I was having ongoing problems after having a new $900 antenna installed. I have called the tech that did the install and sent photos and videos. The only response I have had was for me to check that everything is plugged in. I’m not a technician and I have paid for a service that is not satisfactory Andy has finally returned to my property and rectified the problem. All seems to be working well. Fingers crossed I have ongoing success. Thank you Andy for your time

I live at Mt. Gravatt, Brisbane and was able to get a technician to come the day I called. Justin gave excellent service. He phoned to advise when he would be arriving. Quickly assessed the problem and gave a report, offering advice and alternatives. I selected the replacement of a very old antenna and this was handled most efficiently and the result is excellent reception. Would definitely recommend Justin for his knowledge, quick work and polite and friendly manner.

Andy was great . He knew what he was doing. Took time to explain options and once decision made got on with job. He even advised mid way thru that he was able to do things differently that would save me cost. He ensured happy with reception and cleaned up after himself taking the old aerial with him so I didn’t have to dispose of it. More than happy to have him back, but he assured me it won’t be necessary.

Andy the technician contacted me immediately when I left my details for a quote which was more that 2x other companies did. He gave me great information & explained the whole process. He made an appointment & arrived when he said he would.My job included removing a 30ft mast antenna which he did with ease. I have an older tv & he replaced a few things that he didn't have to do so that I received a better signal. He was very professional & left the job clean & took all the rubbish away. With antenna genie i Have used him in my property and now my sisters place. Very switched on and able to identify the cables that led to a low output quickly. It seems that the dogs like cables too under the house. I can't recommend him enough and I trust him 100% to do any work for my family in future. Filled out an online quote request on Monday night, received a call from Andy Tuesday morning and I had Technician Terry at my house by 2pm that same day. The job ended up much bigger than I initially thought as we hadn’t realised our Antenna was actually broken too. But Terry put up a new Antenna, moved my antenna cable to a different wall and mounted my TV on the wall. The whole job completed within 24 hours of my online request. Very happy with the service and job done. Thanks Andy and Terry.

Even after told final price. Was told I needed to spend more to buy booster after antenna installed. Why mention this afterwards. Left old antenna on the roof. After contacting the company to let them know old antenna was left up there, I have had no follow up to rectify. Would I recommend. No Add. Was contacted after 3weeks to rectify above comments, though no longer needed.

Technician Andy - very helpful and full of info to help me Mess? - None, cleaned up and even wiped down the walls where the antennae points were installed Would I recommend them? - definitely!

Turned up same day, very professional, Andy was great and took away old equipment. Was more expensive than I thought but that's probably because my antenna was ancient! Definitely recommend.

Hadn’t used these guys before. Found in google. Rang and answered (tried someone else who didn’t answer so went with these guys). Said would be out today. Guy turned up told me what was wrong (booster and splitter in ceiling cavity with old insuwool in it) gave me price which I was happy with. Fixed it. Showed me what he had replaced. All done in 30mins. All four TVs now going. Can’t ask for more. Full marks. Gary from Wollstonecraft

After an initial misunderstanding AG arrived at the agreed time, assessed the work, clearly discussed the option and was upfront and definite on pricing. We opted to replace a damaged old antenna with a complete new system, including booster. The work was carried out efficiently on/in an awkward roof. The Tech was of pleasant demeanour and we were satisfied that we have good value for money.

One additional note: today the tradesman from Antenna Genie called after reading below review. He agreed that the review I provided was accurate however felt that an error of judgement on the trademan's part had the potential to damage his business. As such I have decided to review my rating taking into account that my review is not meant to harm rather to reflect a, in my opinion, very unusual way of doing business. Following is my original review: A friendly gent from Antenna Genie responded to my enquiry posted via the Antenna Genie website. The tradesman called out as agreed and proceeded to investigate the 2 issues. Upon providing us with a price (in excess of $500.00) the tradesman asked to commence the work there and then. Since I make a habit of getting 3 quotes I told the tradesman to provide the quote in writing. He then advised that he would not want to do the work and even if I were to call after getting the 3 quotes he would be busy. I am a little stumped that a tradesman is unfamiliar with the quote process and clearly, when advised that more than one quote has been requested, proceed to appear annoyed that I have the temerity to make him having to compete with other antenna installers. As far as I'm concerned "easy come easy go". There are many other providers of antenna services! My subsequent efforts to get other quotes have been handsomely rewarded.
