It’s really nice and lucky to have Jarlath, from PBS, to repair and install the towel bar for me. My old towel bar came out from the wall and cannot be fixed, so Jarlath helped me go to bunnings to find a similar one and came back to install it. Very patient and kind.

I did not meet Jarlath in person, but his team (Francisco & I’m sorry I forgot the other fellas name) did a great job installing an acoustic partition/additional wall in our unit due to noisy neighbours which was really affecting us. Was able to start super quickly, which we appreciated. Very happy with the results and would recommend.

Jarlath and Sam were fantastic and were quickly on the job to get the repairs to our property done. They were very responsive and friendly and conducted business with us remotely in a very professional manner. Appreciated that they also provided us further advice on the matter and were able to assess a job and give an honest opinion that suggested that the work was not as critical as was initially advised by another inspector. Jarlath was quick to reply to my initial enquire and lock in an on site measure, discuss all jobs needed for my mums Reno and recommendations. Him and his team were able to demo, organise rubbish removal, install cabinets and splashback, plaster repairs and install floorboards. His quote came in reasonable in price and was very fast in getting the job done.

Jarlath coordinated the construction of a new walk in wardrobe for us. He was quick to respond to provide a quote and actioned our job quickly at our request. The job included demolition of a wall, construction of a new wall, including plastering so it was ready to paint (he offered to coordinate painting but I did that myself), carpeting the new area and installation of an ikea wardrobe. He was very transparent when a variation was required and was happy to negotiate on scope and cost. Jarlath's carpentry work was high quality and he coordinated other trades. He was very accommodating when we had to delay work midway through when covid hit the family. We're very happy with the result!

Jarlath demonstrates customer service of old, he's a rockstar who I would deal with again. Mo was the landscaper who came to lay our pavers and build a small garden bed. Both Jarlath and Mo were timely and responsive to our needs. Put it this way, I put in an enquiry mid-last week and this week the job was completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend using PBS for any job in your home.

Hi Jarlath, Sorry it's taken me a bit to get back to you. Wow! The planter boxes were bigger than I thought!! It took me four trips to relocate them from mum's place (and I only squashed one toe). And they were heavier than id thought, too... But, my word they are excellent. I'm so happy with them, they actually turned out better than I'd initially hoped for. Thank you and Gary for the great (and really quick) work and professionalism. I very much appreciate it. I will definitely leave you a positive review. It was great dealing with Jarlath to replace the facia and the cement sheets under the roof of a double storey townhouse. He had to work on a scaffold all day and he even painted the replacement timber to match the colour of the other fittings of the house. He started early in the morning and worked all day to complete the job. Would definitely hire him again.

Had PBS turn an outside carport into an enclosed and insulated garage with 2x doors and a large double barn door for car entry. Jarlath was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with and all work was completed exactly as requested. I had a front door coming off it's hinge and had had issues since replacing the original door with a solid one. I was under the impression that eventually I would need a new frame to hold the door but had been putting it off due to the cost. I noticed the door not closing unless it was lifted on Wednesday, contacted Jarlath on Thursday and sent some photos. He said he could make it Friday lunchtime and I was free so he had a look, said the frame replacement was not necessary and quoted $220 for fixing the door. He was very pleasant, friendly and professional and could have turned it into a big job, knowing it needed immediate attention for security but he didn't and finished the job quickly. It is now a pleasure to open my front door! For the first time, I only need to use one hand and don't have to yank it open! In fact, I nearly went flying when I automatically put the usual force behind it ;-). Many thanks Jarlash

What Jarlath did for me is an odd job: to divide a rotten box into two halves, with one side for storage, the other side for tiling and the middle with structural wood for installing a shower screen. I am pleased to say that Jarlath did a fantastic job for me and he is indeed an excellent tradesman. On top of that, he honoured his promise to finish the job on a timely manner.
