I would not use anyone else now and have recommended him to family, friends and colleagues alike. I have required his services twice at short notice, and on both occasions found Chris to be prompt, efficient, honest and helpful. Chris takes the time to clearly explain everything and goes above and beyond. Always with a smile and friendly nature. I wish him every success with his business.

Excellent, I had all seven house locks re-keyed to same key; less expensive than others for call-out and per lock and they helped me open a door which was jammed. Very friendly service. One lock had different barrel but for just $10 a new barrel was fitted so it could have same key. Brilliant. It came with four keys and I ordered an extra two as the cost was same as Bunnings after fuel and I know these duplicate keys would work first time.

Doube dead bolt fitting.Turned up promptly. Completed the job professionally in appropriate time. No add on cost. Cost as quoted.. Explained the job well. Minimum mess and cleaned up before leaving. So refreshing to have a job done on time to the satisfaction of the customer. well done Chris. Ta

Chris arrived on time assessed the problem, fixed the door for me and it is quite obvious that he knows his craft well. He told me where I could get a key for an older deadlock which has been a problem for me for many years. And I got him to do another small job whilst he was here as he was so knowledgeable. Very reasonable price. I will recommend him to others and will use him again without hesitation.

Excellent communication from initial consultation through to the completion of the job. Chris had our house alarm installed in just one day, leaving the place clean and tidy. Chris was more than happy answering any questions and issues we had with the security of our home. Highly recommended !

Was locked out of house through stuck deadbolt. Chris arrived within 45 minutes and soon fixed the problem. Without being asked, offered and threw in 2 copies of house keys as a freebie.
