Needed a narrow solid timber bedside table. Staff were most helpful, and ordered in a unit with no obligation to purchase. It was just what we wanted.

When it comes to mattress selection, I'm quite picky as I need a very firm matress that supports my back. I like that bedroom warehouse has various kind of firm mattresses and I picked the one that match my preference. Today my mattress comes in a tight pressed roll form and once I opened the plastic it expand fully. Not only it has nice appearance, the size is the closest to my bed frame size (while other brand has still some inches gap to the sides). I tried to lie down and it's the best firm mattress with comfy and breathable surface when you can simply sit or sleep on it and it's guaranteed that you will have great sleep or rest. Big thanks to Darryl for your patience and explanation on this mattress. I highly recommend Bedroom Warehouse for good quality mattress and I hope that this one will last.

I was contacted by staff member who told me he would like to personally deliver my item to save waiting for Australia post this time of the year. He drove 45 minutes away to personally hand my order to me. You cannot get better customer service than that. Thank you

Excellent customer service and products were competitively priced. Darryl was very informative on the selection of mattresses that fits my preference and he was also very accommodative to my request for a same day delivery on a Saturday. I recently bought a deluxe massage bed service was great as I was flooded in 2022 and bedroom warehouse was very helpful. I have found that the massage when on is quite noisy. It may settle who knows give it time. Thank you bedroom warehouse for your patients this last 17months.

We lost our beds in the floods and when went looking ,our daughter bought mattresses for her children so we had a look Daryl was so informative and great with his pricing the bed we picked was perfect and does everything we want and more.and the price was a lot more value than our older bed we couldn't believe how much we saved .Daryl and Mal came out tonight and put it together and took our old bed and mattress away, I can't thank them enough will always go there if any of our family needs bed.Thanks Bedroom Warehouse.

Ordered online late in the week so expected delivery the following week. I was blown away to receive my new bed at 6pm on Saturday night. It's the kind of extra effort that is rare these days. Highly recommend.

Bedroom Warehouse seem dependable and honest at first, but I encountered some difficulties in obtaining satisfaction as a customer.
I was delivered the wrong model/brand of mattress, getting a softer feel one (albeit one advertised as more expensive on the website). There are omissions of fact on the website, including clear statements about whether and which mattresses can be flipped.
I was not initially told the terms of the 60-day comfort promise, including the fact that a surcharge would be added for any exchange. Nor have I a clue what are the terms of the 12 month warranty.
The staff office did not reply to three or four of my emails at first when I enquired about alternatives to my first choice.

Having a back issue for many years trying to find a bed that not only provided a good nights sleep but allowed me to get out of bed in the morning and stand up straight was a near impossible task. Darryl's, quite, calm , understanding was a breath of fresh air. We were shown several options , but advised which would be the best option. Our bed is pocket coil and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Now 12 months on, there are no dips or lumps, showing the quality of the products sold at bedroom warehouse. Highly recommend Darryl and the Bedroom Warehouse to anyone seeking a top quality product.

Great service by Darryl, and a good product. Delivered and assembled the next day, also disassembled and removed the old bed.
I had been to A-Mart, who just slipped me a mobile number, and told me that I would have to organise assembly etc myself…..after wanting me to hand over about $2k for a new bed. Plus they couldn’t even give me a delivery timeframe.
I would recommend Bedroom Warehouse over them, every time.

Purely because I have had hell trying to access a bed threw NDIS. I have waited for over a year for a refund on a faulty bed from a provider that my ot recommended. I've slept on a couch and the floor for six months with multiple physical condtions. My second ot would only use her provider which meant the 7,500,00 bed jumped to 13,500,00 for the same bed. I sourced a better bigger bed with the same bed bases and a super comfy mattresses for 6,500,00. The one on one service I received off Darryl and the product has changed my whole outlook on human nature. Thankyou so much for being genuine, kind and honest. I recommend them highly. After making many phone calls & looking through websites, I made a rushed phone call to the Bedroom Warehouse at Virginia. Speaking to Micheal, he patiently listened to my mums needs, and not what he wanted to sell me. This was enough to interest us to come and have a look. Bearing in mind she is 90 years old, of which can be a very physically & mentally challenging time choosing the right bed at the best of times.
Micheal was there to greet us, and bent over backwards to find the perfect bed & mattress.
It is not a fancy, flashy city store, but they take pride & care in helping the customers and have a huge range of different styles & selections of beds, this is very important to us.
We chose an electric king single bed, with all the bells & whistles at an amazingly affordable price.
Micheal and the owner Darryl personally delivered the bed on time, no hassles, with lovely surprise bonuses in place. Even transferred mums old bed to our place, also not a problem.
Mum enjoyed her first sleep, the night of her new bed delivery.
We know where we will come when we need a new bed. I will be recommending them to all my friends & family.
