After being notified the police wanted to talk to me about a serious matter and potential charge, I immediately reached out to Michael and his team. It was the best thing I could have done. He dealt with all questions and I didn’t implicate myself inadvertently by agreeing to speak to the police. The matter was shelved and subsequently dropped. Please go and speak with his team before speaking to any officers, even if you think it’s just to ‘tell your side’. Having that legal representation matters. Thank you Michael for all your help.

Helpful, calm, professional, personable, and he answered the phone at 10pm on a Sunday night. Michael Perella was a huge help to me in my first ever experience of the criminal justice system. His background as a police prosecutor means he knows both sides of the law- even the arresting officers gave him a glowing review. The matter went to court and he secured a result that was better than either of our expectations. I recommend Michael without qualification.

We went to Michael and Ashleigh stressed and distraught with my son facing a criminal charge. Michael clearly explained the processes of the police and WA court system to prepare us what to expect. He made us feel at ease by the end of the consultation and treated us with complete respect and empathy. Answered all of our questions and gave us sound advice.
