My daughter and I felt included in every step of this journey. Dr Ari has been 'hands on' with Sophie at every appointment and communicated with us exactly what our options were and what expectations were with a professional sincerity that is rare in this fast paced life that only looks for quick results. [redacted clinical content] This has been the most positive experience and we are and will be grateful for the remainder of her life. Sophie loved that her name was always used when we were greeted on arrival and the personal touch, in particular Jodee, always made you feel welcome and comfortable - like family.

We have had a great result. Staff are friendly. The price is competitive. I just wished No Brace was closer to home.

My children have been coming since they were around 7/8 years old with complex orthodontic issues. The people here worked hard to ensure that now they have beautiful, symmetrical faces and their smiles can light up the room.

I love that all services/expertise are in the same location. From originally seeking traditional orthodontics to comparing the NoBrace system we are so happy we went down this path. Orthodontists advised that my 3rd child needed teeth removed. They never picked up that she was actually missing 2 x laterals. This was picked up at our 1st No Brace consultation. That made my mind up straight away that they knew what they were doing. A 10 hour trip each time is definitely worth it. 3 children- 2 finished and the results are amazing. 1 child to go. Professional, knowledgeable and Jodee is a gem!

I've been a patient here forever! I am a huge believer in maintaining oral hygiene, even though I am chronically fearful of the dentist. Coming to No Brace, I know I'm in the hands of capable, qualified, knowledgeable practitioners that make you feel at ease and reassure me, explaining each step of the way. I always hear (along with my son) comments on how fabulous our teeth look.

Information, treatment plan and costs are disclosed upfront, which is clear and understandable which is very good. Staff are friendly and re-assuring and go the extra mile to assist with appointments and unexpected changes. I am very happy with the outcome and glad i did not listen to our general dentist that told us my daughter would need jaw surgery to remove teeth and make room for them. Jodee is an exceptional and very professional receptionist and deserves a pay rise and promotion.

Our experience over the last almost 10 years has been great. Consideration has always been taken as to our travelling time (4hrs). All dentists we have dealt with have been fantastic and polite. Explanations for treatment is always clear. The No Brace receptionists are a wonderful group, whose smiles on arrival are great. Thanks.

Staff are always helpful and polite. I like how the kids have movies to watch in the waiting room and the cleanliness of the waiting room and toilets are. Most of all I am very happy with the outcome of the treatment, my daughters teeth look amazing.

My family has been using The No Brace Centre services for 10 years, regularly making the trip from Wangaratta, 3 hrs away and we recommend the No Brace Centre to our friends. The process of not removing teeth was terrific and the results have been amazing. The staff are truly remarkable, they make you feel very welcome and you become part of their family over the course of the treatment.
