They approved me for a few loans, usually paid out early, after my last loan was paid When nothing changed, if not only improved. They now say I no longer meet eligibility. (Which I meet according to there website

Now they are rude with their responses and telling me I'm not eligible for a loan with them any more.
They say they pride themselves on being Frendly and helpful.
When I ask what I am not. They just keep avoiding the question.

Used to have loans with them with any credit issue. Repaid diligently.
Today they declined me. They say I'm not eligible - but they approved me before when I had a less stellar financials. Took 1 week to sort my application.
Avoid them if you have problems with your financial situation, their credit review is not good. Worse than banks. They should assessed based on real and personal review rather than looking what they see on paper.
Will avoid them from now on.

I had bad credit and Swoosh provided a loan quickly and the interest rate is reasonable, considering the kind of finance they provide. Their customer service is good as well.
What I don't like is that I don't get sent a statement any more unless I ask them for one. I know for a fact I am ahead on repayments and when I do request a statement, the repayment schedule does not take the extra payments I have made into account. So now I don't know when my loan will be paid off and there would be nothing to stop them taking extra payments.

They give anyone a fair go on loans without going by past history. Excellent service by staff as long as you keep communication going if ever an issue with repayments. They are easy to deal with and i highly recommend if you really need help to get by any tough times financially.

At first and every time I have fallen behind with payments due to unexpected events with my situation I straight away panic due to the legalities of my secured loan and what swoosh will do to recover the security of the loan. But once I ended up discussing my situation they are happy to put you on an arrangement which is affordable to your situation. My advise is to talk to them and they are happy to hear you out and will accommodate for your situation. They have the understanding of it all and you just need to talk and communicate with them to explain your situation. I have no hesitation in referring Swoosh to anyone. As long as you are a responsible borrower swoosh is very reasonable and responsible lender with an exceptional customer services towards customers.
