I recently purchased a Prado (Toyota) through Bob and was very impressed with the level of service he provided. Having found Bob from interstate, he made a potentially difficult situation extremely easy, and his knowledge and use of networking and contacts to help me out where ever possible. Every email answered, phone call returned. Couldn't as for more. Especially as this was over the Christmas period. Even made it a priority to handover the car personally even though had previous plans for holiday period!! Learnt a lot from Bob in a short time and will be keeping his details for future purchases in relation to both personal and my business vehicles. Super positive experience and would recommend his services to anyone. And Will!!!

Update on another recent purchase November 2018 I have just purchased my third car a Pajero through Bob so that says a lot about the trust I have in Bob. There is no hard sell just honest advice and a genuine desire to make the buying process easy and stress free. Bob organised car tinting for my new purchase for a cost cheaper than the normal cost of tinting, Again Bob did not let down on the price, the service, simply another great deal. I would recommend Bob for anyone looking to buy a car, particularly a new car, his knowledge of the car industry is priceless combined with his sincere opinion and advice. Bob has a no problem attitude, if you have a question or an issue, Bob will attend to quickly and professionally. After picking up my Pajero I had a minor accident turning in my driveway at home and grazed the front left corner of car, I called Bob and he arranged in a short time some one to fix the damage at a very reasonable price including some work some other imperfections on car, the finish was great, the cost was great and Bob was great. This is the first time that I have used Bob at Car Business. I was most impressed with the service from start to finish. On the Saturday afternoon that we first meet he waited back for me and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. The discount that he was able to get on my Caddy was very surprising to say the least - over $2000 off the price that the same dealer gave me. I got referred to Bob by a friend who had used him recently. I made contact and within a few days, he opened his office for me on a Sunday morning to get the ball rolling. I'm sure we all have cringeworthy stories about car salesmen..... I won't lie, I've had my share and they almost put me off looking. Then I met Bob. He's not a member of the shoddy fraternity. He is just genuine, not pushy, kind and didn't make me feel awkward. If I catch one whiff of pushiness or patronising I'm outta there but quick. None of that with Bob. The car I bought was in great nick, full disclosure, nothing hidden. He likes to make sure you are happy and obviously cares a lot about his business, his rep and his clients. I would suggest that if at all possible, skip all the other dealerships and go see Bob. I promise you will be comfortable, treated well and happy.

If you hate dealing with salesmen then this is the place you go. Bob is truly awesome no pushy overbearing salesman here. He listened to what I was looking for, he had a car that met with my initial checklist and went for a drive, he offered me to take the car home overnight, I declined but said I get back to him with my decision. I did the following and decided not to take it but he asked me questions about what my needs were and advised me he might know of a car that would suit. The following day he called to ask if I was interest in an Mitsubishi ASX, he sent through photos with a list of all the extras included and my check list was more than 95% ticked off. Took the car for a drive and fell in love and as in all good love stories I signed on the dotted line and drove off into the sunset and I'm still in love. Love Bob, love my car, love the way he sells cars. Thank you for making my search so painless!!!

We were told by a dealership to hang on to our trade-in for another 2 years because our change over asking price was unrealistic. So we walked away from buying a new demo Holden... we were pretty disappointed. I rang Bob at Car Business the very next day. We let him know what model, type of new / demo Holden we wanted right down to the colour and that we were ready to purchase, but he had to meet our asking change over price. He simply said; leave it with me… We had our new demo secured within 24 hours with a better change over price than 'we were even asking'. That was drive away, all fees, no more to pay !! Oh… plus Bob got us a full set of car mats and a full tank of fuel. We buy a new / demo car every three years so we won’t be doing the dealership shuffle ourselves, ever again. We chose a car to look at from carsales.com and we were very impressed with its immaculate condition. It is a Toyota Corolla Ascent 2012. I honestly can't speak highly enough of Bob. I had been looking to buy my first car- which is a bit of a stressful mission. With the help of my wonderful dad and after going to multiple car businesses and fearing that, for my budget and the type of car I was looking for, I wouldn't find one I would be comfortable with (due to the fact I am quite a nervous driver and my dad was specially on the hunt for a car he trusted which was the Toyota Corolla) This was until we saw Bob's ad on Carsguide.com for a 2008 Toyota Corolla. And a Levin no less! A car that fit every requirement we had, aswell as being in immaculate condition and a bit more fancy than I ever expected. In my budget! Bob was so patient while we asked questions and looked at every inch of the car, we took it for a test drive and it was a dream. Once the decision was made to purchase the car, Bob went through the paperwork on detail without it being confusing or long. He was friendly and there was no pressure for a sale. I really appreciated the was Bob made buying my first car simple and exciting. We picked it up that afternoon and I have been enjoying driving it since (I had been a bit nervous to drive a different car but this one drives smoothly and I feel very safe). Thanks Bob!

I have just purchased my 2nd Car from Bob but my first since Bob has started his new Car Business. As usual I received the best of service to which I have become accustomed to. I called Bob with a rough description of what I was after as I am not a car person and do not follow the car business or read car magazines. (I am not a car enthusiast) Bob got back to me very promptly with a car I thought not bad but I did not think it was totally suitable for my needs. I went to work and asked around that day. After talking to some people with the same car or knew about cars. I learnt how perfect the car was and that Bob was giving it to me at a magnificent price. I could not get on the phone quick enough to apologise and prayed that Bob had not given the best buy of the year to someone else. To my great pleasure Bob had the car and arranged the purchase and everything else to suit me as I live in Mackay and work away. This included little touches like diesel stickers on the fill up point, purchase and registration dates so I can get the maximum bang for my buck. All details were covered so I was trouble free and happy. To this day I am over the moon with my purchase and get great comments about my new pride and joy. I should have known better, this is why I do not go anywhere else. In today’s world it is near impossible to get good service let alone great service, so when it does happen I tell everyone I can.
