Thien was called to a property we are currently renting and as i knew the managing agents would do nothing i was stuck in the drive with no way out so called Thien whom offered assistance at a cost effective solution as the property had cheao market remotes that were rubbish and did not work so Thien set us up with quality remotes as per our request and all is perfect thanks Thien superb customer service Gilly

Have dealt with garage/gate door service providers and have to say Thien was a total breath of fresh air. Other companies make you feel like they are doing YOU a favour and charge through the roof for a task that is sight unseen. They tend to load the quote with anomalies whereas Thien gave a set, more than reasonable quote and didn't deviate from it. Stuck to his promise re time of arrival, quoted price and the best service I've ever received. My remote control gates have NEVER been so quiet. So Grateful.

Thien Nguyen is a professional technician who installed new gate motors and controllers to a damaged gate. He was very responsive to phone calls and within few days he made himself available and completed the installation according to industry standards.
