Fantastic company where they really care about their customers, not only at the point of sale but also with their exceptional post sale service. It not often that I can give this sort of review because Mirror & Image is just so fantastic. I bought 2 mirrors in 2014 and custom designed them. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing issue with both of them and on ringing Karen in 2016 and 2017 respectively both mirrors were replaced without question. I am so glad I went to Mirror and Image. Their product is superior (despite the small glitch stated above - which has now been rectified by the manufacturer) and their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I unreservedly recommend this company.

Fabulous service from Karen. She certainly knows her mirrors! After searching for over 2 years, it was wonderful to have the perfect mirror found in minutes, and delivered to my home. Now to get hubby to hang it! Thank you.

Karen was very knowledgeable and had helpful advice and suggestions. I was pleased to have the opportunity of seeing the mirrors in situ which gives a better perspective of size and location. I found this company online. Their website is comprehensive and easy to navigate. My request was responded to within 24 hours. The mirrors were delivered for selection within 3 days. The service was friendly, professional and the best I have encountered in many years. Even if you don't really need a mirror, it's worth getting one just for the experience!

Right from the first phone call, Karen was so helpful. She was more than happy to fit in with our needs and no fuss. On time and quick. Obviously very experienced with unloading and packaging. Helpful with selection of style/size of mirror and with selection of where to hang it for best reflection. Recommend absolutely.

Mirror and Image supplied us with a Seattle mirror to hang over our dining table. It makes the room look twice as big! Brilliant service and so easy having it brought to our home instead of traipsing round shops.

We've bought a few different mirrors from Mirror and Image and they all look wonderful. I even bought one for my friend's birthday present! We love the different designs and it's so easy to choose the right mirror when you can try them in your home before buying. Karen's easy to deal with and offered some great advice about where to hang a mirror to get the best reflection. Very happy.

Karen provided a brilliant, non- pushy and patient service. She visited my home with a selection of mirrors and I was able to see what the finished result would be. I had been unable to find a mirror that I liked in any shops, they all seemed to be the same. Karen has a large selection of sizes and designs, modern and traditional.The high quality mirror looks fantastic in my hallway and I would recommend Mirror and Image to anyone.
