Highly recommended for people as old as me struggling to do exercises. This equipment really helped me to still get in shape without pain on my joints. The staffs are really sociable too in assisting me to do the workouts. A very gainful experience indeed!

I first went to Be in Shape in June when I bought a Groupon voucher. I really liked the experience so I joined. You can work as hard or as easy as you like with great advice and help from the staff. I so enjoy going, the atmosphere is friendly :) It's excellent!

I cannot thank Be in Shape enough for adding quality to my life. I really do feel toned and my posture has improved significantly. The best way I can explain it is like a mix of palates, yoga and light weights for toning. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, definitely for those wanting to improve themselves without the craziness of a conventional gym.

I am in my 50’s and have always struggled to put on weight and develop muscle. I have had chronic migraines and back pain most of my life. I enjoy doing the power-assisted platies three mornings a week before work. This helps improve my ability to work all day. I have been delighted to discover my muscles toning and building. My migraines have decreased in frequency and intensity and I now have more range of motion in my back. I can’t praise this system enough, the beds are comfortable, safe, clean and user-friendly. I will never go back to a regular gym.

I thoroughly recommend Be In Shape wellness center. I suffer from chronic fatigue and years of repetitive desk work had left me with tennis elbow and back pain. After using the Shapemaster machines I have improved my flexibility, muscle tone, and posture. My back pain has completely disappeared, and I am building strength in my elbow lessening the pain there. I had always hated gyms with their loud music and difficult exercises that exasperated my condition. I find the atmosphere at Be In Shape relaxing and tranquil and the machine-assisted exercises have enabled me to progress at my own pace with no strain on my body. I will definitely be signing up for more sessions.

I had a preview of the Club and am very much impressed! Not just the equipment which is the best - and I used it in different settings since 2004. But Katya created a great ambience, very inviting and professional at the same time. Of course I already enrolled. And what about you? Don’t waste your time. Come to the Open Day and try it. You will be glad you did!

It is a great place if you are looking for a pleasant and almost relaxing workout. The staff is always available to assist, very friendly and helpful. The machines that you will use there are to tone up and strengthen your body. After the workout, I felt re-energised instead of feeling exhausted. If you don't like going to the gym, definitely try this place!
