have used the services of David's Computer Repairs over the last couple of years. Firstly to keep my old computer up and running. The other day said computer finally gave up the ghost. David spent well over an hour trying to get it up and running. Finally the decision was made to give up and get a new computer. David built me a new computer and had it up and running for me in 2 days (what a legend!). His services are well priced and he ALWAYS turns up on time, which these days appears unfortunately to be a rarity. I originally found out about David on a local facebook page where he was highly recommended.

David responded to my query with in a couple of hours and was at my place in West End the following morning on time and fixed the problem of my disappearing mouse icon very quickly and then proceeded to do some maintenance and clean up on the pc which should prolong the life of the device. David was very professional and efficient. I would reccomend David to anybody that needs PC assistance.

I saw David today and he was as usual helpful. David reconnected me to the internet again and reconnected my printer. He had to create a new IP address for my printer. The great thing about David is that he knows how to find information on how to do a job then he does it. He responded quickly to my needs and did a great job. I would highly recommend David. His prices are reasonable. He is pleasant and explains things so I can problems solve in the future myself. I had spent hours trying to do this myself. I can now print my tax receipts and do my tax. David installed a Gforce super graphics card, a 500GB SSD card, some extra memory, and boy, what a difference it all made. My system now powers up in just a few seconds (literally) compared to the old system that took 5 to 6 minutes. what a relief, and thank you David. David quickly responds to distress calls and fixes them extremely efficiently and reliably. He literally does go the extra mile to help. David even hepled me buy replacements for my desktop in 2018 and my laptop last week. I highly recommend him and his services are fairly priced.

Not for the first time I called David in to retrieve the e-mail function from my home PC, which I had 'lost' trying to add another account - I have less than zero know-how (or interest) in the workings of my system, so need someone like David who know his way around. He arrived on-time as promised - always a good start - and set-to without delay or interruptions, and within half an hour had restored my system to health. David spent a little more time cleaning things up in my computer, and after a little over an hour only charged me $80 (July 2020). He is a very affable guy, doesn't seek to baffle with science or jargon, and doesn't waste time talking about the footy or covid or whatever. Highly recommended. LW - Redland Bay

I had a security issue and David was able to help me quickly. I also arranged for him to upgrade my PC and what a difference it has made to my computer. With the super fast SSD upgrade I also have better Wi-fi and better display! Highly recommend David.

I can’t recommend David highly enough for the device he provided me. I had a very technical issue with Microsoft updates blocking my computer from printing which David located and helped me with. David also got my computer working a lot faster removing useless software , he’s got my business anytime

I cannot speak more highly of the service by Davids Computer Service he was very prompt. He attended to my problem of not remembering my access address for my laptop but also fixed my access to Netflix all done at a reasonable cost. I can recommend his service to anyone.

I’ve known David for several years now and can highly recommend his work- when I call or text, he answers immediately, and endeavours pop over as soon as possible. He has always fixed my computer issues, helps me set up my TV and internet stuff which I find confusing, nothing is too much trouble for David, he’s always professional and polite . Don’t waste your time with ‘hit and miss’ tech people , David is the best ️

Very nice bloke. Did all he can to fix my computer however it was an unfixable job which he was open and transparent about. Did not charge me for a job not fixed which was very reasonable of him. Davids Computer was recommended to me, so after having 2 bad experiences with other computer geeks, I decided to try David. The recommendation came from a businesswoman so I was not being lead astray. David's service was superior to anything I had witnessed before and he was compassionate to my situation at the time and offered to help the best he could. I was so impressed as his service was impeccable, courteous and considerate. I found David got to the heart of the matter quickly and did not need the machine to be unhooked and taken away. Most cases were fixable on the spot. I began to trust his word and work more and this lead me to discuss issues for building a new unit to which David, listened to my request and delivered a unit that spoke my language and capacity for storage of content. I would highly recommend David's Computers to anyone. I am so grateful for the recommendation at the time. Its Certainly helped me to get my computer issues now completed. Nothing is too much trouble for David! Having first “recovered” my tired old frozen laptop and got it up to speed again, I encountered a few more issues and messages him on a Sunday morning. He made contact within 10 minutes and was on my doorstep within the hour! Thoroughly recommend David, and thank you again!

David has done a few repairs for me now and I finally followed his recommendation to install a new hard drive. I lost track of how old mine was. I didn't bother comparing prices as David's prices are always fair. What the new installation of an SSD has done is remove all the irksome problems I was having- slow connection to the internet on startup and also slowness of programs to get going, pages not responding, and constantly losing my internet connection. I couldn't be happier. The new SSD is so fast.

David responded quickly to the ad in Oneflash and came to my office to replace the internal hard drive the next day, broought a replacement hard drive and copied everything to the new solid state hard drive expertly. Recommended. In July 2020 When I called David about a problem with mey computer monitor, he came at the agreed time, checked the monitor for possible adjustments to rectify the problem of multiple lines on the screen, including trying a replacement HDMI cable, and when all this failed, found on line and ordered a new monitor which had all the features I required. Next day, a Saturday, he returned with the new monitor, installed it and reset all the apps and features I needed. His service was prompt and expert and the result was a new monitor which was adjustable for height, swivel and tilt, and with better colour and clarity than my old monitor. In terms of cost he suplied a monitor which was lower in cost than any I found on line, and his charge for this service was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the result.
