Ciaran from HeatCool gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to arriving, and was super friendly and professional. He fixed our gas heater and cleaned up after he was done. Amazing, prompt and professional service. Highly recommended!

Provided excellent communication on problem and course of action with an effective resolution. Thanks Wes. Cost reasonable and average for such a service call. Justin, Steve and their team are so professional, polite and respectful. When they said they would be there- they were! I had calls informing me of time frames etc. I could not be happier with the service and products. I had ducting heating and Air con installed. I would highly recommend HeatCool Pty Ltd and would gladly use again in future.

I randomly chose this company online, to service my leaking gas ducted heater! Received a call from Fiona (customer service) at 9:05am Monday. All trades involved were on time, extremely courteous and cleaned up thoroughly on completion of the various jobs. I am so impressed with the attitude of this company and their very impressive customer service. They are now my 'go to' company for any issues I might have around heating, cooling and gas hot water. I highly recommend HeatCool.

Do not use. I contacted Heat Cool explaining that the fan in my heater is no longer working. They came to my house, charged me $200 to do so, and then told me that it could not be fixed, and gave me a quote for $7,000 for a new heater. I contacted another company, who came and repaired my heater. I asked for my $200 back (which is an exorbitant call out fee anyway). I was told that they would refund the $200 if I provided an invoice for the repair from the other company. I did this. Do you think I got a refund? No, just excuses. I was then told that they are not electricians and refrain from doing electrical work! Why did you come to my house and charge $200 to start with, when you knew the problem was the fan! They also told me that they only use genuine parts, and they were not available for the heater. Why tell me this after you have been and charged me $200? You knew the model number of the heater, and you knew the issue. Very poor service.

We have used HeatCool to maintain and repair our Air-conditioners (Uni-Aire, Fuj, Daikin) for many years (An ongoing requirement when you build with Simmons Homes). They are always very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Plus, they show up on time, well, within their 4 hour service window. I recently had 2x Solar Roof Ventilators installed on a 2 story property, the reduction in ambient heat is immediately noticeable and I would recommend them and HeatCool highly to complement any Air-Conditioning system.

We had HeatCool Service our Breezair Cooler that we had failed to have serviced for seven years. The technician that came was very polite and efficient. He replaced the necessary parts and cleaned the filters and just simply did a tremendous job in a timely manner. We will now make sure we do a regular service every two years as recommended and we will definitely be using the services of HeatCool. Although the service person was professional and performed the work required I found the customer service team less than helpful. They made no effort to assist with the schedule to meet my time constrains, nor did they pass any of the details I left with them regarding the system that needs servicing.

From start to finish everything was a breeze, pardon the pun. Great customer service and a fantastic result overall. Justin was great and very informative through out the quoting process and Stephen was equally as good during the installation. Then at the end of the installation Justin came past to make sure the job went well and teach me how the system works. A+ overall!

I was lucky enough for them to be able to come out the day I called to repair our ducted heating, and nothing was an issue for them. I wanted to say thanks to the team at HEATCOOL for such a great job. Everyone seemed to go above and beyond on the project and we are really happy with the result and are just waiting for the heatwave to arrive. Special mention too to John Occhipinti who really made sure that we were happy and looked after through the whole process. We got a few quotes at the start from a number of suppliers but decided to go with HEATCOOL after meeting John as we felt he seemed to be the best representative that visited us. I am happy to say that we know we made the right choice and will definitely recommend HEATCOOL to anyone we know looking for similar services from here on in.

Hello HeatCool, I would like to say thank you. I had a representative, Justin come and quote installation of a refrigerated Cooling Split System to my 18sq home. I accepted and had the installation done a week later. Your installer Hector arrived on time and completed his work promptly and to a high standard. I was consulted on duct outlet and outdoor unit location and was very happy with the work. The electrician arrived also on time and completed his task promptly. I was again consulted on where the wall panel would be located and am now enjoying a much cooler climate inside my home. Thank you to your installers great job! Regards L Gregory

would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the service, and in particular for sending Ben. After all the 7 days of waiting and arguing for a Technician to attend, Ben arrived on time, assessed the situation, explained what he needed to do, listened to my version of events sympathetically, and with some explanations on his behalf which were reasonable and logical, went ahead and fixed the Escea fire place. I have used HeatCool twice in the last few years to service our hot water unit. The technician was polite, on-time and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and nothing was too much trouble. In terms of price, they were within what I would reasonably expect for the services received. They aren't the cheapest in the market but I wouldn't class them as expensive either for the work that was done. You get what you pay for and I would much rather pay for a good job to make sure there are no issues down the track. Very happy!

I've recently had a new air conditioner installed at our beach house on the mornington peninsula by Jake from Heat Cool. I was extremely happy with the service and to be honest surprised at how polite and frIendly he was. It's the little things that make a big difference and I really appreciated the fact that he even asked if he could vacuum up the small amount of dust that was made from installatIon and made sure to say goodbye to my three children on the way out. An asset to the company.
