I can’t recommend the service of Go Mortgage - Gold Coast highly enough. Belinda too, an absolute godsend, again updated daily. If i had a query, their response was basically immediate. Best of all they handle EVERYTHING, not just finance legals too. Finally, someone who can speak "Bank" As an owner of successful businesses with yards of documentation and sound "Financials" we got nothing but grief from one of the Big 4 whom we have been a customer of for over 30 years. Seems the bank couldn't add up or see the "wood for the trees". Helped me when others could not. As I’m on a 491 visa finding a home loan was an absolute mission. Most others brokers offered me one choice and the rates were very high. So when I approached Xavier he was very quick with a response and once I sent through the required information I had an answer quick with not 1 but 3 possible lenders. As I haven’t had any debt I was worried about my credit score, he was able to re assure me that there were options that are viable. I had the pleasure of dealing with Letitia, she was the lady In charge of putting my loan in and watching over it. She was always quick to respond and happy to help in anyway possible. The whole process on the whole was quick and efficient and I would highly recommend them, especially if you have worries about purchasing a property whilst on a visa.

First home owners dream Xavier, Letitia, and Kylie were just amazing. Second to None in quality of service! Xavier, Letitia, and all their team members helped us get our first home in this strictly competitive property market in Gold Coast. They helped us all throughout the process, there's just never say no attitude with them as they are so experienced in helping us find the right lender with all of the savings that we have. I had dealt with another mortgage broker before and they failed us several times to find the right lender as it was obvious they don't have time or the effort to us get the right lender based on our savings. I checked and looked at some of the reviews, and somehow I kept on coming back to Go Mortgage. I must admit that I was skeptical at first, but I am glad I followed my gut and reached out to them. Once I provided all the information they needed to work on, things moved forward pretty fast. The next thing I knew was I had pre-approval! I trusted Xavier's proposal, and just went ahead with it. He was always willing to help with questions I had. Also shout out to Letitia, who kept me updated and she was always helpful, and just happy to help with many of my silly questions. Before meeting Xavier, we had been in discussion with another broker from a different brokerage firm which ultimately left a little sour taste in our mouth. Too easy! I initially thought the road of getting a home loan would be a long and winding one that would lead to a dead end but that was far from the truth. Maybe it was difficult to get our case across the line given our circumstance but it was literally a straight forward process for us. I know it was too hard for the last broker days beforehand. With Xavier there was the expectated conversations made and documentation placed. Next minute I'm picking up my order quicker than a drive-through takeaway restaurant. Meaning, I met Xavier once to sign paperwork. Now that's what I call too easy! And you can take that to the bank as well!

Great company run by a great team. From the very first phone call with Xavier I was greeted with not only charming manners, I received an underlying sense of care for my family and I. We then met Him in person and were not surprised to be addressed with a down to earth in nature personality and with a solid background knowledge of his profession. The advice he offered was following a fully attentive understanding of our life and situations and personal goals. We were grateful with all of his extended hours of work (having even called back and forth to hear our ideas and have discussions on his weekend and holiday time) and which followed up with the full team at his company, especially Letitia, assisting above and beyond what would be BAU for most brokers. There were definitely a few moments that were difficult and with the circumstances Go Mortgage did the best they could to support us through the struggles. Xavier and his team started helping us with our mortgage application a little before Christmas and over the new years. Despite the holiday season for them and also the bank, they managed to have everything sorted for us by 2nd week of January. They responded to our emails and phone calls promptly and I could not be happier with their communication (and also the outcome of our mortgage application). Xavier sent us a link where we uploaded all required documentation. I am assuming that lots of paper work and etc must have taken place from there in their office (my husband is on ABN and our application must not have been simple), but I definitely did not feel that one bit myself. Xavier and Leona were extremely approachable and during our time with them (approx 18months), they worked on multiple offers we made for different properties. They were honest and upfront with our goals (originally buying at Gold Coast) and whether they were achievable. Once we had settled on a price we were comfortable paying, an area we wanted to live in (we didn’t even end up buying at Gold Coast where they are based) and found our dream home, Xavier and Leona worked within our best interested to find a loan that suited all of our needs and wants. They were contactable throughout the entire process especially as we were buying a couple of hours away from their office. An absolute stand out from the rest As a real estate agent it is of the upmost importance for us to engage with mortgage brokers who can not only get a deal across the line for our buyers, but for a broker who can communicate with an agent and keep us informed throughout the finance clause. Xavier is so attentive and professional! I could recommend go mortgage any higher. I called him on a Saturday after we viewed an apartment we wanted to put an offer in on and within 30 mins he had the ball rolling and was able to tell us if we were in a position to make an offer and also explained all the details of a loan etc. whenever we contact him via email or text he immediately responded. He knows he stuff and will go the extra mile.

