After getting the run around from other businesses I called PDS Garage Doors and I was so glad that I did! From the first point of contact they were friendly and professional and knew their stuff! Finally I was making progress with my new garage door! The door was custom made for me and I am ecstatic with the quality and how fantastic it looks! I would recommend PDS Garage Doors to anyone! They're my go to now for all of my garage door needs.

I needed a replacement garage door opener for my counterbalance door.From the original call and discussion with Christine, things started to happen.
I got a call back within an hour, advising that Dean was in the area and would call in and assess.
The visit happened, Dean took a few measurements, and it was now up to Christine to schedule the job. Job was done (less than a week) by Dean and I an completely satisfied.
A Great Job at a very busy timed comming up to Christmas.

What a fantastic company to deal with. From the first phone call to Christine, organising an urgent callout and having Scott (technician) come out for the repair (earlier than expected), it was such a wonderful customer experience. PDS deserve such praise and I highly recommend anyone in need of new doors/repairs to contact them as the first option. Their fees are realistic too as they try and look after local customers.

It's rare to find a company that does everything right but from the quoting to the installation we found PDS ticked every box and we are very happy with the result. Our gates and garage roller door have been fully automated.

Tricky ‘old’ door had the motor to one side, NOT in the middle.
Every other quoter expressed alarm at it’s replacement. BTW…we were always happy to have the motor put in the middle this time.
PDS rep, said “ I used to install these old ones when I was an apprentice, no problem”.
Accepted the quote on the spot! Entire operation was as smooth as silk from that pt. Punctual, friendly, tidy, couldn’t asked for better.
V happy to recommend!

We had an issue with our old garage door, rang up for a quote and came to have a look. A date was fixed to change the door which was done within a few hours and took the old door away, the guy who installed the door was very professional, we are very happy with the service and the price was reasonable. We will be happy to recommend PDS Garage doors & Gates,

Attended very promptly to replace failed vehicle entry gate motor. While on site quickly fixed a single gate that had gone out of alignment and would not lock and rectified a garage door issue with sticking rail. Dean was professional, honest and knowledgeable with the kind of 'do it all' ability rare in trades these days. The gate had previously stumped a locksmith who had given a quote (after two visits) and we never heard from again. Recommended a future motor replacement (due to the age) for the garage door, unlike some trades that just say it can't be fixed - put in a new system.

I’m very impressed with PDS professionalism & prompt service. They came out to me on Thursday, (outer suburb) within a couple hours and were able to use the most cost effective means to have my garage door operational again. All while there was nobody home.
It was such a relief to come home to a closed garage. Thanks PDS.

Brilliant. The repairman was very helpful. Gave various options and costs, and we chose to have the opener replaced. He fixed it on the spot. It now works like a charm, and is sooo quiet! Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a custom made remote controlled panel garage door during the COVID 19 shut down. It took 4 weeks to make and Darren came and worked without a break to assemble it in one day. I am happy with the results.

Our garage door was stuck half open, I rang the distributor and they put me onto PDS, they had a tight schedule but said they would fit me in for after 4pm. They arrived and fixed the problem very quickly, they knew what they were doing. My garage has direct access to the house and I have a lot of tools and equipment in it, so there was no way I could leave it open as it fronts on to a main road. Thanks Nathan, your bloods worth bottling

My garage door broke early morning. The team at PDS were so willing to help and had someone out before 12pm. Nathan was brilliant and had it all repaired and serviced within an hour.
