Rosie and the team at Mosaic Travel were amazing. They made our holiday one of the best, because everything was made so easily for us. The services was excellent, recommendations were outstanding, the communication was fast and efficient and the app for our itinerary was a life saver. I have recommended Rosie to so many people & will continue to use her for the rest of our holidays. Thanks for making our holiday a trip of a lifetime!

Rosie of Mosaic Travel assisted my husband and I in planning our recent 4 week trip to Europe in conjunction with a family wedding. She came highly recommended by a friend and she did not disappoint! I left the planning of our trip quite late after learning I would be 5 months pregnant at the time of the travel so I knew I needed some professional guidance. I contacted Rosie and advised her I had a few requests – Comfy beds as I was pregnant, accommodation at a middle range budget, I wanted to avoid the over-populated areas and go more off the beaten track, and suggestions for activities that my elderly father could participate in as he was joining us mid way through the trip. Rosie crafted a schedule to perfection with her knowledge of local sites and hidden locations for us to visit. She took care of all inter-country travel and guided us through the complicated railway networks. We hired a car on the last leg of our trip and she assisted us with no qualms when we decided to change our pick up location to enjoy more of the scenic rail rides instead. Rosie is friendly and passionate about sharing her travel knowledge. She listens to your requests and customises your trip to meet your needs. Highly recommended!

We can't recommend Mosaic Travel and Rosie more highly! She is an olympic heavy-weight in the world of travel. Whenever a friend tells me they are planning a trip, I always give them Rosie's details. She really just knows so much about every destination. But more than that, she really cares, which is something that is hard to find these days. Rosie really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From making sure you get a birthday card while you are away on your birthday (so sweet!), to sending us a little cake with 'Congratulations' written on it for our honeymoon trip (so special!). All of the attention to detail and special touches, combined with her superior knowledge and skills, put Mosaic Travel and Rosie in a league of her own. Mosaic travel is the best. You should absolutely use them. We certainly do!

Only superlatives can adequately reflect our appreciation for the advice, recommendations and bookings provided by Rosie for our vacation in Spain, and Andalusia in particular. The excellence of Rosie’s service was embodied in her accurate interpretation of our preferred style of travel. We loved all the hotels she booked for us and the train travel and tours within our schedule all occurred smoothly and as expected. We were saved many hours of research had we planned and made the bookings ourselves . All the recommendations for dining, activities, and tours that we undertook, on Rosie’s advice, were great and fitted so well with our preferences and expectations. Rosie’s communication with us before and during our trip was prompt and extremely helpful. The parcel of vouchers and tickets including a booklet, which was our ever-present ready-guide to what we were doing each day, made our holiday so much more relaxed! We would have no hesitation in using Rosie again to help us with our holiday plans and would definitely recommend her services to others.

We are Rosie's clients from Geraldton, WA. We couldn't be further from Geelong if we tried!!! It always feels however, that Rosie is just next door! We have enjoyed Turkey and Croatia with Rosie and plan to travel with her again. This year Rosie has booked flights and helped with suggestions for a trip we are doing with friends to Italy. Nothing is ever too much trouble and her knowledge of all things "travel' IS TRULY AMAZING! Finding us the last two seats[sitting together] on a long haul flight was Rosie performing miracles !! Thanks to Rosie’s thorough research, impeccable organization and amazing local knowledge I have enjoyed trips to Croatia, Czech Republic, Austria and Portugal. I cannot thank her enough for making my travels such enjoyable experiences, taking all the hassle out of booking accommodation, travel and local trips. Rosie was also engaged by my organization to manage our recent team trip to Vietnam. Once again her professionalism and eye for detail shone through, receiving high praise from our Management Team.

We started using Rosie in 2014 travelling to Turkey and other places. Then Croatia in 2015. In 2016 Cuba, Panama, New Orleans, Mississippi River and other places in Europe. Currently she has organised the Trans Siberian railway, St Petersberge, Athens, Tirana, Spain and Portugal. We are of in a week for 2 Months. She is fantastic with Flights accommodation (always working to our instructions with "wants".!!) Never says No and always offers alternatives. Supplies information on places to see and where to eat. As a guide of her early tours she was fantastic, now as a married woman she is providing designer trips for individuals or groups. We live in QLD and found Rosie online whilst searching for a 'foodie' tour of Turkey. She may live in Melbourne but she is only ever a phone call away. Thanks Rosie. 26/07/18 Hi. Just complete the Trans Siberian part of our trip organised by Rosie. it was fabulastic (new word folks) Now entering our last 5 weeks of travel organised by Rosie. I am sure it will be just as streamlined as the first part. Thanks Rosie loving it all.