I was recommended Go Mortgage when I first started thinking about purchasing a home and didn't even know what a mortgage broker was or that their services were free. I met with Xavier later that same week. I'm in my fifties, have moved around a lot, held multiple jobs in different sectors and had only a small amount of savings. I did however have some financial help from family. I didn't think I'd even be able to get a loan. I can’t recommend Xavier enough, everything went smooth through the refinance and was explained clearly. By the time my original broker who I have used for years got back to me with an offer and land valuation Xavier already had conditional approval from the bank. A couple of days later formal approval . Will definitely be using him in the future.

Couldn’t rave anymore about Leona and Xavier! When we came to them we had already be told no it wasn’t going to happen for us! Not only did they listen to what we wanted they secured us a low interest loan for our home but they also went above and beyond. As most people would know buying a home is one of the most stressful processes, Leona at times became my therapist! She was wonderful, anytime I felt unsure, had a question heck even had a little freak out and meltdown she was alway there to answer my calls or even sit down with me one on one. It's not often these days that you'd come cross a genuine, knowledgeable broker who has clients at their best interests and when you do, you'd go back for that broker time after time. As a multi-properties investor, over the years Xavier and Leona have helped me been through many hurdlers from lenders and vendors. With their support I have been able to expand my portfolio in a healthy pace. I especially value Xavier's advice for any 'unusual' deals. My latest purchase was a townhouse in a medium scale development project in Melbourne. Despite Go Mortgage being Qld base, their knowledge of interstate lending criteria is impressive! In fact, I would argue that it's far better than some of the Victoria based, off-the-shelf financial 'help' that I was given. I would disagree that Go Mortgage is the best in Gold Coast. In my opinion, I believe Go Mortgage is THE BEST nationwide! Keep up the good work!

We were looking to refinance our mortgage after a very long time of just letting it sit on the shelf and stupidly turning a blind eye to the fact that our current rate wasn’t such a great deal in todays market. Xavier & Leona were great for me and my wife through out the whole process. Nothing was too much to ask even advice on property and values that he did not have to do. He was able to answer any questions at any time of the day even outside work hours. Xavier was more than happy to work around my wife and my works hours to ensure we could sign doc ETC when we could. If you are looking for a broker that will go over and above with all your needs I can highly suggest to get in touch with these guys. I was a little unclear as to to process of lending money to buy my first home but after my initial contact with Xavier he put me straight at ease with his calm and confident approach to money lending. We sat and talked in his home office which I found relaxing and he basically gave me a figure to go away and work with. After 6 weeks I found my home and called Xavier and he booked me the neXT day to go through the application process. After about 3 days of just a few emails I got the congratulations email and was over the moon. Special touches I received during the process were xavier explaining to my family in detail the money lending criteria, tea and coffee,his home office has a happy zen like feel to it (hard to explain) but you just feel relaxed and my quick and acurate assessment from the start. Overall I highly recommend GO and xavier for your first home or investments. David Trist

This was our first time working with Xavier and the go mortgage team and can happily say, it won't be the last. I feel like Xavier went above and beyond our expectations, guiding us in the right direction to the loan that was best suited to us and showing/explaining how you do not have to play by the rules of the lender and generally mentoring with all that comes from buying property. We would strongly suggest using Go mortgage, and couldn't be happier with the work that was done for us.

We contacted Xavier from Go Mortgage as we found ourselves in quite a dilemma with our current mortgage lender. They had declined our request to change our loan from our interest only loan to a principal and interest loan, despite the fact the loan was still with them. Xavier came and spoke to George and I and we immediately felt extremely comfortable and reassured that someone was listening to our plight. Xavier our behalf contacted our current lender and suggested to them they should rethink their decision. Miraculously they listened to Xavier and have now reversed their decision and we now can proceed with our lives in a more secure financial situation. When it comes to getting a loan, there are loads of finance brokers out there that claim they can get you an approval but Xavier form Go Mortgage actually makes it happen. Not only does he have excellent product knowledge but his service and commitment to get the best outcome is second to none. He organised a business loan for me and went above and beyond when things got a bit difficult and persevered to get the approval.
