A great experience that exceeded our expectations! My wife and I are first time owners. The help and thorough guidance we received from Champion Broker (Mahi Masud) were invaluable! He is very detailed and patient with first-timers like us! We ended up having a great rate that none of the big 5 banks offered and on top of that quality service! Highly recommended to everyone!

Mahi was very professional and helpful in getting my mortgage. My situation was not straightforward but Mahi pursued me to gathered the required documents to ensure that my mortgage gets approved without any issues. I am a first-time homebuyer so had a lot of questions and he patiently explained everything to me in detail (Multiple times). He recommended mortgage lenders that will match my future requirements, not just low rates but other factors that lead to a mortgage experience.

We worked with Mahi at Champion Broker to refinance our house. Mahi was very clear in his communication and up front regarding the process, timing, documentation needs, etc. which made the whole process very painless. He was available whenever we had questions or if a minor issue arose. He shepherded our loan through underwriting and approval ensuring that the process was completed as timely as possible. When a delay arose (due to our existing mortgage company) Mahi worked with us to stay on track. I would recommend them.

One of the most professional mortgage broker firm I dealt with. Specially Mahi Masud - he is a gem of a broker. He is responsive, active listener and genuinely takes care of his clients. He always made himself available in the oddest hours to respond to my questions. He was very quick at modelling scenarios that helped me make quick decisions. I would definitely consider Champion Broker again for future mortgage need and would definitely recommend Champion Broker to my friends.
