She has the ability to explain the legal terminology and from my experience she cuts through. Her charges are very reasonable, especially compared to large Conveyancing firms.

Meagan Paras, from Pink Conveyancing recently acted on our behalf to sell our house and was very cooperative and consultative with us during the process. There were some complications during the process from the buyer’s side which Meagan handled expertly and was able to help us with a smooth transition not withstanding these issues. I was impressed by her knowledge, advice and professionalism. Also, I have had other conveyancing experiences in the past and Meagan’s help stood above these other experiences both with her advice and in not adding to her charges for dealing with the complications- she stuck to her quote! I would happily recommend Pink Conveyancing to anyone for conveyancing needs.

Meagan is honestly the most supportive conveyancer one could ever ask for. As a first home buyer, I went into this process blind and Meagan was with me at every stage of the process. I encountered some issues with my lender and again she supported me through contract extensions, it was quite stressful and she kept me informed every step of the way. There are many conveyancing businesses out there where you are helped by paralegals but if you want personal, professional service from a genuinely sincere solicitor, you cannot get better than Meagan at Pink Conveyancing.

Meagan, Paul and I cannot thank you enough for the absolutely brilliant job you did in getting us across the line and settling ON TIME, might I add! When everything was against us right up until the day of settlement, you went above and beyond to guide us and ensure every "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted. From the advice, what our options were, to how to handle a situation, we never felt we were out of the loop. Being in Sydney made it even more stressful for us but thank goodness we had you. Your authenticity is refreshing as is your dedication at all hours.We wouldn't hesitate in using your services in the future. Your support and advice during a difficult process was a key reason we were able to successfully complete the purchase on the date agreed in the contract. Having purchased before we sold meant we needed to gain bridging finance and your assistance with this issue was a key factor in us being able to complete the purchase on time. I would also like to compliment you on your friendliness and promptness in answering emails and phone calls. The negotiations at times were quite difficult and your advice was pivotal in being able to negotiate with the Vendors solicitors to secure a reduction in purchase price to cover the cost of building defects. This was pivotal as without the reduction we would not have been able to fund the necessary repairs. Thank you again for your support and assistance we will not hesitate to recommend your firm to anyone needing a conveyancer to either purchase or sell a property.
