Scott has fixed water leak problems at our house a few times. He turns up with a smile and on the day he says he will. He can be trusted to fix things up when I am away as well. Which I really appreciate. He doesn't leave a mess behind. His rates for payment are very reasonable.

Scott had done bathroom renovations for us 2years ago. We could not think of anyone else to call when it came to our kitchen renovations and property subdivision works this year. Scott is dedicated to his trade and never cuts corners in getting the job done. He takes ownership of any issues and finds quality solution that makes everyone happy. This company is one of the few ones with integrity that you can always rely on for quality works.
I have recommended him and will continue to recommend him to friends wanting a trusted plumber and property services. The combination of Scott and Gordon is a delightful sight of father-son respectably doing great works.

We made an appointment for Gordon (Property Services Group), to inspect and provide termite treatment to our residential property.
After the appointment was made, we immediately received an email to confirm the date and time, and on the morning of the inspection, we received a courtesy reminder. Great service !
We have used another company over the past 5 years, and we were very unhappy with their performance. As soon as the 5 year termite treatment expired, we decided to use Property Services Group based on the glowing reviews. We are glad we did.
Gordon was professional, courteous, and thorough. While Gordon was on site, he sent the inspection report via email. This gave us the opportunity to read the report, and to query with Gordon any comments made regarding the report. Gordon also advised that our air conditioning duct had come apart in the roof, and he very kindly connected the ducts. What a CHAMPION!! Thank you Gordon.
We highly recommend Gordon from Property Services Group if you require a termite inspection and treatment.

Gordon attends to our two properties annually for termite inspection and pest inspection. Last week we had to call Gordon for an extra inspection and as always, he arrived on time and attended to our problem. I would just like to say that mug a bug are brilliant when it comes to termites you can really tell Gordon has over 20 years experience his knowledge and skills in not only finding the termites in the first place then treating them was fantastic we have had other pest people here but mug a bug are experts we can recommend Gordon and his company to anyone you know he even sent us text message 15 mins before to say he was on his way and he was bang on time now I've never has customer service as great as that mug a bug truly are perths termite experts he came back 3 weeks after he treated the activity then he did the perimeter treatment thingy anyone who says they have pests call mug a bug simply the best in perth
