I purchased a Scan Gauge from Ray, but unfortunately it didn't read the item I was after. After contacting Scan Gauge Australia, who were less than helpful. I was about to send it back, but Ray said he would contact the people in USA. After a couple of emails and data loggers sent free of charge from USA to me in Australia, the issue was resolved. Ray went above and beyond to resolve problem on my behalf. It is extremely rare nowadays to find people who still believe in customer service. Well done Ray in Australia and Joey in the USA, cannot recommend you highly enough. Cheers Terry

Road N Beyond and the owner Ray were extremely knowledgeable about the product we were interested in and also very willing to help us with after sales service and support. We installed the AVE TPMS to monitor all tyres including spares on our Colorado and MDC Camper trailer and they are amazing. I couldn't recommend Road N Beyond any more highly after Ray provided us with a camper and all-round service that met all our needs as a family camping for the first time. His thorough set up demonstration and helpfulness with any and all camping related questions was an absolute godsend and we hope to book with him again in the near future. Thanks Ray!

Ray went above and beyond to make sure our first family camping trip was the best it could be. Not only did he provide a thorough demonstration but helped us through our own vehicle troubles on the first day. Tyre monitors - AVE TPMS Testimonial 29/8/2014 Hi Ray, I thought I would send you a report so to speak on the tyre pressure monitoring system I got off you in May this year (2014) before we went away. To date we have travelled around 11,500 kms through central, western and eastern Australia at least half of this on dirt roads and over some very testing conditions I can assure you. The greatest benefit with most of this type of preventative gear is you don’t realize how good they are until you have to use them, this goes for the likes of recovery gear, winches, snatch straps, jacks and the like. We have only had one puncture to date and that I can tell you was in the middle of nowhere. As I was driving the sensor alerted me immediately that the pressure started to drop and I was able to pull over and repair the tyre successfully with minimal damage to the tyre itself. I can’t even imagine how long it would have taken me to realize and the damage that would have been done without the monitoring system. The other benefit has been their accuracy, twice I have used a gauge at a service station only to turn the ignition on and check the pressures to see that they we were once all different and another time 10psi over inflated, both times the garage gauges were faulty, again had it not been for the system I would have been none the wiser. I will be recommending these to all my friends on my return. Best regards, Bruce
