After a nasty accident in our home, we used Stainbusters Ballarat 3359 (Corey) to clean up our carpets and tiles. Corey was very helpful and helped us beyond the call of duty at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I used this company to steam clean the loungeroom carpet. I have a fussy property agent who insisted that the carpet needed cleaning.
Stain busters were punctual and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. They were booked at fairly short notice and were able to come on a weekend.
Very professional and highly recommend this company. No more complaints from the agent!

I would highly recommend Corey from Stain Busters Ballarat. He came and cleaned our carpets and removed a couple of stains, he was very professional and on time. He took his time to do the job right and was easy to deal with. His pricing was more than reasonable for what he did and the time he spent. I will be getting him back again

Corey did an amazing job. His price is fantastic along with his work, manner and attitude. Nothing was to much trouble and I only asked for carpets to be done and on arrival also asked for chairs to be cleaned. He returned the following day and did them and they now look as great as the carpets. I would highly recommend Corey and the professional job he does. Thanks mate.

Cory is outstanding. Prompt. Thorough. And really, really good at his job. We have had both the tiles sealed and carpets cleaned and would highly recommend both these services. Between the three kids and dog, our floors get a workout. I am amazed how well they came up after just a couple of hours with Cory.

Recently I had all the tiles in my house cleaned before an open house, Stain Busters Cleaning Ballarat did an Amazing job of the house in all tiled areas (including front entrance, open plan living, kitchen, bathroom & laundry) the tiles came up as new and grout came up really clean.
Stain Busters also came back to fix a stain around the edges in the ensuite which came up great.
Would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to refresh their homes look.

I had the Corey from Stain Busters Ballarat come out and professionally clean my cream pure wool carpets as they needed freshening up and some stains that were there prior to moving in (as we took over a lease) needed to be removed as I and my husband have now vacated the premises. Corey does a very good job and it very friendly, I highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning needs and I will be surely having him again to freshen up the carpets in my new place when they need to be done. My mum also was impressed and will be having him come out after christmas. From the bottom of our hearts, thanks heaps Corey for coming out and working your magic to get the carets looking nice and clean your a real gem.

With 2 young kids under 3 our carpets were awful. There were that many stains that I was considering having the carpet replaced. Then one day I saw some Stain Busters before and after shots on Facebook and thought I would give them a try.
They well and truly exceeded my expectations. Not only did they turn up on time (5minutes early) the carpets are back to looking new again.
I definitely will not be going any where else for my carpet cleaning again. Stain Busters Carpet Cleaning, you have well and truly converted me.

Corey did a fantastic job on very grubby rugs and furniture - they came up like new. I was extremely impressed with Corey's knowledge and attention to detail, but almost the best thing is his reliability. I took the afternoon off work to have the cleaning done, half expecting a no-show. We live out-of-town, and many tradies/services are very late or don't turn up. Corey confirmed by text that he was coming 24hr before the appointment, and then was punctual to the minute. Fantastic service!

Ever since Corey started out I have utilised his services. His service is professional & results are impeccable. This isn't a man who will come in and do a cheap job for the sake of saying you've had your carpets cleaned to your landlord. Corey pays attention to detail and is fussy when it comes to stains & overall treatment of carpet. It's great that he can speacilise in odour removal for pets & personally I cannot reccomend him enough. On time, priced well for the quality of the job & passionate about what he does. Blows all the cheap & nasties out of the water by far!!

We had Corey come and clean our carpets whilst on holidays.
We came back to the most amazing carpets. So so happy with the job.
No more stains and no more brown white socks.
Couldn't be happier and fully trustworthy.
Will definitely be getting Corey back and I'm not leaving it so long this time. Will have to be a yearly thing.

After calling around various other companies not only was Corey polite and easy to deal with on the phone. He was able to come out and attend on the same day. He was on time, thorough and explained the cleaning process as he went. The carpet looks amazing. It was great value for money, as well as I was able to just get the one room done not a minimum amount. I wouldn't hesitate to use again or reccomend to friends.

My partner and I just purchased our first home and the carpets were terribly stained from dog urine and grime, there was a very musky smell throughout. We were not able to afford to replace the carpets so we contacted Cory. He arrived on time and after a few hours work he had the carpets looking better then we ever thought imaginable! We were blown away with the results. Once he had cleaned the carpets he fogged the whole house and there was a lovely cherry scent left. Our friends and family were stunned and could not believe the results. We HIGHLY recommend Cory! We would quite honestly pay double for this kind of result any day of the week.
