer service- compute your world service my place of work and are always helpful and willing to help. I've also had them help me with internet provider issues and cannot express how above and beyond they went to get the problem resolved for me. I consider them my friends, not just my IT guys

Up to date products that most stores wont sell. All stores sell old stock to get rid of. Australia is 2 years behind on the latest products. This store buys the latest stuff only. They repair computers, build computers - do mostly everything to do with computers AT A GREAT LOW COST! they can build you a new computer. GREAT QUALITY TOO. for under $1000.00.
