Finance for Living assisted me with my mortgage a few years ago and a refinance late last year. Simon and his team are amazing; they distill complex arrangements into easily digestible information, are hugely accessible, and have obtained amazing outcomes for me. Purchasing a property as the sole owner was made easy and reassuring by FFL - I had a trusted advisor who understood my needs and I felt supported in making big decisions. Simon and his entire team are all really great to work with. They helped me get my initial home loan and then helped me refinance more recently. Simon, Jess, and Ainsley were so fantastic throughout the process of applying and securing my mortgage. As stressful as the process is, I felt I was in good hands and that removed a considerable amount of the pressure. They kept me updated the whole way.
My situation was a little out of the ordinary and Simon, Jess, and Ainsley were up for the challenge and worked tirelessly to make it happen. They even called me once settlement happened, which was a beautiful surprise!
I'd recommend the team at Finance for Living for straightforward and not so straightforward mortgages, they are so knowledgable and work miracles!

The process of applying for a home loan was made easy with Simon & James.
No matter what our circumstances Simon & James where there to help day and night, pushing to achieve our end goal. Within a few short weeks we had a conditional approval. We found our first home and it got easier from there.
Anything is possible with a friendly can do attitude and this we found at finance for living. I highly recommend their services.

Received excellent advice tailored to our situation and very attentive and responsive service. They also assisted in escalating early settlement process with the bank. We required a mortgage application for a new loan and refinancing two other mortgages. Would highly recommend!

The whole team at Finance for Living were exceptional. From our very first meeting with Simon we were supported to secure financing to purchase our first home, and now 2 years later James has supported us to refinance and secure a better home loan package. Simon & James are both very skilled and knowledgeable about home loans, and have been helping me for a few years now. My lending has not been straightforward. They initially worked under pressure of critical deadlines to get my home loan in place, with their experience of using different lenders being of major benefit.
Years later, they keep in touch and continue a formal loan review program, so I've just refinanced and saved thousands thanks to their follow up service.

Simon and his team were absolutely amazing, I can’t rate them highly enough! This was our first time buying a house so we were quite nervous but they made the whole process so easy for us and guided us through every step of the way. Their service was outstanding, they patiently answered all our many questions, and they were very quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. Simon and James and the whole Finance for Living team were incredible. We had really tight timelines to get approval and had a bit of a complicated situation. But they were on top of everything - they pulled out all the stops to make sure everything came through on time. James was wonderful - he explained everything, kept us updated, was patient with all our questions and anxiousness (we were nervy first home buyers). I really can't recommend them highly enough!

For someone who has never been exposed to the Australian property market, partnering with someone you can trust is essential to say the least. From my first meeting with Simon he has been nothing but helpful. Together with James they've been available [and patient!] all the way throughout the process.
