Charles has just cleaned our light colour pure wool carpets which have, admittedly, seen better days. I was impressed by Charles' knowledge of cleaning solutions and most importantly; what not to use! Charles installed corner protectors to ensure walls were not damaged by hose lines. All equipment and accessories brought into the house were clean (no soiled boots or oily rags). Suction equipment and waste water are housed in his truck, so you won't have someone trudging dirty equipment through your home. An excellent, thorough job on our carpets which dried quickly and evenly. Charles was a pleasure to have in the house, I'm pleased with the results, and if the other team members are as thorough as Charles with their specialty I will definitely be using Housekeeping WA for all future home detailing. Highly recommended. Fair pricing.

The booking process was so simple and easy, their customer service phone staff are helpful and friendly. The cleanert was punctual, super friendly, professional and very thorough, the most thorough cleaners I've had. Their charges were pretty fair and competitive. They take customers’ comforts and needs very seriously. Would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again.

I contacted Housekeeping WA to have them clean our house on a regular fortnightly cycle. For a company that supplies a service, the administration was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I cancelled my booking because I do not want to receive cleaning from a company that cannot even attempt civility over the phone. I highly recommend NOT booking this cleaning company.

I had both positive and negative experiences with this service, but unfortunately the final experience was negative. Oskar and Charles were delightful to deal with, and Charles was very accommodating and did an excellent carpet cleaning job. He really knew his stuff. The cleaning in my residential property was very good, and the cleaners I had were really nice, lovely people. The cleaning in my commercial property was substandard. Unfortunately, when I expressed my concerns about this, the person I dealt with was very dismissive, and did not address my complaint. I have changed cleaning companies for my commercial premesis and am much happier.

I've been using Cath and the Housekeeping team for so long I can't even remember - well over a decade anyway! The teams are unfailingly great and you can ask for your favourite team as a regular. The couple currently coming to me are just lovely; so thorough, and they go about their business with a minimum of fuss. I'm always so delighted with the result. There is no minimum period between cleans so I just have them once every three weeks and do a light clean of the main rooms myself in between, always knowing the whole house will get the full treatment at a regular interval. I've had dealings with all of Cath's family over the years, and they are wonderful, helpful, respectful and kind people. Some people aren't keen on the prepaid voucher system but for me it works perfectly, and to use an agency instead of just a sole trader makes so much more sense because if anyone is sick, they can be replaced and you still get your clean done. Their rates are also competitive. Big thumbs up!!!
