They provided an amazing experience for all of us at our wedding. They braved the extreme heat and put on an awesome feed.

We had about sixty-five guests that had attended our wedding and still had plenty of leftovers we were able to take home and enjoy for the next few days!

The mouthwatering aroma of sizzling meats filled the air as our guests arrived at the Maks Catering Spit Roast 18th birthday party for our daughter. We were greeted by a tantalizing display of culinary delights and this was accompanied by an array of savory sauces and condiments, each bite was a culinary adventure, bursting with smoky, rich goodness.
The buffet table consisted of buttery potatoes to creamy coleslaw, and many delicious salads all expertly prepared..
Whether savoring a perfectly seasoned slice of beef or chicken or indulging in a beautifully presented variety of salads, each moment was a celebration of good food and good company. As already stated the meal was amazing but the service and friendliness of the company owner made the evening perfect. We highly recommend this company and will enjoy engaging them again for future events.

We have used Maks catering several times, with the same fantastic service.
Dining area was set up when we arrived, including flowers, the food smelt amazing and was served on time.
Loved having everthing organised and executed without having to lift a finger.

Absolute professionals and totally self-sufficient, they made my life as host so easy. As an event organiser I can say this isn't always the case.

The team are a family unit working well together. The food was cooked to perfection and their service was exemplary. So many guests commented on the quality of both. When they were finished, they packed up (loads of leftovers as some guests couldn't come) and cleared up with absolutely no fuss.

Kerry & Mat were most accommodating throughout the whole process of organising the spit roast for our daughter's wedding 'after party'. The food was of good quality and serves were very generous. Many of our guests commented on their friendliness & they always had a smile. They served, cleaned up & were packed away in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any event.

I organized two group catering events in January 2024 - one for 45 people, whereby MAKS cooked off site and delivered and served hot on site- meaning did not require to apply for a Parks Victoria permit 8 weeks prior. Second was for 93 people with cooking on-site. Excellent report from all, especially the serving arrangement preventing long queues for service.
