Best service from dentist Teo. She is great with my 4 year old son as she is very patient and explains everything to him before doing anything.

I really recommend this practice. It’s small and welcoming and yet provides services that you would usually have to go to a specialist provider for. The whole practice has a strong team feel with everyone making you as comfortable as possible. You feel very much in safe and professional hands. The practice has recently moved into new modern rooms with state of the art equipment.

Every time I go to Care Family Dental, I am well taken care of. I get a thorough check up and clean when I see Teo, the Hygienist and Michael my Dentist always makes sure to come in and check over things. They both offer the best advice and explain things so well. I know I’m getting the best care.

My experience today was great. Dr Nisha explained everything clearly so I could make the right decisions for me. She was gentle and friendly throughout the whole appointment. She was so good, I've already booked my next check and clean in 6 months!

I came this morning 28/6/22, with 2 broken teeth, thinking I am going to lose them all. But after seeing Michael, these can be crowned to keep them all.
This can be done on the spot, no need for me to wait a few more weeks, for the crowns to be made.
Wonderful services, Michael for the quality of your services with very good staff.

First time at the clinic this morning and definitely the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone at the clinic was welcoming, supportive and made what would usually be an unpleasant appointment, great. Felt very comfortable and respected at Care Family Dental. Dr. Nishvannah (Nish) Aruliah and her assistant Lara were both very kind and caring to our whole family. Dr Nish was particularly understanding with my Autistic son who is quite frightened of going to the dentist. Would definitely recommend Care Family Dental!

I was pleasantly surprised the second I walked in the door... no pretentious dentists or receptionists here! From the waiting room to the chair, I felt completely at ease, with Michael and Lara checking in on me throughout the entire procedure to ensure I was comfortable and understood what they were doing - and why. To keep my mind off the treatment I was given a remote control to select a Netflix program of my choice on the TV above - a modern touch that I'm sure for children would turn a trip to the dentist into something to look forward to. Armed with some free toothpaste samples on my way out, I left the clinic feeling confident I'd made the right choice, based purely on a Google search and the convenience of their online booking. I highly recommend this practice to patients young and old who like to be informed of the treatments they're receiving and being treated like a person, not a number. Five stars *****

The staff here are absolutely wonderful with children. They genuinely cared for my daughter and her well-being when we visited the other day for her appointment. I haven't seen dental staff with such a love for kids before, and their desire to reduce the "scary" factor was admirable.
There was an opportunity to charge me a higher amount, which a lot of dentists do, and yet I walked away feeling that I had been completely undercharged for their service.
Dr Stephanie and Lara were divine and as such we have now found our family dentist. I highly recommend this clinic.

The service here is amazing. Lara, Stephanie and Sedjal were compassionate, patient, understanding and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and informed. They were competitively priced and gave me a thorough breakdown of the procedures I needed done so there were no unforeseen costs to worry about. I have been looking for a dental practice like this for a long time. They care about your overall well being and aren't there just to make money off you - you are not rushed out so they can usher in the next patient and you always have time to ask all the questions you need or discuss your treatment.

Highly recommend Dr Michael Nugyen. Took my family of 5 there ( 3 kids under 6) for a check up and clean and he was just great with the kids, Dr Nugyen is very gentle and friendly, explains dental language in a way you can understand and runs through treatment options with no obligation. highly commended, A+++

Took my son in the other day to see a dentist as he had a hole in his tooth. He is usually frightened of the dentist, but this was not the case as Dr Michael and his team took a lot of time to make sure he was settled and relax before starting to do any treatment.