It was fantastic having Rosie organise our amazing trip to Europe and Scandinavia. It was all so easy having her involved and her hotel suggestions and special little ‘touches’ made such a difference. She is clever, caring and a delight to deal with. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Rosie organized a wonderful Croatia itinerary for us in 2017. Every detail was taken care of. Each guide and driver was excellent, and everything went according to schedule, although there was freedom to alter things if we wanted to. Although we have organized many of our own holidays, we could not have done this one – Rosie has excellent contacts and a close local knowledge. Thoroughly recommended.

We so enjoyed the special things that had been included and the lovely accommodation chosen to suit our tastes. Rosie organised our recent ski trip to Canada, great accommodation, excellent flights, and a wonderful welcome package complete with smoked salmon on our arrival. We were particularly relieved to have her immediate help when various factors resulted in a missed flight, and she was able to make all the contacts required and reschedule the various connections.

Rosie organised our honeymoon and did the most incredible job. Every detail was thought of and organised and her suggested hotels and restaurants were a 10/10. When there was a drama with an upcomkng flight she got straight in touch. It was so reassuring having such a qualified and experienced traveller organise this special trip for us and I absolutely cannot reccomend her highly enough.

We have travelled regularly locally & overseas and never taken longer than a 1 day tour. We had high expectations after reading the Portakal itinerary but these were surpassed on a daily basis. The structure of the tour was consistently engaging with just the right balance of stimulation and relaxation. Apart from being one of nature's gentleman, Charlie was an excellent guide & mentor of Turkish culture. We all found it incredibly relaxing to surrender ourselves daily to Charlie's guidance and just enjoy the sensory experiences that he presented. So thanks once again for putting this incredible tour together for us. We all agree that we have never had such an enjoyable holiday.

Rosie, I have had a ball thanks to your wonderful itinerary (in such a short time), fabulous organisation - there was never the slightest glitch, terrific guides - Caglar: the ultimate profession, a legend, and the lady that took us to Pumakkale (Marziye Salci) gave a wonderful view of Turkey from a strong young woman's perspective, very knowledgeable and inclusive of the group - terrific. Having those days for me to explore after getting a guided tour on the first day was just perfect as were your suggestions. Everyone loves Rosie - the tour guides/hoteliers etc and the group I travelled with. I can understand why. You run a tight ship with an extremely well thought out itinerary, simple but great notes and suggestions too. In all thanks for a wonderful adventure!

Nick and I are constantly surprised and delighted by the effort Rosie makes to ensure that our overseas trips, of which she has organised the last three, are not only fabulous but totally pain free and enjoyable. Her personal touches, from ensuring we are fully educated about each destination by including a little booklet in her Mosaic Travel Pack to informing each hotel and resort of our needs and expectations. Rosie is a joy to work with in planning a trip and her enthusiasm is totally infectious.

Rosie's attention to detail is fantastic. This has made my two tours with Mosaic Travel enjoyable and so easy. From a book to read about the country before the tour to a personalised written list of how to get to my next stop after the end of the tour Interesting hotels, great food and local tour guides and local gems to enjoy, travel pacing at a comfortable level.......all good.

A big thank you to you, Rosie, for leading our wonderful tour of Croatia! Your easy-going style of leadership (whilst no-doubt paddling busily below the surface) & your very thorough preparations of all aspects, made it a very easy trip for us to enjoy. Thoroughly fun, enjoyable time with our group - I learnt so much about places I'd never been before, feasted on all that amazing seafood & the Croatian wines. Loved the experiences - the wine-tasting, oysters fresh from the water, truffles, the enlightening olive oil tasting, the coffee stops - always with character, the history tours, museums, chapels & exhibitions - & shops! And just the sheer beauty of the pristine blue water & the clean, limestone-white & terra-cotta-roofed old walled towns. Well done, please keep doing what you do so well - I look forward to another trip with you in the future.

I have organised numerous holidays through Mosaic Travel - they are absolutely fantastic! They are very professional and offer a personalised service, tailoring my holidays to exactly what I want. They are very quick to answer emails and return calls, and no question is silly or too hard! On my trips to Indonesia with Mosaic Travel, I visited new places and different islands on their reccomendation and they have been the most fantastic holidays! It was all so easy as everything was arranged for us, including transfers from the airport and between destinations. We ate amazing food thanks to their restaurant recommendations. When I booked our New York holiday recently, they suggested where to stay, things to do and places to go for a few days out of New York, to see a different side of the USA. They offered different travel options between destinations, and we selected what suited us best. We can't wait to go! I will definitely book my next holiday through Mosaic Travel. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
